| 1梅瑟與以色列的長老吩咐人民說：「你們應遵守我今天吩咐你們的一切命令。 | 1Moses and the elders of Israel gave this order to the people: "Observe all the commandments that I give you today. |
| 2在你們過約但河，進入上主你的天主賜給你的土地的那一天，應豎立幾塊大石，塗上石灰； | 2When you cross the Jordan to go to the land which Yahweh, your God, will give you, set up large stones and plaster them with lime. |
| 3在你過河進入上主你的天主賜給你的地方，即上主你祖先的天主許給你的流奶流蜜的地方之後，要立即將這法律的一切話刻在上面。 | 3Then you shall write upon them all the words of this Law at the time that you cross over, that you may enter the land which Yahweh, the God of your fathers, will give you as he has promised, a land flowing with milk and honey. |
| 4所以，你們一過了約但河，就該照我今日吩咐你們的，在厄巴耳山上豎立這些石頭，塗上石灰； | 4When you have crossed the Jordan, set up these stones on Mount Ebal as I command you today, and plaster them with lime. |
| 5並在那裏給上主你的天主建築一座祭壇，一座未用斧鑿的石頭修的祭壇； | 5Set up there an altar in honor of Yahweh, built with unhewn stones. |
| 6應用未加人工的石頭建築上主你的天主的祭壇，在上面給上主你的天主奉獻全燔祭， | 6Build the altar to Yahweh with uncut stones and on this altar offer burnt offerings to Yahweh, your God. |
| 7祭獻和平祭，並在那裏設宴，在上主你的天主面前歡樂。 | 7There you shall also sacrifice peace offerings; you shall eat and feast in the presence of Yahweh, your God. |
| 8在這些石頭上，應清清楚楚刻上這法律的一切話。」 | 8Write plainly upon these stones all the words of this Law." |
| 9梅瑟和肋未司祭對全以色列人說：「以色列人！你們應靜默細聽：你今天既成了上主你的天主的人民， | 9Then Moses and the priests from the tribe of Levi said to the people of Israel: "Pay attention and listen, Israel. Today you have become the people of Yahweh, your God: |
| 10就應聽從上主你的天主的話，遵行我今日給你吩咐的上主的誡命和法令。」 | 10Listen, therefore, to his voice and put into practice the commandments and the norms that I give you today." |
| 11梅瑟在那一天又吩咐人民說： | 11On that day, Moses gave this command to the people: |
| 12「你們過了約但河以後，應站在革黎斤山上祝福人民的，是西默盎、肋未、猶大、依撒加爾、若瑟和本雅明； | 12When you have crossed the Jordan River, the tribes of Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Joseph and Benjamin shall stand on Mount Gerizim to repeat the blessings over the people, |
| 13站在厄巴耳山上宣布詛咒的，是勒烏本、加得、阿協爾、則步隆、丹和納斐塔里。 | 13while those of Reuben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan and Naphtali shall stand on Mount Ebal to repeat the curses. |
| 14肋未人應大聲向所有的以色列人喊說： | 14The Levites shall declare to all the Israelites with a loud voice: |
| 15那製造上主所憎惡的雕像或鑄像，並將匠人的作品，放在暗處的人，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 15Cursed be the man who makes an idol covered with metal, a thing hateful to Yahweh, the work of the hands of a craftsman, and sets it up in a hidden place! All the people shall answer: Amen! |
| 16蔑視父親和母親的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 16Cursed be he who despises his father or mother! And the people shall respond: Amen! |
| 17移動鄰人地界的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 17Cursed be he who moves the boundaries of his neighbor's inheritance. All the people shall respond: Amen! |
| 18領瞎子走錯路的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 18Cursed be he who leads the blind astray from the way! All the people shall respond: Amen! |
| 19侵犯外方人、孤兒和寡婦權利的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 19Cursed be he who does not respect the rights of the foreigner, the orphan and the widow! All the people shall respond: Amen! |
| 20與父親的妻子同寢的，是可咒罵的，因為他揭開了父親的衣襟。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 20Cursed be he who lies with the wife of his father and dishonors his father's bed! All the people shall respond: Amen! |
| 21與獸交合的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 21Cursed be he who sins with any kind of animal! The people shall respond: Amen! |
| 22與同父異母，或同母異父的姊妹同寢的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 22Cursed be he who lies with his sister, whether the daughter of his father or mother! All the people shall respond: Amen! |
| 23與岳母同寢的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 23Cursed be he who lies with his mother-in-law! All the people shall say: Amen! |
| 24暗殺鄰人的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 24Cursed be he who treacherously murders his neighbor! All the people shall say: Amen! |
| 25接受賄賂去殺害無辜的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 25Cursed be he who accepts a bribe to kill an innocent person! All the people shall say: Amen! |
| 26不堅持這法律的話而執行的，是可咒罵的。全體人民應答說：阿們。 | 26Cursed be he who does not affirm the words of this Law by putting them into practice! And all the people shall say: Amen! |
