| 2我公義的天主！我一呼求你，你就應允了我，我在困苦中，你曾舒暢了我。求你憐憫我，求你俯聽我禱。 | 2When I called upon him, the God of my justice heard me: when I was in distress, thou hast enlarged me. Have mercy on me: and hear my prayer. |
| 3顯貴的人們，你們的心要硬到幾時﹖你們愛慕虛幻，追求虛偽究竟何為？（休止） | 3O ye sons of men, how long will you be dull of heart? why do you love vanity, and seek after lying? |
| 4你們當知：上主特愛對他虔敬的人，當我呼求上主的時候，他一定俯允。 | 4Know ye also that the Lord hath made his holy one wonderful: the Lord will hear me when I shall cry unto him. |
| 5你們應戰慄，不可一再作惡，在床上檢討，且要捫心思過。（休止） | 5Be angry, and sin not: the things you say in your hearts, be sorry for them upon your beds. |
| 6奉上正義的祭獻，對上主全心依盼。 | 6Offer up the sacrifice of justice, and trust in the Lord: many say, Who sheweth us good things? |
| 7有許多人說：「誰能使我們幸福亨通？」上主，望你向我們顯你光輝的儀容。 | 7The light of thy countenance O Lord, is signed upon us: thou hast given gladness in my heart. |
| 8你賜給我心中的歡躍，遠勝過麥和酒的豐饒。 | 8By the fruit of their corn, their wine and oil, they are multiplied. |
| 9在平安中我一躺下即刻入睡，上主，惟有你能使我安居順遂。 | 9In peace in the selfsame I will sleep, and I will rest: |
| 10 | 10For thou, O Lord, singularly hast settled me in hope. |
