| 1耶穌對門徒說：「引人跌倒的事是免不了的；但是，引人跌倒的人是有禍的。 | 1And he said to his disciples: It is impossible that scandals should not come: but woe to him through whom they come. |
| 2把一塊磨石套在他的頸上，投入海中，比讓他引這些小子中的一個跌倒，為他更好。 | 2It were better for him, that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should scandalize one of these little ones. |
| 3你們要謹慎！如果你的兄弟犯了罪，你就得規勸他；他如果後悔了，你就得寬恕他。 | 3Take heed to yourselves. If thy brother sin against thee, reprove him: and if he do penance, forgive him. |
| 4如果他一天七次得罪了你，而又七次轉向你說：我後悔了，你也得寬恕他。」 | 4And if he sin against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day be converted unto thee, saying, I repent; forgive him. |
| 5宗徒們向主說：「請增加我們的信德罷！」 | 5And the apostles said to the Lord: Increase our faith. |
| 6主說：「如果你們有信德像芥子那樣大，即使你們給這棵桑樹說：你連根拔出，移植到海中去！它也會服從你們的。 | 6And the Lord said: If you had faith like to a grain of mustard seed, you might say to this mulberry tree, Be thou rooted up, and be thou transplanted into the sea: and it would obey you. |
| 7你們中間誰有僕人耕田或放羊，從田地裏回來，即給他說：你快過來坐下吃飯罷！ | 7But which of you having a servant ploughing, or feeding cattle, will say to him, when he is come from the field: Immediately go, sit down to meat: |
| 8而不給他說：預備我吃飯，束上腰伺候我，等我吃喝完畢，以後你纔吃喝？ | 8And will not rather say to him: Make ready my supper, and gird thyself, and serve me, whilst I eat and drink, and afterwards thou shalt eat and drink? |
| 9僕人做了吩咐的事，主人豈要向他道謝？ | 9Doth he thank that servant, for doing the things which he commanded him? |
| 10你們也是這樣，既做完吩咐你們的一切，仍然要說：我們是無用的僕人，我們不過做了我們應做的事。」 | 10I think not. So you also, when you shall have done all these things that are commanded you, say: We are unprofitable servants; we have done that which we ought to do. |
| 11耶穌往耶路撒冷去的時候，經過撒瑪黎雅及加里肋亞中間， | 11And it came to pass, as he was going to Jerusalem, he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. |
| 12走進一個村莊的時候，有十個癩病人迎面而來，遠遠地站着。 | 12And as he entered into a certain town, there met him ten men that were lepers, who stood afar off; |
| 13他們提高聲音說：「師傅，耶穌，可憐我們罷！」 | 13And lifted up their voice, saying: Jesus, master, have mercy on us. |
| 14耶穌定睛一看，向他們說：「你們去，叫司祭們檢驗你們罷！」他們去的時候，便潔淨了。 | 14Whom when he saw, he said: Go, shew yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass, as they went, they were made clean. |
| 15其中一個，看見自己痊癒了，就回來大聲光榮天主， | 15And one of them, when he saw that he was made clean, went back, with a loud voice glorifying God. |
| 16並且跪伏在耶穌足前，感謝他；他是一個撒瑪黎雅人。 | 16And he fell on his face before his feet, giving thanks: and this was a Samaritan. |
| 17耶穌便說道：「潔淨了的不是十個人嗎？那九個人在那裏呢？ | 17And Jesus answering, said, Were not ten made clean? and where are the nine? |
| 18除了這個外邦人，就沒有別人回來歸光榮於天主嗎？」 | 18There is no one found to return and give glory to God, but this stranger. |
| 19耶穌遂給那人說：「起來，去罷！你的信德救了你。」 | 19And he said to him: Arise, go thy way; for thy faith hath made thee whole. |
| 20法利塞人問耶穌天主的國何時要來；耶穌回答說：「天主國的來臨，並非是顯然可見的； | 20And being asked by the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come? he answered them, and said: The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: |
| 21人也不能說：看呀，在這裏；或：在那裏。因為天主的國就在你們中間。」 | 21Neither shall they say: Behold here, or behold there. For lo, the kingdom of God is within you. |
| 22耶穌對門徒說：「日子將到，那時，你們切望看見人子日子中的一天，而不得見。 | 22And he said to his disciples: The days will come, when you shall desire to see one day of the Son of man; and you shall not see it. |
| 23人要向你們說：看呀，在那裏；看呀，在這裏。你們不要去，也不要追隨， | 23And they will say to you: See here, and see there. Go ye not after, nor follow them: |
| 24因為猶如閃電由天這邊閃起，直照到天那邊：人子在他的日子裏，也要這樣。 | 24For as the lightening that lighteneth from under heaven, shineth unto the parts that are under heaven, so shall the Son of man be in his day. |
| 25但他必須先受許多苦，且被這一代所擯棄。 | 25But first he must suffer many things, and be rejected by this generation. |
| 26在諾厄的日子裏怎樣，在人子的日子裏也要怎樣； | 26And as it came to pass in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. |
| 27那時，人們吃喝婚嫁，直到諾厄進入方舟的那天，洪水來了，消滅了所有的人。 | 27They did eat and drink, they married wives, and were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark: and the flood came and destroyed them all. |
| 28又如在羅特的日子裏，人們吃喝買賣，種植建造， | 28Likewise as it came to pass, in the days of Lot: they did eat and drink, they bought and sold, they planted and built. |
| 29但在羅特從索多瑪出來的那天，火及硫磺自天降下，消滅了所有的人： | 29And in the day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. |
| 30在人子顯現的日子裏，也要這樣。 | 30Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man shall be revealed. |
| 31在那一日，那在屋頂上，而他的器具在屋內的，不要下來取；那在田地裏的，同樣不要回來。 | 31In that hour, he that shall be on the housetop, and his goods in the house, let him not go down to take them away: and he that shall be in the field, in like manner, let him not return back. |
| 32你們要記得羅特的妻子！ | 32Remember Lot's wife. |
| 33不論誰，若想保全自己的性命，必要喪失性命；凡喪失性命的，必要保存性命。 | 33Whosoever shall seek to save his life, shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose it, shall preserve it. |
| 34我告訴你們：在這一夜，兩個人同在一張床上，一個要被提去，而一個要被遺棄； | 34I say to you: in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. |
| 35兩個女人一起推磨，一個要被提去，而一個要被遺棄。」＊ | 35Two women shall be grinding together: the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left: two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. |
| 37他們問耶穌說：「主，在那裏呢？」耶穌回答說：「在那裏有屍體，老鷹就聚集在那裏。」 | 36They answering, say to him: Where, Lord? |
| 37Who said to them: Wheresoever the body shall be, thither will the eagles also be gathered together. |
