創世紀	Genesis
¹以下是亞當後裔的族譜：當天主造人的時候，是按天主的肖像造的，	¹This is the book of the generation of Adam. In the day that God created man, he made him to the likeness of God.
²造了一男一女，且在造他們的那一天，祝福了他們，稱他們為「人」。	²He created them male and female; and blessed them: and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
³亞當一百三十歲時，生了一個兒子，也像自己的模樣和肖像，給他起名叫舍特。	³And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begot a son to his own image and likeness, and called his name Seth.
⁴亞當生舍特後，還活了八百年，生了其他的兒女。	⁴And the days of Adam, after he begot Seth, were eight hundred years: and he begot sons and daughters.
⁵亞當共活了九百三十歲死了。	⁵And all the time that Adam lived came to nine hundred and thirty years, and he died.
⁶舍特一百零五歲時，生了厄諾士。	⁶Seth also lived a hundred and five years, and begot Enos.
⁷舍特生厄諾士後，還活了八百零七年，生了其他的兒女。	⁷And Seth lived after he begot Enos, eight hundred and seven years, and begot sons and daughters.
⁸舍特共活了九百一十二歲死了。	⁸And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years, and he died.
⁹厄諾士九十歲時生了刻南。	⁹And Enos lived ninety years, and begot Cainan.
¹⁰厄諾士生刻南後，還活了八百一十五年，生了其他的兒女。	¹⁰After whose birth he lived eight hundred and fifteen years, and begot sons and daughters.
¹¹厄諾士共活了九百零五歲死了。	¹¹And all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years, and he died.
¹²刻南七十歲時，生了瑪拉肋耳。	¹²And Cainan lived seventy years, and begot Malaleel.
¹³刻南生瑪拉肋耳後，還活了八百四十年，生了其他的兒女。	¹³And Cainan lived after he begot Malaleel, eight hundred and forty years, and begot sons and daughters.
¹⁴刻南共活了九百一十歲死了。	¹⁴And all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years, and he died.
¹⁵瑪拉肋耳六十五歲時，生了耶勒得。	¹⁵And Malaleel lived sixty-five years, and begot Jared.
¹⁶瑪拉肋耳生耶勒得後，還活了八百三十年，生了其他的兒女。	¹⁶And Malaleel lived after he begot Jared, eight hundred and thirty years, and begot sons and daughters.
¹⁷瑪拉肋耳共活了八百九十五歲死了。	¹⁷And all the days of Malaleel were eight hundred and ninety-five years, and he died.
¹⁸耶勒得一百六十二歲時，生了哈諾客。	¹⁸And Jared lived a hundred and sixty-two years, and begot Henoch.
¹⁹耶勒得生哈諾客後。還活了八百年，生了其他的兒女。	¹⁹And Jared lived after he begot Henoch, eight hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
²⁰耶勒得共活了九百六十二歲死了。	²⁰And all the days of Jared were nine hundred and sixty-two years, and he died.
²¹哈諾客六十五歲時，生了默突舍拉。	²¹And Henoch lived sixty-five years, and begot Mathusala.
²²哈諾客常與天主往來。哈諾客生默突舍拉後，還活了三百年，生了其他的兒女。	²²And Henoch walked with God: and lived after he begot Mathusala, three hundred years, and begot sons and daughters.
²³哈諾客共活了三百六十五歲。	²³And all the days of Henoch were three hundred and sixty-five years.
²⁴哈諾客時與天主往來，然後就不見了，因為天主將他提去。	²⁴And he walked with God, and was seen no more: because God took him.
²⁵默突舍拉一百八十七歲時，生了拉默客。	²⁵And Mathusala lived a hundred and eighty-seven years, and begot Lamech.
²⁶默突舍拉生了拉默客後，還活了七百八十二年，生了其他的兒女。	²⁶And Mathusala lived after he begot Lamech, seven hundred and eighty-two years, and begot sons and daughters.
²⁷默突舍拉共活了九百六十九歲死了。	²⁷And all the days of Mathusala were nine hundred and sixty-nine years, and he died.
²⁸拉默客一百八十二歲時，生了一個兒子，	²⁸And Lamech lived a hundred and eighty-two years, and begot a son.
²⁹給他起名叫諾厄說：「這孩子要使我們在上主詛咒的地上，在我們做的工作和勞苦上，獲得欣慰！」	²⁹And he called his name Noe, saying: This same shall comfort us from the works and labours of our hands on the earth, which the Lord hath cursed.
³⁰拉默客生諾厄後，還活了五百九十五年，生了其他的兒女。	³⁰And Lamech lived after he begot Noe, five hundred and ninety-five years, and begot sons and daughters.
³¹拉默客共活了七百七十七歲死了。	³¹And all the days of Lamech came to seven hundred and seventy-seven years, and he died. And Noe, when he was five hundred years old, begot Sem, Cham, and Japheth.
³²諾厄五百歲時，生了閃、含和耶斐特。	³²
