| 1禍哉，那些在床上籌劃不義，圖謀行惡的人！因為他們手中有能力，一到天亮，就去實行。 | 1Woe to you that devise that which is unprofitable, and work evil in your beds: in the morning light they execute it, because their hand is against God. |
| 2他們想要田地，便去霸佔；想要房屋，便去奪取：以暴力對付業主和他的家族，物主和他的產業。 | 2And they have coveted fields, and taken them by violence, and houses they have forcibly taken away: and oppressed a man and his house, a man and his inheritance. |
| 3為此上主這樣說：「看，我正在為這一家籌劃災禍，致令你們不能縮回你們的頸項，也不能挺身前行，因為那是一個災禍的時刻。」 | 3Therefore thus saith the Lord: Behold, I devise an evil against this family: from which you shall not withdraw your necks, and you shall not walk haughtily, for this is a very evil time. |
| 4在那一日，人要作詩諷刺你們，唱這悲慘的哀歌說：「我們完全被搶掠了，我人民的基業已被人瓜分了，再無人歸還；我們的土地已分配給搶掠我們的人！」 | 4In that day a parable shall be taken up upon you, and a song shall be sung with melody by them that say: We are laid waste and spoiled: the portion of my people is changed: how shall he depart from me, whereas he is returning that will divide our land? |
| 5因此，你們在上主的集會中，再沒有拉繩測量和抽籤的人。 | 5Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast the cord of a lot in the assembly of the Lord. |
| 6他們講說：「你們不要說預言。」「人不該預言這樣的事，恥辱決不會來到我們身上！ | 6Speak ye not, saying: It shall not drop upon these, confusion shall not take them. |
| 7雅各伯的家豈是可詛咒的？上主的氣量豈能變為狹小？難道這是他的作風？他的話豈不是有益於以色列子民？」 | 7The house of Jacob saith: Is the spirit of the Lord straitened, or are these his thoughts? Are not my words good to him that walketh uprightly? |
| 8「但是你們正像敵人一樣，起來攻擊我的人民，因為你們向沒有短衣的人索求長袍，向平安走路的人索取戰利品。 | 8But my people, on the contrary, are risen up as an enemy: you have taken away the cloak off from the coat: and them that passed harmless you have turned to war. |
| 9你們驅逐我人民的婦女離開她們的快樂家庭，從她們的嬰兒身上，永遠奪去我的光榮。 | 9You have cast out the women of my people from their houses, in which they took delight: you have taken my praise for ever from their children. |
| 10你們起來走罷！因為這不是你們安息之所。為了不潔，這地必要遭受不可挽救的毀滅。」 | 10Arise ye, and depart, for there is no rest here for you. For that uncleanness of the land, it shall be corrupted with a grievous corruption. |
| 11假若有人隨從虛妄而撒謊說：「我要對你預言清酒和醇酒。」這人必可作這民族的先知。 | 11Would God I were not a man that hath the spirit, and that I rather spoke a lie: I will let drop to thee of wine, and of drunkenness: and it shall be this people upon whom it shall drop. |
| 12我必要聚集雅各伯全民眾，我必要集合以色列的遺民，使他們合併在一處，有如羊欄裏的綿羊，有如牧場上的羊群，不再怕任何人。 | 12I will assemble and gather together all of thee, O Jacob: I will bring together the remnant of Israel, I will put them together as a flock in the fold, as the sheep in the midst of the sheepcotes, they shall make a tumult by reason of the multitude of men. |
| 13開路者走在他們前面開道；他走在前面，眾人隨他穿門而過；他們的君王走在他們前面，上主親作他們的嚮導。 | 13For he shall go up that shall open the way before them: they shall divide, and pass through the gate, and shall come in by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the Lord at the head of them. |
