| 1當你進入上主你的天主賜給你作產業的土地，佔領後住在那裏時， | 1And when thou art come into the land which the Lord thy God will give thee to possess, and hast conquered it, and dwellest in it: |
| 2應由上主你的天主賜給你的土地上，將一切田產的初熟之物，取出一部分放在筐裏，往上主你的天主選定立自己名號的地方去， | 2Thou shalt take the first of all thy fruits, and put then? in a basket, and shalt go to the place which the Lord thy God shall choose, that his name may be invocated there: |
| 3到當時供職的司祭前，對他說：『我今日向上主我的天主明認，我已來到了上主對我們的祖先誓許賜與我們的地方。』 | 3And thou shalt go to the priest that shall be in those days, and say to him: I profess this day before the Lord thy God, that I am come into the land, for which he swore to our fathers, that he would give it us. |
| 4司祭就由你手中接過筐子，放在上主你的天主的祭壇前； | 4And the priest taking the basket at thy hand, shall set it before the altar of the Lord thy God: |
| 5然後你就在上主你的天主面前聲明說：『我的祖先原是個飄泊的阿蘭人，下到埃及，同少數的家人寄居在那裏，竟成了一強大有力，人口眾多的民族。 | 5And thou shalt speak thus in the sight of the Lord thy God: The Syrian pursued my father, who went down into Egypt, and sojourned there in a very small number, and grew into a nation great and strong and of an infinite multitude. |
| 6埃及虐待我們，壓迫我們，勒令我們做苦工。 | 6And the Egyptians afflicted us, and persecuted us, laying on us most grievous burdens: |
| 7我們向上主我們祖先的天主呼號，上主俯聽了我們的哀聲，垂視了我們的苦痛、勞役和所受的壓迫。 | 7And we cried to the Lord God of our fathers: who heard us, and looked down upon our affliction, and labour, and distress: |
| 8上主以強力的手，伸展的臂，巨大的恐嚇，神蹟奇事，領我們出了埃及， | 8And brought us out of Egypt with a strong hand, and a stretched out arm, with great terror, with signs and wonders: |
| 9來到這地方，將這流奶流蜜的土地賜給了我們。 | 9And brought us into this place, and gave us this land flowing with milk and honey. |
| 10上主，請看！我現今帶來了你賜給我的田地裏所出產的初熟之物。』遂將這初熟之物放在上主你的天主面前，俯伏朝拜上主你的天主。 | 10And therefore now I offer the firstfruits of the land which the Lord hath given me. And thou shalt leave them in the sight of the Lord thy God, adoring the Lord thy God. |
| 11然後你與肋未人，和住在你中間的外方人，歡樂享受上主你的天主賜與你和你家庭的一切福分。 | 11And thou shalt feast in all the good things which the Lord thy God hath given thee, and thy house, thou and the Levite, and the stranger that is with thee. |
| 12在第三年，即獻什一之年，當你把你一切出產十分之一，完全取出，分給肋未人、外方人、孤兒和寡婦，並使他們在你的城鎮中吃飽之後， | 12When thou hast made an end of tithing all thy fruits, in the third year of tithes thou shalt give it to the Levite, and to the stranger, and to the fatherless, and to the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled: |
| 13你應到上主你的天主面前說：『我由我家中完全交出了這祝聖的一份，分給了肋未人、外方人、孤兒和寡婦，全照你吩咐我的命令；我沒有違犯你的命令，也沒有忽略。 | 13And thou shalt speak thus in the sight of the Lord thy God: I have taken that which was sanctified out of my house, and I have given it to the Levite, and to the stranger, and to the fatherless, and to the widow, as thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressed thy commandments nor forgotten thy precepts. |
| 14這些聖物，在我居喪時，我沒有取食；在不潔中，我沒有交出，更沒有獻給死人；我聽從了上主我的天主的話，全照你吩咐我的一切履行了。 | 14I have not eaten of them is my mourning, nor separated them for any uncleanness, nor spent any thing of them in funerals. I have obeyed the voice of the Lord my God, and have done all things as thou hast commanded me. |
| 15願你由你神聖的住所，由天上俯視，祝福你的人民以色列，和你賜給我們的土地，即你向我們祖先所誓許的那流奶流蜜的地方。』 | 15Look from thy sanctuary, and thy high habitation of heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou didst swear to our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey. |
| 16上主你的天主今天吩咐你遵行這些法令和規則，你應全心全靈謹守遵行。 | 16This day the Lord thy God hath commanded thee to do these commandments and judgments: and to keep and fulfill them with all thy heart, and with all thy soul. |
| 17今天你明認上主是你的天主，願履行他的道路，謹守他的法令、誡命和規則，聽從他的話。 | 17Thou hast chosen the Lord this day to be thy God, and to walk in his ways and keep his ceremonies, and precepts, and judgments, and obey his command. |
| 18上主今天也照他對你所說的，明認你為他特屬的人民，只要你謹守他的一切誡命， | 18And the Lord hath chosen thee this day, to be his peculiar people, as he hath spoken to thee, and to keep all his commandments: |
| 19並且他要使你在名譽、聲望和光榮上，遠超過他所造的一切民族，使你如他所說的，成為屬於上主你的天主的聖潔人民。」 | 19And to make thee higher than all nations which he hath created, to his own praise, and name, and glory: that thou mayst be a holy people of the Lord thy God, as he hath spoken. |
