馬爾谷福音	Mark
¹法利塞人和一些從耶路撒冷來的經師，聚集到耶穌跟前。	¹And there assembled together unto him the Pharisees and some of the scribes, coming from Jerusalem.
²他們曾看見他的幾個門徒用不潔的手，就是用沒有洗過的手吃飯──	²And when they had seen some of his disciples eat bread with common, that is, with unwashed hands, they found fault.
³原來，法利塞人和所有的猶太人，都拘守先人的傳授：若不仔細洗手，就不吃飯；	³For the Pharisees, and all the Jews eat not without often washing their hands, holding the tradition of the ancients:
⁴從街市上回來，若不先沐浴，也不吃飯；還有其他許多按傳授應拘守的事：如洗杯，洗壺，洗銅器等──	⁴And when they come from the market, unless they be washed, they eat not: and many other things there are that have been delivered to them to observe, the washings of cups and of pots, and of brazen vessels, and of beds.
⁵法利塞人和經師們就問耶穌說：「你的門徒為什麼不遵守先人的傳授，而用不潔的手吃飯？」	⁵And the Pharisees and scribes asked him: Why do not thy disciples walk according to the tradition of the ancients, but they eat bread with common hands?
⁶耶穌對他們說：「依撒意亞論你們這些假善人預言的真好，正如所記載的：『這民族用嘴唇尊敬我，他們的心卻遠離我。	⁶But he answering, said to them: Well did Isaias prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
⁷他們恭敬我，也是虛假的，因為他們所講授的教義，是人的規律。』	⁷And in vain do they worship me, teaching doctrines and precepts of men.
⁸你們離棄天主的誡命，而只拘守人的傳授。」	⁸For leaving the commandment of God, you hold the tradition of men, the washing of pots and of cups: and many other things you do like to these.
⁹又向他們說：「真好啊！你們為拘守你們的傳授，竟廢除了天主的誡命。	⁹And he said to them: Well do you make void the commandment of God, that you may keep your own tradition.
¹⁰梅瑟原說過：『你該孝敬你的父親及你的母親』；又說：『咒罵了父親或母親的，應處以死刑』。	¹⁰For Moses said: Honour thy father and thy mother; and He that shall curse father or mother, dying let him die.
¹¹你們卻說：人若對父親或母親說：我所能供養你的，已成了『科爾班』，即『獻儀』，	¹¹But you say: If a man shall say to his father or mother, Corban, (which is a gift,) whatsoever is from me, shall profit thee.
¹²那麼就准許那人不必再為父母做什麼了：	¹²And further you suffer him not to do any thing for his father or mother,
¹³這樣你們便為了你們所傳授的遺教，廢棄了天主的話；並且你們還行了許多其他諸如此類的事。」	¹³Making void the word of God by your own tradition, which you have given forth. And many other such like things you do.
¹⁴耶穌又叫過群眾來，對他們說：「你們都要聽我，且要明白！	¹⁴And calling again the multitude unto him, he said to them: Hear ye me all, and understand.
¹⁵不是從人外面進入他內的，能污穢人，而是從人裏面出來的，纔污穢人。	¹⁵There is nothing from without a man that entering into him, can defile him. But the things which come from a man, those are they that defile a man.
¹⁶凡有耳聽的，聽罷！」	¹⁶If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
¹⁷耶穌離開群眾，回到家裏，他的門徒便問他這比喻的意義。	¹⁷And when he was come into the house from the multitude, his disciples asked him the parable.
¹⁸耶穌就給他們說：「怎麼，連你們也不明白嗎？你們不曉得：凡從外面進入人內的，不能使人污穢，	¹⁸And he saith to them: So are you also without knowledge? understand you not that every thing from without, entering into a man cannot defile him:
¹⁹因為進不到他的心，但到他的肚腹內，再排洩到廁所裏去嗎？」──他這是說一切食物都是潔淨的。	¹⁹Because it entereth not into his heart, but goeth into the belly, and goeth out into the privy, purging all meats?
²⁰耶穌又說：「凡從人裏面出來的，那纔使人污穢，	²⁰But he said that the things which come out from a man, they defile a man.
²¹因為從裏面，從人心裏出來的是些惡念、邪淫、盜竊、兇殺、	²¹For from within out of the heart of men proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
²²姦淫、貪吝、毒辣、詭詐、放蕩、嫉妒、毀謗、驕傲、愚妄：	²²Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness.
²³這一切惡事，都是從內裏出來的，並且使人污穢。」	²³All these evil things come from within, and defile a man.
²⁴耶穌從那裏起身，往提洛和漆冬境內去了。他進了一家，不願任何人知道，但是不能隱藏。	²⁴And rising from thence he went into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon: and entering into a house, he would that no man should know it, and he could not be hid.
²⁵當下就有一個婦人，她的女兒附了邪魔，一聽說耶穌，就來跪伏在他腳前。	²⁵For a woman as soon as she heard of him, whose daughter had an unclean spirit, came in and fell down at his feet.
²⁶這婦人是個外邦人，生於敘利亞腓尼基；她懇求耶穌把魔鬼從她女兒身上趕出去。	²⁶For the woman was a Gentile, a Syrophenician born. And she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.
²⁷耶穌向她說：「應先讓兒女們吃飽了，因為拿兒女的餅扔給小狗是不對的。」	²⁷Who said to her: Suffer first the children to be filled: for it is not good to take the bread of the children, and cast it to the dogs.
²⁸那婦人卻回答說：「主！是啊！可是小狗在桌子底下，也可吃孩子們的碎屑呢！」	²⁸But she answered and said to him: Yea, Lord; for the whelps also eat under the table of the crumbs of the children.
²⁹耶穌對她說：「為了這句話，你去罷！魔鬼已從你女兒身上出去了。」	²⁹And he said to her: For this saying go thy way, the devil is gone out of thy daughter.
³⁰她一回到自己的家裏，看見孩子躺在床上，魔鬼已出去了。	³⁰And when she was come into her house, she found the girl lying upon the bed, and that the devil was gone out.
³¹耶穌又從提洛境內出來，經過漆冬，向着加里肋亞海，到了十城區中心地帶。	³¹And again going out of the coasts of Tyre, he came by Sidon to the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.
³²有人給他帶來一個又聾又啞的人，求他給他覆手。	³²And they bring to him one deaf and dumb; and they besought him that he would lay his hand upon him.
³³耶穌便領他離開群眾，來到一邊，把手指放進他的耳朵裏，並用唾沫，抹他的舌頭，	³³And taking him from the multitude apart, he put his fingers into his ears, and spitting, he touched his tongue:
³⁴然後望天歎息，向他說：「厄法達！」就是說：「開了罷！」	³⁴And looking up to heaven, he groaned, and said to him: Ephpheta, which is, Be thou opened.
³⁵他的耳朵就立時開了，舌結也解了，說話也清楚了。	³⁵And immediately his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spoke right.
³⁶耶穌遂囑咐他們不要告訴任何人；但他越囑咐他們，他們便越發宣傳；	³⁶And he charged them that they should tell no man. But the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal did they publish it.
³⁷人都不勝驚奇說：「他所做的一切都好：使聾子聽見，叫啞吧說話。」	³⁷And so much the more did they wonder, saying: He hath done all things well; he hath made both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
