耶肋米亞	Jeremiah
¹漆德克雅登極時，年二十一歲，在耶路撒冷為王十一年，他的母親名叫哈慕塔耳，是里貝納人耶肋米雅的女兒。	¹Sedecias was one and twenty years old when he began to reign: and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem: and the name of his mother was Amital, the daughter of Jeremias of Lobna.
²他行了上主視為惡的事，全像約雅金所行的一樣，	²And he did that which was evil in the eyes of the Lord, according to all that Joakim had done.
³因此上主對耶路撒冷和猶大大發忿怒，由自己面前將他們拋棄。以後漆德克雅背叛了巴比倫王。	³For the wrath of the Lord was against Jerusalem, and against Juda, till he cast them out from his presence: and Sedecias revolted from the king of Babylon.
⁴漆德克雅為王九年十月十日，巴比倫王拿步高率領全軍來進攻耶路撒冷，紮營圍城，在城四周建築了壁壘，	⁴And it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, the tenth day of the month, that Nabuchodonosor the king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, and they besieged it, and built forts against it round about.
⁵圍攻京城，直至漆德克雅為王十一年。	⁵And the city was besieged until the eleventh year of king Sedecias.
⁶是年四月九日，城中發生了嚴重的饑荒，當地人民已沒有糧食，	⁶And in the fourth month, the ninth day of the month, a famine overpowered the city: and there was no food for the people of the land.
⁷京城遂被攻破，加色丁人還在圍攻京城時，君王和全體士兵，黑夜出了靠近御苑的雙牆城門，逃往阿辣巴。	⁷And the city was broken up, and the men of war fled, and went out of the city in the night by the way of the gate that is between the two walls, and leadeth to the king's garden, (the Chaldeans besieging the city round about,) sad they went by the way that leadeth to the wilderness.
⁸加色丁軍隊便追趕君王，在耶里哥曠野追上了漆德克雅。此時他的軍隊已離開他逃散了。	⁸But the army of the Chaldeans pursued after the king: and they overtook Sedecias in the desert which is near Jericho: and all his companions were scattered from him.
⁹加色丁軍隊擒獲了君王，帶他上哈瑪特地的黎貝拉去見巴比倫王，巴比倫王即宣判了他的罪案。	⁹And when they had taken the king, they carried him to the king of Babylon to Reblatha, which is in the land of Emath: and he gave judgment upon him.
¹⁰巴比倫王在黎貝拉當着漆德克雅眼前殺了他的兒子，和猶大的眾首領，	¹⁰And the king of Babylon slew the sons of Sedecias before his eyes: and he slew all the princes of Juda in Reblatha.
¹¹然後剜了漆德克雅的眼，給他帶上鎖鏈，送往巴比倫去，直到他死，囚在監內。	¹¹And he put out the eyes of Sedecias, and bound him with fetters, and the king of Babylon brought him into Babylon, and he put him in prison till the day of his death.
¹²巴比倫王拿步高為王十九年五月十日，侍立於巴比倫王左右的衛隊長乃步匝辣當來到了耶路撒冷，	¹²And in the fifth month, the tenth day of the month, the same is the nineteenth year of Nabuchodonosor, king of Babylon, came Nabuzardan the general of the army, who stood before the king of Babylon in Jerusalem.
¹³焚毀了上主的殿、王宮和耶路撒冷所有的民房；凡是高大的建築都用火燒了。	¹³And he burnt the house of the Lord, and the king's house, and all the houses of Jerusalem, and every great house he burnt with fire.
¹⁴跟隨衛隊長的有加色丁軍隊，拆毀了耶路撒冷周圍的城牆；	¹⁴And all the army of the Chaldeans that were with the general broke down all the wall of Jerusalem round about.
¹⁵城中剩下的人民和已投降巴比倫王的人以及剩下的工匠，衛隊長乃步匝辣當都擄了去，	¹⁵But Nabuzardan the general carried away captives some of the poor people, and of the rest of the common sort who remained in the city, and of the fugitives that were fled over to the king of Babylon, and the rest of the multitude.
¹⁶只留下了當地一部分最窮的平民，作園丁和農民。	¹⁶But of the poor of the land, Nabuzardan the general left some for vinedressers, and for husbandmen.
¹⁷加色丁人又將上主殿內的銅柱，和上主殿內的銅座、銅海都打碎，把銅都運往巴比倫；	¹⁷The Chaldeans also broke in pieces the brazen pillars that were in the house of the Lord, and the bases, and the sea of brass that was in the house of the Lord: and they carried all the brass of them to Babylon.
¹⁸此外鍋、鏟、蠟剪、盆碟、香盤，以及行禮用的一切銅器，全都帶走；	¹⁸And they took the caldrons, and the fleshhooks, and the psalteries, and the bowls, and the little mortars, and all the brazen vessels that had been used in the ministry: and
¹⁹爵杯、提爐、盆碟、鍋子、蠟台、勺子和盆盂，凡是純金純銀的，衛隊長也都拿走了。	¹⁹The general took away the pitchers, and the censers, and the pots, and the basins, and the candlesticks, and the mortars, and the cups: as many as were of gold, in gold: and as many as were of silver, in silver:
²⁰撒羅滿王為上主殿做的兩根柱子，一個銅海和下面的十二個銅牛，及十個盆座：這些器皿的銅，重量無法估計。	²⁰And the two pillars, and one sea, and twelve oxen of brass that were under the bases, which king Solomon had made in the house of the Lord: there was no weight of the brass of all these vessels.
²¹至於兩根柱子，每根高十八肘；周圍是十二肘，有四指厚，中空。	²¹And concerning the pillars, one pillar was eighteen cubits high: and a cord of twelve cubits compassed it about: but the thickness thereof was four fingers, and it was hollow within.
²²每根柱子上面有銅柱頭，高五肘，柱頭四周有網子和石榴，全是銅的；另一柱子同樣也有像這樣的裝飾和石榴。	²²And chapiters of brass were upon both: and the height of one chapiter was five cubits: and network, and pomegranates were upon the chapiters round about, all of brass. The same of the second pillar, and the pomegranates.
²³石榴有九十六個，往下懸着；網子四周共有一百個石榴。	²³And there were ninety-six pomegranates hanging down: and the pomegranates being a hundred in all, were compassed with network.
²⁴衛隊長又擒獲了大司祭色辣雅，副大司祭責法尼雅和三個門丁，	²⁴And the general took Saraias the chief priest, and Sophonias the second priest, and the three keepers of the entry.
²⁵由城中還擒獲了一個管理軍隊的宦官，七個在城裡搜到的君王的親信，一個徵募當地人民的軍長的書記，和城中搜到的六十個當地平民。	²⁵He also took out of the city one eunuch that was chief over the men of war: and seven men of them that were near the king's person, that were found in the city: and a scribe, an officer of the army who exercised the young soldiers: and threescore men of the people of the land, that were found in the midst of the city.
²⁶衛隊長乃步匝辣當捉住他們帶黎貝拉去見巴比倫王；	²⁶And Nabuzardan the general took them, and brought them to the king of Babylon, to Reblatha.
²⁷巴比倫王就在哈瑪特地的黎貝拉將他們殺了。從此，猶大人由本鄉被擄去充軍。	²⁷And the king of Babylon struck them, and put them to death in Reblatha, in the land of Emath: and Juda was carried away captive out of his land.
²⁸以下是拿步高擄去的人數：在第七年擄去的猶大人，為數是三千零二十三人。	²⁸This is the people whom Nabuchodonosor carried away captive: in the seventh year, three thousand and twenty-three Jews.
²⁹拿步高第十八年，由耶路撒冷擄去的是八百三十二人；	²⁹In the eighteenth year of Nabuchodonosor, eight hundred and thirty-two souls from Jerusalem.
³⁰拿步高第二十三年，衛隊長乃步匝辣當擄去了七百四十五名猶大人：擄去的人數共計是四千六百名。	³⁰In the three and twentieth year of Nabuchodonosor, Nabuzardan the general carried away of the Jews seven hundred and forty-five souls. So all the souls were four thousand six hundred.
³¹猶大王耶苛尼雅被擄後第三十七年，十二月二十五日，巴比倫王厄威耳默洛達客登極元年，大赦猶大王耶苛尼雅，放他出獄，	³¹And it came to pass in the seven and thirtieth year of the captivity of Joachin king of Juda, in the twelfth month, the five and twentieth day of the month, that Evilmerodach king of Babylon, in the first year of his reign, lifted up the head of Joachin king of Juda, and brought him forth out of prison.
³²親切與他交談，令他坐在與他一同在巴比倫的眾王之上，	³²And he spoke kindly to him, and he set his throne above the thrones of the kings that were with him in Babylon.
³³脫去他的囚衣，以後一生日日與王共進飲食。	³³And he changed his prison garments, and he ate bread before him always all the days of his life.
³⁴他的生活費用，在他有生之日，直到他死，每天不斷由巴比倫王供應。	³⁴And for his diet a continual provision was allowed him by the king of Babylon, every day a portion, until the day of his death, all the days of his life.
