匝加利亞	Zechariah
¹我再舉目觀望，看，有四輛車由兩山間出來；這兩座山都是銅山。	¹And I turned, and lifted up my eyes, and saw: and behold four chariots came out from the midst of two mountains: and the mountains were mountains of brass.
²第一輛車套着栗色的馬，第二輛車套着黑色的馬，	²In the first chariot were red horses, and in the second chariot black horses.
³第三輛車套着白色的馬，第四輛車套着雜色的馬，都很雄壯。	³And in the third chariot white horses, and in the fourth chariot grisled horses, and strong ones.
⁴我問那與我談話的使者說：「我主，這是什麼意思？」	⁴And I answered, and said to the angel that spoke in me: What are these, my lord?
⁵使者答應我說：「這些是侍立在全地的主宰之前，而今向天下四方出發的：	⁵And the angel answered, and said to me: These are the four winds of the heaven, which go forth to stand before the Lord of all the earth.
⁶那套着黑馬的，向北方出發，白馬則跟在後面出發，雜色的向南方出發。」	⁶That in which were the black horses went forth into the land of the north, and the white went forth after them: and the grisled went forth to the land of the south.
⁷這些雄壯的馬出來，切願在地上往來巡邏。他於是說：「你們去，在地上巡邏罷！」牠們就在地上巡邏。	⁷And they that were most strong, went out, and sought to go, and to run to and fro through all the earth. And he said: Go, walk throughout the earth: and they walked throughout the earth.
⁸以後，他呼喚我，對我說：「你看，向北方出發的，巳在北方平息了上主的怒氣。」	⁸And he called me, and spoke to me, saying: Behold they that go forth into the land of the north, have quieted my spirit in the land of the north.
⁹上主的話又傳給我說：	⁹And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
¹⁰「你該由歸來的俘虜手中，即由赫耳待、托彼雅和耶達雅的手中取些禮物，就在今天，到從巴比倫回來的責法尼雅的兒子約史雅的家裏去。	¹⁰Take of them of the captivity, of Holdai, and of Tobias, and of Idaias; thou shalt come in that day, and shalt go into the house of Josias, the son of Sophonias, who came out of Babylon.
¹¹你要拿銀子和金子，做一頂冠冕，戴在大司祭約匝達克的兒子耶叔亞的頭上，	¹¹And thou shalt take gold and silver: and shalt make crowns, and thou shalt set them on the head of Jesus the son of Josedec, the high priest.
¹²然後對他說：萬軍的上主這樣說：看，有一個人名叫『苗芽』，他要自動萌芽，他要建築上主的殿宇。	¹²And thou shalt speak to him, saying: Thus saith the Lord of hosts, saying: BEHOLD A MAN, THE ORIENT IS HIS NAME: and under him shall he spring up, and shall build a temple to the Lord.
¹³是他要建築上主的殿，是他要承受尊榮，坐在寶座上執政；並且有一位司祭立在他右邊，他們二人之間必和平相處。	¹³Yea, he shall build a temple to the Lord: and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit, and rule upon his throne: and he shall be a priest upon his throne, and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
¹⁴這頂冠冕要存在上主的殿內，作為赫耳待、托彼雅、耶達雅和責法尼雅的兒子約史雅的紀念。	¹⁴And the crowns shall be to Helem, and Tobias, and Idaias, and to Hem, the son of Sophonias, a memorial in the temple of the Lord.
¹⁵遠方的人必來共同建築上主的殿；如此，你們便知道：是萬軍的上主派遣了我到你們這裏來。如果你們真聽從上主你們天主的聲音，這事必要實現。」	¹⁵And they that are far off, shall come and shall build in the temple of the Lord: and you shall know that the Lord of hosts sent me to you. But this shall come to pass, if hearing you will hear the voice of the Lord your God.
