| 1梅瑟與以色列的長老吩咐人民說：「你們應遵守我今天吩咐你們的一切命令。 | 1And Moses with the ancients of Israel commanded the people, saying: Keep every commandment that I command you this day. |
| 2在你們過約但河，進入上主你的天主賜給你的土地的那一天，應豎立幾塊大石，塗上石灰； | 2And when you are passed over the Jordan into the land which the Lord thy God will give thee, thou shalt set up great stones, and shalt plaster them over with plaster, |
| 3在你過河進入上主你的天主賜給你的地方，即上主你祖先的天主許給你的流奶流蜜的地方之後，要立即將這法律的一切話刻在上面。 | 3That thou mayst write on them all the words of this law, when thou art passed over the Jordan: that thou mayst enter into the land which the Lord thy God will give thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, as he swore to thy fathers. |
| 4所以，你們一過了約但河，就該照我今日吩咐你們的，在厄巴耳山上豎立這些石頭，塗上石灰； | 4Therefore when you are passed over the Jordan, set up the stones which I command you this day, in mount Hebal, and thou shalt plaster them with plaster: |
| 5並在那裏給上主你的天主建築一座祭壇，一座未用斧鑿的石頭修的祭壇； | 5And thou shalt build there an altar to the Lord thy God, of stones which iron hath not touched, |
| 6應用未加人工的石頭建築上主你的天主的祭壇，在上面給上主你的天主奉獻全燔祭， | 6And of stones not fashioned nor polished: and thou shalt offer upon it holocausts to the Lord thy God: |
| 7祭獻和平祭，並在那裏設宴，在上主你的天主面前歡樂。 | 7And shalt immolate peace victims, and eat there, and feast before the Lord thy God. |
| 8在這些石頭上，應清清楚楚刻上這法律的一切話。」 | 8And thou shalt write upon the stones all the words of this law plainly and clearly, |
| 9梅瑟和肋未司祭對全以色列人說：「以色列人！你們應靜默細聽：你今天既成了上主你的天主的人民， | 9And Moses and the priests of the race of Levi said to all Israel: Attend, and hear, O Israel: This day thou art made the people of the Lord thy God. |
| 10就應聽從上主你的天主的話，遵行我今日給你吩咐的上主的誡命和法令。」 | 10Thou shalt hear his voice, and do the commandments and justices which I command thee. |
| 11梅瑟在那一天又吩咐人民說： | 11And Moses commanded the people in that day, saying: |
| 12「你們過了約但河以後，應站在革黎斤山上祝福人民的，是西默盎、肋未、猶大、依撒加爾、若瑟和本雅明； | 12These shall stand upon mount Garizim to bless the people, when you are passed the Jordan: Simeon, Levi, Juda, Issachar, Joseph, and Benjamin. |
| 13站在厄巴耳山上宣布詛咒的，是勒烏本、加得、阿協爾、則步隆、丹和納斐塔里。 | 13And over against them shall stand on mount Hebal to curse: Ruben, Gad, and Aser, and Zabulon, Dan, and Nephtali. |
| 14肋未人應大聲向所有的以色列人喊說： | 14And the Levites shall pronounce, and say to all the men of Israel with a loud voice: |
| 15那製造上主所憎惡的雕像或鑄像，並將匠人的作品，放在暗處的人，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 15Cursed be the man that maketh a graven and molten thing, the abomination of the Lord, the work of the hands of artificers, and shall put it in a secret place: and all the people shall answer and say: Amen. |
| 16蔑視父親和母親的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 16Cursed be he that honoureth not his father and mother: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
| 17移動鄰人地界的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 17Cursed be he that removeth his neighbour's landmarks: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
| 18領瞎子走錯路的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 18Cursed be he that maketh the blind to wander out of his way: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
| 19侵犯外方人、孤兒和寡婦權利的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 19Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, of the fatherless and the widow: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
| 20與父親的妻子同寢的，是可咒罵的，因為他揭開了父親的衣襟。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 20Cursed be he that lieth with his father's wife, and uncovereth his bed: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
| 21與獸交合的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 21Cursed be he that lieth with any beast: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
| 22與同父異母，或同母異父的姊妹同寢的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 22Cursed be he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or of his mother: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
| 23與岳母同寢的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 23Cursed be he that lieth with his mother in law: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
| 24暗殺鄰人的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 24Cursed be he that secretly killeth his neighbour: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
| 25接受賄賂去殺害無辜的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 25Cursed be he that taketh gifts, to slay an innocent person: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
| 26不堅持這法律的話而執行的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 26Cursed be he that abideth not in the words of this law, and fulfilleth them not in work: and all the people shall say: Amen. |
