| 1阿撒夫的詩歌。天主，異民侵入了你的遺產，褻瀆了你的聖殿，使耶路撒冷覆顛； | 1Unto the end, for them that shall he changed, a testimony for Asaph, a psalm. |
| 2並將你眾僕人的屍首，給天空的飛鳥做食物，用你聖徒的肉餵野獸。 | 2Give ear, O thou that rulest Israel: thou that leadest Joseph like a sheep. Thou that sittest upon the cherubims, shine forth |
| 3在耶路撒冷四周血如水流，但出來埋葬的人一個也無。 | 3Before Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasses. Stir up thy might, and come to save us. |
| 4我們竟成為我們鄰居的恥辱，作了我們四周的譏諷與玩物。 | 4Convert us, O God: and shew us thy face, and we shall be saved. |
| 5上主，你經常發怒，要到何時，你怒燄如火，要到何時？ | 5O Lord God of hosts, how long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy servant? |
| 6求你向那不承認你的異民，及不呼號你名的列國洩憤， | 6How long wilt thou feed us with the bread of tears: and give us for our drink tears in measure? |
| 7因為他們吞併了雅各伯家族，並蹂躪了他的住處。 | 7Thou hast made us to be a contradiction to our neighbours: and our enemies have scoffed at us. |
| 8求你別向我們追討祖先的惡行，以你的仁慈速來協助我們，因為我們實在是可憐萬分。 | 8O God of hosts, convert us: and shew thy face, and we shall be saved. |
| 9天主，我們的救主，為你名的光榮，協助我們，為了你的聖名，寬赦我們的罪過，拯救我們！ | 9Thou hast brought a vineyard out of Egypt: thou hast cast cut the Gentiles and planted it. |
| 10為何讓異民說：「他們的天主何處去了？」願我們在異民中能親眼看到，你僕人流出的血，要得的酬報！ | 10Thou wast the guide of its journey in its sight: thou plantedst the roots thereof, and it filled the land. |
| 11願囚徒的哀歎上達你面前，按你手臂的能力解放死犯！ | 11The shadow of it covered the hills: and the branches thereof the cedars of God. |
| 12天主，求你將我們四鄰加給你的凌辱，向他們的胸懷裏投以七倍報復！ | 12It stretched forth its branches unto the sea, and its boughs unto the river. |
| 13這樣做你子民做你牧場羊群的我們，能永遠稱謝你，能萬世宣揚你的光榮。 | 13Why hast thou broken down the hedge thereof, so that all they who pass by the way do pluck it? |
| 14 | 14The boar out of the wood hath laid it waste: and a singular wild beast hath devoured it. |
| 15 | 15Turn again, O God of hosts, look down from heaven, and see, and visit this vineyard: |
| 16 | 16And perfect the same which thy right hand hath planted: and upon the son of man whom thou hast confirmed for thyself. |
| 17 | 17Things set on fire and dug down shall perish at the rebuke of thy countenance. |
| 18 | 18Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand: and upon the son of man whom thou hast confirmed for thyself. |
| 19 | 19And we depart not from thee, thou shalt quicken us: and we will call upon thy name. |
| 20 | 20O Lord God of hosts, convert us: and shew thy face, and we shall be saved. |
