| 1凡不隨從惡人的計謀，不插足於罪人的道路，不參與譏諷者的席位， | 1Blessed is the man who hath not walked in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stood in the way of sinners, nor sat in the chair of pestilence. |
| 2而專心愛好上主法律的，和晝夜默思上主誡命的，像這樣的人才是有福的！ | 2But his will is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he shall meditate day and night. |
| 3他像植在溪畔的樹，準時結果，枝葉不枯，所作所為，隨心所欲。 | 3And he shall be like a tree which is planted near the running waters, which shall bring forth its fruit, in due season. And his leaf shall not fall off: and all whatsoever he shall do shall prosper. |
| 4惡人卻不如此，絕不如此！他們像被風吹散的糠粃。 | 4Not so the wicked, not so: but like the dust, which the wind driveth from the face of the earth. |
| 5在審判的時日，惡人站立不住；在義人的會中，罪人不能立足： | 5Therefore the wicked shall not rise again in judgment: nor sinners in the council of the just. |
| 6因上主賞識義人的行徑，惡人的行徑必自趨沉淪。 | 6For the Lord knoweth the way of the just: and the way of the wicked shall perish. |
