¹他們將上主的約櫃抬來，安置在達味所搭的帳幕內，然後在天主前奉獻了全燔祭與和平祭。	¹They brought the ark of God in and put it inside the tent that David had prepared for it; and they offered burnt offerings and peace offerings to God.
²達味獻完了全燔祭與和平祭，奉上主的名祝福了百姓；	²And when David had finished offering the sacrifices, he blessed the people in the name of Yahweh.
³以後分給全以色列，不論男女，每人一塊餅，一塊肉，一塊葡萄乾餅。	³He then distributed to all the Israelites, men and women, a loaf of bread each, a piece of roasted meat, and a raisin cake.
⁴達味又派定了一些肋未人，在上主的約櫃前供職，叫他們讚美、稱謝、頌揚上主，以色列的天主：	⁴David appointed some of the Levites to minister before the ark of Yahweh, to commemorate, thank and praise Yahweh, the God of Israel:
⁵為首的是阿撒夫、則加黎雅為副，其次是烏齊耳、舍米辣摩特、耶希耳、瑪提提雅、厄里阿布、貝納雅、敖貝得厄東和耶依耳；他們鼓瑟彈琴，阿撒夫敲鈸。	⁵first Asaph, second Zechariah, then Uzziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, Obed-edom, Jeiel. These were to play the harp and the lyre, while Asaph was to clash the cymbals.
⁶司祭貝納雅和雅哈齊耳在天主的約櫃前，不斷吹號筒。	⁶The priests Benaiah and Jahaziel were to keep sounding the trumpet before the ark of the covenant of Yahweh.
⁷那一天，達味初次任命阿撒夫及其同族兄弟，向上主唱這首稱謝歌：	⁷That day, David entrusted this song of praise to Asaph and his brethren:
⁸「你們要稱謝上主，呼號他的聖名，在萬民中宣揚他的功行。	⁸Give thanks to Yahweh, call upon his name, proclaim his deeds to the peoples.
⁹要歌頌他，稱揚他，申述他的一切奇蹟。	⁹Sing to him, sing his praise; tell of all his marvels.
¹⁰要以他的聖名為榮，願尋求上主的，心中喜樂！	¹⁰Glory in his holy name, let the hearts that seek Yahweh rejoice!
¹¹你們要尋求上主和他的德能，要時時尋求他的面容。	¹¹Seek Yahweh and his strength, seek his face untiringly;
¹²天主的僕人以色列的後裔，天主的被選者雅各伯的子孫，	¹²Recall the wondrous deeds he has done, his miracles, the judgments from his mouth.
¹³你們要記憶他所行的奇事，他的異蹟和他口中的斷語。	¹³Descendants of Israel his servant, sons of Jacob his chosen one,
¹⁴他是上主、我們的天主，他的判斷達於四方。	¹⁴he is Yahweh our God; he rules over all the earth.
¹⁵他永遠記憶他的盟約，萬世不忘所許的諾言，	¹⁵He remembers his covenant forever, his promises for many generations,
¹⁶即與亞巴郎所立的盟約，向依撒格所許的誓言，	¹⁶the covenant he made with Abraham, his promise to Isaac,
¹⁷為雅各伯定為律例，為以色列定為永久的盟約，	¹⁷That he gave as law to Jacob, an everlasting covenant for Israel.
¹⁸說我必將客納罕地賜給你，作為你們的一分產業。	¹⁸For he said, "I give you a land Canaan, your own possession,"
¹⁹當時他們雖然人丁有限，數目稀少，還在作那地的旅客，	¹⁹when they were easily counted, few in number, strangers to the country.
²⁰從這族走到那族，從這國移到那國。	²⁰They wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another.
²¹他不但未容許任何人壓迫他們，而且為了他們，還懲戒列王說：	²¹But he let no one oppress them, and punished kings for their sake:
²²不要觸犯我的受傅者，不要傷害我的先知。	²²"Do not touch my anointed ones, do not harm my prophets."
²³大地都要歌頌上主，天天宣揚他的救恩。	²³Sing to Yahweh, all the earth. Proclaim his salvation day after day.
²⁴在列邦中傳述他的光榮，在萬民中闡揚他的奇事。	²⁴Tell his glory among the nations and his wonders to every people.
²⁵因為上主是偉大的，應極受讚美，應受敬畏超越眾神。	²⁵Yahweh is great, and highly to be praised, more fearsome than all gods.
²⁶因為列族的神盡屬虛無，唯獨上主造了諸天。	²⁶Nothingness are all the gods of the nations, Yahweh himself made the heavens;
²⁷尊榮及威嚴在他面前，能力和歡樂在他聖所內。	²⁷splendor and majesty go before him, praise and joy are in his sanctuary.
²⁸萬邦各族啊！你們應將光榮能力歸於上主，都歸於上主；	²⁸Give to Yahweh, families of the peoples, give to Yahweh glory and praise.
²⁹應將上主的名應得的尊榮，歸於上主，帶着獻儀到他面前，以聖潔的華飾敬拜上主。	²⁹Give to Yahweh the glory due his name. Bring out offerings and bow before him, worship Yahweh in his sacred ornaments.
³⁰大地在他面前應該戰慄，是他使世界堅立，不致動搖。	³⁰Be quiet before him, all the earth! Firm has he made the world, not to be moved.
³¹願諸天喜樂，願大地歡騰，願人在列族中說：上主為王！	³¹Let the heavens be glad, and the earth rejoice! Say among the nations, "Yahweh is King!"
³²願滄海及充滿其中的一切，澎湃作響；願田疇和田間的一切，歡欣踴躍！	³²Let the sea thunder and all that it holds, let the fields exult and all that is in them,
³³願森林中的樹木，在上主面前歡呼歌唱！因為他已降臨審判大地。	³³let all the trees cry out for joy, and rejoice before Yahweh, for he comes to rule the earth.
³⁴你們應當稱謝上主，因為他是至善的，因為他的仁慈永遠常存。	³⁴Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, his love endures forever.
³⁵你們要說：拯救我們的天主，拯救我們；從異民中召集我們，救出我們，好讓我們稱頌你的聖名，以讚美你為誇耀！	³⁵Say, "Save us, O God, our Savior, gather us and deliver us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in praising you."
³⁶「上主，以色列的天主，應受讚頌，從永遠直到永遠！」全體人民答說：「阿們。願上主受讚美！」	³⁶Blessed be Yahweh the God of Israel from all eternity and forever! And let all the people say, "Amen! Alleluia!"
³⁷以後，達味在那裏，即在上主的約櫃前，委派阿撒夫及其同族兄弟，天天按照規定，不斷在約櫃前供職；	³⁷David left there, before the ark of the Covenant of Yahweh, Asaph and his brother Levites with the permanent charge of the worship that was held before the ark as each day's ritual required.
³⁸還有敖貝得厄東和他的同族兄弟六十八人。又派耶杜通的兒子敖貝得厄東，還有曷撒為守衛。	³⁸He left also Obed-edom, with his sixty-eight kinsmen. Obed-edom son of Jeduthun, and Hosah were to be keepers of the gate.
³⁹派司祭匝多克與其弟兄眾司祭，在基貝紅高處上主的帳幕前，	³⁹He left Zadok the priest and the priests, his kinsmen, before the Holy Tent of Yahweh at the High place in Gibeon
⁴⁰在全燔祭壇上，每日早晚按上主法律書上吩咐以色列所寫的，常向上主獻全燔祭。	⁴⁰to offer burnt offerings to Yahweh regularly, morning and evening, on the altar for burnt offerings and to carry out all that is written in the Law of Yahweh laid down for Israel.
⁴¹與他們一起的，還有赫曼、耶杜通及其他被選登記的人，專為稱頌上主：「因為他的仁慈永遠常存。」	⁴¹With them were Heman and Jeduthun and the rest of those who were chosen and assigned by name to give praise to God, "For his love is everlasting."
⁴²他們吹號敲鈸，演奏各種樂器，歌頌天主。耶杜通的兒子作守衛。	⁴²With them were Heman and Jeduthun who were to sound the trumpets, cymbals and musical instruments accompanying the hymns to God. The sons of Jeduthun were given charge of the gate.
⁴³以後，民眾各自回家，達味也回去祝福自己的家。	⁴³Then all went away, each to his own house, and David returned to bless his household.
