| 2上主，求你不要一言不發，天主，求你不要靜默無話！ | 2How lovely are thy tabernacles, O Lord of host! |
| 3因為你的仇敵騷擾狂吼，惱恨你的人都搖頭昂首； | 3My soul longeth and fainteth for the courts of the Lord. My heart and my flesh have rejoiced in the living God. |
| 4相聚密謀，陷害你的百姓，商議攻擊你保護的人民， | 4For the sparrow hath found herself a house, and the turtle a nest for herself where she may lay her young ones: Thy altars, O Lord of hosts, my king and my God. |
| 5說：「大家來，由萬民中將他們驅散，使以色列的名字不再被記念。」 | 5Blessed are they that dwell in thy house, O Lord: they shall praise thee for ever and ever. |
| 6於是，他們心齊謀同，締結盟約，向你進攻， | 6Blessed is the man whose help is from thee: in his heart he hath disposed to ascend by steps, |
| 7即厄東部落及依市瑪耳，又有摩阿布以及哈革爾。 | 7In the vale of tears, in the place which be hath set. |
| 8還有革巴耳、阿孟和阿瑪肋克人，且有培肋舍特人和提洛的居民， | 8For the lawgiver shall give a blessing, they shall go from virtue to virtue: the God of gods shall be seen in Sion. |
| 9亞述人也與他們串通，作了羅特子民的幫兇。（休止） | 9O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. |
| 10求你對待他們像對待米德揚人，像在克雄河對待息色辣和雅賓， | 10Behold, O God our protector: and look on the face of thy Christ. |
| 11他們都喪亡於恩多爾，全變成了田裏的糞泥， | 11For better is one day in thy courts above thousands. I have chosen to be an abject in the house of my God, rather than to dwell in the tabernacles of sinners. |
| 12使他們的王侯要與敖勒布和則厄布一樣，使他們的將領與則巴黑和匝耳慕納一樣， | 12For God loveth mercy and truth: the Lord will give grace and glory. |
| 13因為他們都曾如此說過：我們去佔領天主的住所。 | 13He will not deprive of good things them that walk in innocence: O Lord of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee. |
