馬爾谷福音	Mark
¹耶穌又對他們說：「我實在告訴你們：站在這裏的人中，就有幾個在未嘗到死味以前，必要看見天主的國帶着威能降來。」	¹And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter and James and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves, and was transfigured before them.
²六天後，耶穌帶着伯多祿、雅各伯和若望，單獨帶領他們上了一座高山，在他們前變了容貌：	²And his garments became shining and exceeding white as snow, so as no fuller upon earth can make white.
³他的衣服發光，那樣潔白，世上沒有一個漂布的能漂得那樣白。	³And there appeared to them Elias with Moses; and they were talking with Jesus.
⁴厄里亞和梅瑟也顯現給他們，正在同耶穌談論。	⁴And Peter answering, said to Jesus: Rabbi, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles, one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
⁵伯多祿遂開口對耶穌說：「師傅，我們在這裏真好！讓我們張搭三個帳棚：一個為你，一個為梅瑟，一個為厄里亞。」	⁵For he knew not what he said: for they were struck with fear.
⁶他原不知道該說什麼，因為他們都嚇呆了。	⁶And there was a cloud overshadowing them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying: This is my most beloved son; hear ye him.
⁷當時，有一團雲彩遮蔽了他們，從雲中有聲音說：「這是我的愛子，你們要聽從他！」	⁷And immediately looking about, they saw no man any more, but Jesus only with them.
⁸他們忽然向四周一看，任誰都不見了，只有耶穌同他們在一起。	⁸And as they came down from the mountain, he charged them not to tell any man what things they had seen, till the Son of man shall be risen again from the dead.
⁹他們從山上下來的時候，耶穌囑咐他們，非等人子從死者中復活後，不要將他們所見的告訴任何人。	⁹And they kept the word to themselves; questioning together what that should mean, when he shall be risen from the dead.
¹⁰他們遵守了這話，卻彼此討論從死者中復活是什麼意思。	¹⁰And they asked him, saying: Why then do the Pharisees and scribes say that Elias must come first?
¹¹他們就問耶穌說：「為什麼經師們說厄里亞應該先來？」	¹¹Who answering, said to them: Elias, when he shall come first, shall restore all things; and as it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things and be despised.
¹²耶穌對他們說：「厄里亞固然要先來重整一切：但是經上關於人子應受許多痛苦，被人輕慢，是怎樣記載的呢？	¹²But I say to you, that Elias also is come, (and they have done to him whatsoever they would,) as it is written of him.
¹³可是，我告訴你們！厄里亞已經來了，人們任意對待了他，正如經上關於他所記載的。」	¹³And coming to his disciples, he saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes disputing with them.
¹⁴他們來到門徒那裏，看見一大群人圍着他們，經師和他們正在辯論。	¹⁴And presently all the people seeing Jesus, were astonished and struck with fear; and running to him, they saluted him.
¹⁵全民眾一看見了耶穌，就都驚奇，立刻向前跑去問候他。	¹⁵And he asked them: What do you question about among you?
¹⁶耶穌問門徒說：「你們和他們辯論什麼？」	¹⁶And one of the multitude, answering, said: Master, I have brought my son to thee, having a dumb spirit.
¹⁷群眾中有一個人回答說：「師傅，我帶了我的兒子來見你，他附着一個啞吧魔鬼；	¹⁷Who, wheresoever he taketh him, dasheth him, and he foameth, and gnasheth with the teeth, and pineth away; and I spoke to thy disciples to cast him out, and they could not.
¹⁸無論在那裏，魔鬼抓住他，就把他摔倒，他就口吐白沬，咬牙切齒，並且僵硬了。我曾請你的門徒把魔鬼逐出，他們卻不能。」	¹⁸Who answering them, said: O incredulous generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.
¹⁹耶穌開口向他們說：「哎！無信的世代！我與你們在一起要到幾時呢？我容忍你們要到幾時呢？帶他到我這裏來！」	¹⁹And they brought him. And when he had seen him, immediately the spirit troubled him; and being thrown down upon the ground, he rolled about foaming.
²⁰他們就把孩子領到耶穌跟前。魔鬼一見耶穌，立時使那孩子拘攣了一陣，那孩子便倒在地上，打滾吐沫。	²⁰And he asked his father: How long time is it since this hath happened unto him? But he said: From his infancy:
²¹耶穌問他的父親說：這事發生在他身上有多少時候了？」他回答說：「從小的時候；	²¹And oftentimes hath he cast him into the fire and into waters to destroy him. But if thou canst do any thing, help us, having compassion on us.
²²魔鬼屢次把他投到火裏或水裏，要害死他。但是，你若能做什麼，你就憐憫我們，幫助我們罷！」	²²And Jesus saith to him: If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
²³耶穌對他說：「『你若能，』為信的人，一切都是可能的！」	²³And immediately the father of the boy crying out, with tears said: I do believe, Lord: help my unbelief.
²⁴小孩子的父親立刻喊說：「我信！請你補助我的無信罷！」	²⁴And when Jesus saw the multitude running together, he threatened the unclean spirit, saying to him: Deaf and dumb spirit, I command thee, go out of him; and enter not any more into him.
²⁵耶穌看見群眾都跑過來，就叱責邪魔說：「又聾又啞的魔鬼，我命你從他身上出去！再不要進入他內！」	²⁵And crying out, and greatly tearing him, he went out of him, and he became as dead, so that many said: He is dead.
²⁶魔鬼就喊叫起來，猛烈地使那孩子拘攣了一陣，就出去了；那孩子好像死了一樣，以致有許多人說：「他死了！」	²⁶But Jesus taking him by the hand, lifted him up; and he arose.
²⁷但是，耶穌握住他的手，拉他起來，他就起來了。	²⁷And when he was come into the house, his disciples secretly asked him: Why could not we cast him out?
²⁸耶穌進到家裏，他的門徒私下問他說：「為什麼我們不能趕他出去？」	²⁸And he said to them: This kind can go out by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.
²⁹耶穌對他們說：「這一類，非用祈禱【和禁食】，是不能趕出去的。」	²⁹And departing from thence, they passed through Galilee, and he would not that any man should know it.
³⁰他們從那裏起身，經過加里肋亞；耶穌卻不願叫人知道。	³⁰And he taught his disciples, and said to them: The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise again the third day.
³¹因為那時他教訓他的門徒，給他們說：「人子將要被交在人手中，為人所殺；被殺以後，過了三天，他必要復活。」	³¹But they understood not the word, and they were afraid to ask him.
³²門徒卻不明白這些話，又害怕詢問他。	³²And they came to Capharnaum. And when they were in the house, he asked them: What did you treat of in the way?
³³他們來到葛法翁，進到家裏，耶穌問他們說：「你們在路上爭論了什麼？」	³³But they held their peace, for in the way they had disputed among themselves, which of them should be the greatest.
³⁴他們都默不作聲，因為他們在路上彼此爭論誰最大。	³⁴And sitting down, he called the twelve, and saith to them: If any man desire to be first, he shall be the last of all, and the minister of all.
³⁵耶穌坐下，叫過那十二人來，給他們說：「誰若想做第一個，他就得做眾人中最末的一個，並要做眾人的僕役。」	³⁵And taking a child, he set him in the midst of them. Whom when he had embraced, he saith to them:
³⁶遂領過一個小孩子來，放在門徒中間，抱起他來，給他們說：	³⁶Whosoever shall receive one such child as this in my name, receiveth me. And whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me.
³⁷「誰若因我的名字，收留一個這樣的小孩子，就是收留我；誰若收留我，並不是收留我，而是收留那派遣我來的。」	³⁷John answered him, saying: Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, who followeth not us, and we forbade him.
³⁸若望向耶穌說：「師傅！我們見過一個人，他因你的名字驅魔，我們禁止了他，因為他不跟從我們。」	³⁸But Jesus said: Do not forbid him. For there is no man that doth a miracle in my name, and can soon speak ill of me.
³⁹耶穌說：「不要禁止他，因為沒有任何人，以我的名字行了奇跡，就會立即誹謗我的，	³⁹For he that is not against you, is for you.
⁴⁰因為誰不反對我們，就是傾向我們。」	⁴⁰For whosoever shall give you to drink a cup of water in my name, because you belong to Christ: amen I say to you, he shall not lose his reward.
⁴¹「誰若因你們屬於基督，而給你們一杯水喝，我實在告訴你們：他決不會失掉他的賞報。	⁴¹And whosoever shall scandalize one of these little ones that believe in me; it were better for him that a millstone were hanged around his neck, and he were cast into the sea.
⁴²誰若使這些信者中的一個小子跌倒，倒不如拿一塊驢拉的磨石，套在他的脖子上，投在海裏，為他更好。	⁴²And if thy hand scandalize thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life, maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into unquenchable fire:
⁴³倘若你的手使你跌倒，砍掉它！你殘廢進入生命，比有兩隻手而往地獄裏，到那不滅的火裏去更好。＊	⁴³Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not extinguished.
⁴⁵倘若你的腳使你跌倒，砍掉它！你瘸腿進入生命，比有雙腳被投入地獄裏更好。＊	⁴⁴And if thy foot scandalize thee, cut it off. It is better for thee to enter lame into life everlasting, than having two feet, to be cast into the hell of unquenchable fire:
⁴⁷倘若你的眼使你跌倒，剜出它來！你一隻眼進入天主的國，比有兩隻眼被投入地獄裏更好，	⁴⁵Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not extinguished.
⁴⁸那裏的蟲子不死，火也不滅。	⁴⁶And if thy eye scandalize thee, pluck it out. It is better for thee with one eye to enter into the kingdom of God, than having two eyes to be cast into the hell of fire:
⁴⁹因為所有的人都要用火醃起來。	⁴⁷Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not extinguished.
⁵⁰鹽是好的；但鹽若成了不鹹的，你們可用什麼去調和它？在你們中間當有鹽，又該彼此和平相處。」	⁴⁸For every one shall be salted with fire: and every victim shall be salted with salt.
⁴⁹	⁴⁹Salt is good. But if the salt became unsavoury; wherewith will you season it? Have salt in you, and have peace among you.
