¹當羔羊開啟了第七個印的時候，天上靜默了約半小時。	¹And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven, as it were for half an hour.
²然後，我看見那站在天主面前的七位天使；給了他們七個號角。	²And I saw seven angels standing in the presence of God; and there were given to them seven trumpets.
³又來了另一位天使，持着金香爐，站在祭壇旁；給了他許多乳香，為同眾聖徒的祈禱，一起獻在寶座前的金壇上。	³And another angel came, and stood before the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given to him much incense, that he should offer of the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar, which is before the throne of God.
⁴乳香的煙與聖徒的祈禱，遂由那位天使的手中，升到天主面前。	⁴And the smoke of the incense of the prayers of the saints ascended up before God from the hand of the angel.
⁵此後，那位天使提起香爐，盛滿了祭壇上的火，拋到地上，遂發生了雷霆、響聲、閃電和地動。	⁵And the angel took the censer, and filled it with the fire of the altar, and cast it on the earth, and there were thunders and voices and lightnings, and a great earthquake.
⁶以後，那七位持着七個號角的天使，就準備着吹號角。	⁶And the seven angels, who had the seven trumpets, prepared themselves to sound the trumpet.
⁷第一位一吹號角，就有攙着血的冰雹和火拋到地上；於是大地被燒毀了三分之一，樹木也被燒毀了三分之一，青草全被燒盡。	⁷And the first angel sounded the trumpet, and there followed hail and fire, mingled with blood, and it was cast on the earth, and the third part of the earth was burnt up, and the third part of the trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
⁸第二位天使一吹號角，就好像有一座燃着的火的大山，投入海中；於是海的三分之一便成了血，	⁸And the second angel sounded the trumpet: and as it were a great mountain, burning with fire, was cast into the sea, and the third part of the sea became blood:
⁹海裏一切有生命之物也死了三分之一，船隻也毀壞了三分之一。	⁹And the third part of those creatures died, which had life in the sea, and the third part of the ships was destroyed.
¹⁰第三位天使一吹號角，就有一顆大星，熾燃有如火把，從天上落下來，落在河的三分之一和水泉上。	¹⁰And the third angel sounded the trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, burning as it were a torch, and it fell on the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters:
¹¹這星的名字叫「苦艾」；於是水的三分之一變成苦的，許多人因水變苦了而死去。	¹¹And the name of the star is called Wormwood. And the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
¹²第四位天使一吹號角，太陽的三分之一，月亮的三分之一和星辰的三分之一，都受了打擊，以致它們的三分之一黑暗了，白日三分之一失了光，黑夜也是一樣。	¹²And the fourth angel sounded the trumpet, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars, so that the third part of them was darkened, and the day did not shine for a third part of it, and the night in like manner.
¹³以後，我看見，也聽見在天空中飛翔的一隻鷹大聲說：「還有另三位吹號角的天使，當他們發出號聲時，禍哉！禍哉！禍哉，地上的居民！」	¹³And I beheld, and heard the voice of one eagle flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice: Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth: by reason of the rest of the voices of the three angels, who are yet to sound the trumpet.
