| 2上主，求你不要在震怒中責罰我，不要在氣憤中懲戒我。 | 2O Lord, rebuke me not in thy indignation, nor chastise me in thy wrath. |
| 3上主，我的體力衰弱，求你憐恤我；上主，我的骨骸戰慄，求你醫治我； | 3Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak: heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled. |
| 4我的靈魂萬分痛苦，上主，何時才能結束？ | 4And my soul is troubled exceedingly: but thou, O Lord, how long? |
| 5上主，請你回來援助我，因了你的慈愛解救我。 | 5Turn to me, O Lord, and deliver my soul: O save me for thy mercy's sake. |
| 6因為，在死亡中，沒有人想念你；在陰府裏，還有誰稱頌你？ | 6For there is no one in death, that is mindful of thee: and who shall confess to thee in hell? |
| 7我已哭泣疲憊，每天夜裏，常以眼淚浸濕我的床舖，常以鼻涕流透我的被褥。 | 7I have laboured in my groanings, every night I will wash my bed: I will water my couch with my tears. |
| 8我的眼睛因憂傷而昏盲，為了仇敵眾多甚感惆悵。 | 8My eye is troubled through indignation: I have grown old amongst all my enemies. |
| 9作姦犯科的人快快遠離我，因為上主聽見了我的悲號； | 9Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity: for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping. |
| 10上主俯允了我的哀告，上主悅納了我的祈禱。 | 10The Lord hath heard my supplication: the Lord hath received my prayer. |
| 11我的仇敵必要受辱驚慌，轉瞬之間必會含羞逃亡。 | 11Let all my enemies be ashamed, and be very much troubled: let them be turned back, and be ashamed very speedily. |
