馬爾谷福音	Mark
¹過了一些日子，耶穌又進了葛法翁，人聽說他在家裏，	¹And again he entered into Capharnaum after some days.
²就聚來了許多人，以致連門前也不能再容納，他就對他們講道。	²And it was heard that he was in the house, and many came together, so that there was no room; no, not even at the door; and he spoke to them the word.
³那時，有人帶着一個癱子到他這裏來，由四個人抬着；	³And they came to him, bringing one sick of the palsy, who was carried by four.
⁴但因為人眾多，不能送到他面前，就在耶穌所在之處，拆開了房頂；拆穿之後，把床縋下去，癱子在上面躺着。	⁴And when they could not offer him unto him for the multitude, they uncovered the roof where he was; and opening it, they let down the bed wherein the man sick of the palsy lay.
⁵耶穌一見他們的信心，就對癱子說：「孩子！你的罪赦了。」	⁵And when Jesus had seen their faith, he saith to the sick of the palsy: Son, thy sins are forgiven thee.
⁶那時，有幾個經師坐在那裏，心裏忖度說：	⁶And there were some of the scribes sitting there, and thinking in their hearts:
⁷「怎麼這人這樣說話呢？他說了褻瀆的話；除了天主一個外，誰能赦罪呢？」	⁷Why doth this man speak thus? he blasphemeth. Who can forgive sins, but God only?
⁸耶穌憑自己的神力，即刻認透了他們私自這樣忖度，遂向他們說：「你們心中為什麼這樣忖度呢？	⁸Which Jesus presently knowing in his spirit, that they so thought within themselves, saith to them: Why think you these things in your hearts?
⁹什麼比較容易呢？是對癱子說：你的罪赦了；還是說：起來，拿你的床走？	⁹Which is easier, to say to the sick of the palsy: Thy sins are forgiven thee; or to say: Arise, take up thy bed, and walk?
¹⁰但為叫你們知道：人子在地上有權柄赦罪──遂對癱子說：	¹⁰But that you may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,)
¹¹我給你說：起來，拿你的床，回家去罷！」	¹¹I say to thee: Arise, take up thy bed, and go into thy house.
¹²那人遂起來，立刻拿起床，當着眾人的面走出去了，以致眾人大為驚愕，遂光榮天主說：「我們從未見過這樣的事！」	¹²And immediately he arose; and taking up his bed, went his way in the sight of all; so that all wondered and glorified God, saying: We never saw the like.
¹³耶穌又出去，到了海邊，群眾都到他跟前，他便教訓他們。	¹³And he went forth again to the sea side; and all the multitude came to him, and he taught them.
¹⁴當他前行時，看見阿耳斐的兒子肋未坐在稅關上，便向他說：「你跟隨我罷！」肋未就起來跟隨了耶穌。	¹⁴And when he was passing by, he saw Levi the son of Alpheus sitting at the receipt of custom; and he saith to him: Follow me. And rising up, he followed him.
¹⁵當耶穌在肋未家中坐席的時候，有許多稅吏和罪人，也與耶穌和他的門徒一起坐席，因為已有許多人跟隨了他。	¹⁵And it came to pass, that as he sat at meat in his house, many publicans and sinners sat down together with Jesus and his disciples. For they were many, who also followed him.
¹⁶法利塞黨的經師看見耶穌與罪人和稅吏一起吃飯，就對他的門徒說：「怎麼，他與罪人和稅吏一起吃喝？」	¹⁶And the scribes and the Pharisees, seeing that he ate with publicans and sinners, said to his disciples: Why doth your master eat and drink with publicans and sinners?
¹⁷耶穌聽了，就對他們說：「不是健康的人需要醫生，而是有病的人；我不是來召義人，而是召罪人。」	¹⁷Jesus hearing this, saith to them: They that are well have no need of a physician, but they that are sick. For I came not to call the just, but sinners.
¹⁸當時，若翰的門徒和法利塞人正在禁食，有人來向耶穌說：「為什麼若翰的門徒和法利塞人門徒禁食，而你的門徒卻不禁食呢？」	¹⁸And the disciples of John and the Pharisees used to fast; and they come and say to him: Why do the disciples of John and of the Pharisees fast; but thy disciples do not fast?
¹⁹耶穌對他們說：「伴郎豈能在新郎還與他們在一起的時候禁食？他們與新郎在一起的時候，決不能禁食。	¹⁹And Jesus saith to them: Can the children of the marriage fast, as long as the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast.
²⁰但日子將要來到：當新郎從他們中被劫去時，在那一天，他們就要禁食了。	²⁰But the days will come when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them; and then they shall fast in those days.
²¹沒有人將未漂過的布補在舊衣服上的；不然，補上的那塊新布要扯裂了舊的，破綻就更加壞了。	²¹No man seweth a piece of raw cloth to an old garment: otherwise the new piecing taketh away from the old, and there is made a greater rent.
²²也沒有人把新酒裝在舊皮囊裏的；不然，酒漲破了皮囊，酒和皮囊都喪失了；而是新酒應裝在新皮囊裏。」	²²And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: otherwise the wine will burst the bottles, and both the wine will be spilled, and the bottles will be lost. But new wine must be put into new bottles.
²³有一次，正當安息日，耶穌從麥田裏路過，他的門徒在行路時掐食起麥穗來。	²³And it came to pass again, as the Lord walked through the corn fields on the sabbath, that his disciples began to go forward, and to pluck the ears of corn.
²⁴法利塞人向耶穌說：「你看！他們為什麼做安息日不許做的事？」	²⁴And the Pharisees said to him: Behold, why do they on the sabbath day that which is not lawful?
²⁵耶穌對他們說：「你們從未讀過：達味在急迫中和同他一起的人，在饑餓時所作的事嗎？	²⁵And he said to them: Have you never read what David did when he had need, and was hungry himself, and they that were with him?
²⁶當厄貝雅塔爾作大司祭時，達味怎樣進了天主的殿，吃了除司祭外，誰也不許吃的供餅，並且還給了同他一起的人？」	²⁶How he went into the house of God, under Abiathar the high priest, and did eat the loaves of proposition, which was not lawful to eat but for the priests, and gave to them who were with him?
²⁷耶穌又對他們說：「安息日是為人立的，並不是人為了安息日；	²⁷And he said to them: The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath.
²⁸所以，人子也是安息日的主。」	²⁸Therefore the Son of man is Lord of the sabbath also.
