| 1上主訓示梅瑟說： | 1And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: |
| 2「你吩咐以色列子民給你拿由橄欖榨的清油來，為點燈用，好叫燈光長明不熄。 | 2Command the children of Israel, that they bring unto thee the finest and dearest oil of olives, to furnish the lamps continually, |
| 3亞郎應將這燈放在會幕內，約櫃帳幔外，自晚上到早晨常點在上主面前：這為你們世世代代是永久的法令。 | 3Without the veil of the testimony in the tabernacle of the covenant. And Aaron shall set them from evening until morning before the Lord, by a perpetual service and rite in your generations. |
| 4亞郎應把這些燈放在純金台上，在上主面前長燃不熄。 | 4They shall be set upon the most pure candlestick before the Lord continually. |
| 5你應拿細麵，烤成十二個餅，每個是十分之二『厄法』； | 5Thou shalt take also fine hour, and shalt bake twelve leaves thereof, two tenths shall be in every loaf: |
| 6將餅排成兩行，六個一行，供在上主面前的純金桌上。 | 6And thou shalt set them six and six one against another upon the most clean table before the Lord: |
| 7每行應撒上純乳香，作為食物當獻與上主的火祭，為獲得紀念。 | 7And thou shalt put upon them the dearest frankincense, that the bread may be for a memorial of the oblation of the Lord. |
| 8每安息日，應將餅不斷地供在上主面前，這是以色列子民因永久的盟約而當行的義務。 | 8Every sabbath they shall be changed before the Lord, being received of the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant: |
| 9這些應歸亞郎和他的兒子；他們應在聖地方吃，因為這是上主火祭中至聖之物，是他永享的權利。」 | 9And they shall be Aaron's and his sons', that they may eat them in the holy place: because it is most holy of the sacrifices of the Lord by a perpetual right. |
| 10當時在以色列子民中有一個人，他的母親是以色列人，父親是埃及人。這以色列女人的兒子在營內與一個以色列人爭吵； | 10And behold there went out the son of a woman of Israel, whom she had of an Egyptian, among the children of Israel, and fell at words in the camp with a man of Israel. |
| 11以色列女人的兒子咒罵褻瀆了上主的名，人們就帶他去見梅瑟，──這人的母親名叫舍羅米特，是丹支派狄貝黎的女兒，── | 11And when he had blasphemed the name, and had cursed it, he was brought to Moses: (now his mother was called Salumith, the daughter of Dabri, of the tribe of Dan:) |
| 12將他看守起來，等梅瑟依照上主的訓令給他們處理。 | 12And they put him into prison, till they might know what the Lord would command. |
| 13於是上主訓示梅瑟說： | 13And the Lord spoke to Moses, |
| 14「你帶這犯褻瀆罪的人到營外去，凡聽見他說褻瀆話的人，都按手在他頭上，然後令全體會眾用石頭砸死他。 | 14Saying: Bring forth the blasphemer without the camp, and let them that heard him, put their hands upon his head, and let all the people stone him. |
| 15你應這樣告訴以色列子民說：凡褻瀆天主的，應負罪債； | 15And thou shalt speak to the children of Israel: the man that curseth his God, shall bear his sin: |
| 16那不避諱『雅威』之名的，應處死刑，全體會眾應用石頭砸死他；不論外方人或本地人，若不避諱『雅威』的名，應處死刑。 | 16And he that blasphemeth the name of the Lord, dying let him die: all the multitude shall stone him, whether he be a native or a stranger. He that blasphemeth the name of the Lord, dying let him die. |
| 17凡打死人的，應處死刑。 | 17He that striketh and killeth a man, dying let him die. |
| 18凡打死牲畜的，應該賠償：以命還命。 | 18He that killeth a beast, shall make it good, that is to say, shall give beast for beast. |
| 19人若加害自己的同胞，他怎樣待人，人也怎樣待他： | 19He that giveth a blemish to any of his neighbours: as he hath done, so shall it be done to him: |
| 20以傷還傷，以眼還眼，以牙還牙；他怎樣害了人，人也怎樣害他。 | 20Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, shall he restore. What blemish he gave, the like shall he be compelled to suffer. |
| 21凡打死牲畜的，應該賠償；凡打死人的，應處死刑。 | 21He that striketh a beast, shall render another. He that striketh a man shall be punished. |
| 22為你們，不論是外方人或是本地人，只有一樣法律；因為我上主是你們的天主。」 | 22Let there be equal judgment among you, whether he be a stranger, or a native that offends: because I am the Lord your God. |
| 23梅瑟這樣訓示了以色列子民；他們就把這犯褻瀆罪的人帶到營外，用石頭砸死。以色列子民全照上主吩咐梅瑟的做了。 | 23And Moses spoke to the children of Israel: and they brought forth him that had blasphemed, without the camp, and they stoned him. And the children of Israel did as the Lord had commanded Moses. |
