¹上主訓示梅瑟說：	¹Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,
²「正月初一，你要豎立會幕的帳棚。	²"On the first day of the first month you are to erect the Holy Tent, the Tent of Meeting,
³把約櫃安放在裏面，用帷幔將約櫃遮起。	³and place the ark of the Statement in it, screening it with the veil.
⁴把供桌搬進，擺上當供之物；把燈台搬進，安放上燈盞。	⁴Bring in the lampstand, too, and set up its lamps.
⁵把焚香的金壇安放在約櫃前邊，懸上帳棚的門簾。	⁵Place the golden altar of incense in front of the ark of the Statement, and set up the screen at the entrance of the Holy Tent.
⁶把全燔祭壇安置在會幕門口，	⁶Place the altar for burnt offerings in front of the entrance to the Holy Tent, the Tent of Meeting.
⁷把盆安置在會幕和祭壇之中，盆裏放上水。	⁷Place the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and fill it with water.
⁸隨後豎立庭院四周的帷幔，懸上庭院的門簾。	⁸Set up the enclosure of the court and hang the curtain at the gateway of the court.
⁹以後拿傅禮的油，給帳棚和其中的一切器具傅油，祝聖帳棚和其中的一切器具，使之成為聖物：	⁹Then, taking the sacred oil, anoint the Holy Tent and everything in it, consecrating it with its furniture, to make it a holy place.
¹⁰即給全燔祭壇及其一切用具傅油，祝聖祭壇，使之成為至聖的；	¹⁰Anoint the altar for burnt offerings with all its furnishings; and consecrate the altar which, henceforth, will be a most holy thing.
¹¹給盆和盆座傅油，使之成聖。	¹¹Anoint the basin with its stand, and consecrate it.
¹²以後叫亞郎和他的兒子們來近會幕門口，用水洗他們。	¹²Bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting and see that they bathe.
¹³給亞郎穿上聖衣，給他傅油，祝聖他作我的司祭。	¹³Then clothe Aaron with the priestly garments and anoint and consecrate him, to serve me in the priesthood.
¹⁴再叫他的兒子們前來，給他們穿上長衣，	¹⁴Next, bring his sons and clothe them with shirts.
¹⁵像給他們的父親傅油一樣，也給他們傅油，叫他們作我的司祭。給他們行傅油禮，表示他們世世代代，永遠盡司祭之職。	¹⁵Anoint them as you have anointed their father, to serve me in the priesthood. This anointing of them is to confer the priesthood on them forever from generation to generation."
¹⁶梅瑟奉行了一切；上主怎樣吩咐的，他就怎樣作了。	¹⁶Moses did this; he did exactly as Yahweh had commanded him.
¹⁷於是第二年正月初一，帳棚就豎立起來了。	¹⁷The Holy Tent was set up on the first day of the first month in the second year.
¹⁸梅瑟豎立了帳棚，安上卯座，放上木板，安上橫木，豎起柱子。	¹⁸Moses set up the Holy Tent. He fixed the bases for it, put up its frames, put its crossbars in position, set up its posts.
¹⁹將幕頂展開放在帳棚上，將幕頂的罩放在上面，全照上主向梅瑟所吩咐的。	¹⁹He spread the tent over the Holy Tent and on top of this the covering for the tent, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
²⁰隨後取了約版放在櫃內，櫃旁穿上杠桿，將贖罪蓋安在約櫃上面。	²⁰He took the Statement and placed it inside the ark. He set the poles to the ark in place and put the mercy Seat on it.
²¹將櫃抬到帳棚內，懸上帳幔，遮住約櫃，如上主向梅瑟所吩咐的。	²¹He brought the ark into the Holy Tent and put the screening veil in place; thus he screened the ark of Yahweh, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
²²以後把供桌放在會幕內，放在帳棚北面，帳幔以外；	²²He placed the table in the Tent of Meeting, on the north side of the Holy Tent, outside the veil,
²³在桌上於上主前擺上供餅，如上主吩咐梅瑟的。	²³and on it arranged the loaves before Yahweh, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
²⁴把燈台安置在會幕內，對着供桌，在帳棚南面。	²⁴He put the lampstand in the Tent of Meeting, opposite the table, on the southern side of the Holy Tent,
²⁵在上主前放上燈盞，如上主向梅瑟所吩咐的。	²⁵and he set up the lamps before Yahweh, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
²⁶把金祭壇安置在會幕內，帳幔的前邊。	²⁶He put the golden altar in the Tent of Meeting in front of the veil,
²⁷在壇上燃燒馨香的香料，如上主向梅瑟所吩咐的。	²⁷and on it burned fragrant incense, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
²⁸又懸起帳棚的門簾。	²⁸Then he put the screen at the entrance to the Holy Tent.
²⁹將全燔祭台安放在會幕門口，在上面奉獻全燔祭和素祭，如上主向梅瑟所吩咐的。	²⁹Then he put the altar for the burnt offerings at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting, and on it offered the burnt offering and grain offering, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
³⁰將盆安置在會幕和祭壇之中，盆內放了水，為洗濯之用。	³⁰He put the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar, and filled it with water.
³¹梅瑟、亞郎和他的兒子們在盆內洗腳。	³¹This was for Aaron and his sons to wash their hands and feet:
³²他們進入會幕或接近祭壇時，必先洗濯，如上主向梅瑟所吩咐的。	³²whenever they entered the Tent of Meeting or approached the altar they washed, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
³³隨後在帳棚和祭壇四周，豎起了庭院的帷幔，懸起了庭院的門簾：這樣梅瑟完成了所有的工程。	³³Moses then set up the court around the Holy Tent and the altar and placed the screen at the gateway to the court. Thus Moses completed the work.
³⁴那時雲彩遮蓋了會幕，上主的榮耀充滿了帳棚。	³⁴Then the cloud covered the Tent of Meeting and the Glory of Yahweh filled the Holy Tent.
³⁵梅瑟不能進入會幕，因為雲彩停在上面，上主的榮耀充滿了帳棚。	³⁵Moses could not enter the Tent of Meeting because of the cloud that rested on it and because of the Glory of Yahweh that filled the Holy Tent.
³⁶在以色列子民整個的行程中，雲彩一從帳棚升起，他們就拔營前行；	³⁶At every stage of their journey, whenever the cloud rose from the Holy Tent the people of Israel would continue their march.
³⁷雲彩若不升起，他們就安營不動，直等雲彩升起。	³⁷If the cloud did not rise, they waited and would not move their camp until it did.
³⁸在他們整個行程中，上主的雲彩白天停在帳棚上，黑夜在雲中有火，以色列全家都能見到。	³⁸For the cloud rested on the Holy Tent by day, and a fire shone within the cloud by night for all the House of Israel to see. And so it was for every stage of their journey.
