¹上主訓示梅瑟說：	¹Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,
²「你告訴以色列子民說：我，上主是你們的天主。	²"Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them: I am Yahweh, your God.
³你們不要仿效你們住過的埃及地的習慣，也不要仿效我正要領你們去的客納罕地的習慣，不要隨從他們的風俗；	³You shall not do what is done in the land of Egypt where you used to live, nor shall you do what is done in the land of Canaan where I am bringing you; you shall not follow their practices.
⁴應執行我的規定，遵守我的法令，依照遵行：我，上主是你們的天主。	⁴My practices instead you will follow, and you will carry out my ordinances; I am Yahweh your God.
⁵你們應遵守我的法令和規定；遵守的人必因此獲得生命：我是上主。	⁵Keep my practices and ordinances, for whoever keeps them finds life; I am Yahweh.
⁶你們中任何人不可親近任何血親，去揭露她的下體：我是上主。	⁶None of you shall have sexual intercourse with a blood relative; I am Yahweh.
⁷你不可揭露你父親的下體和你母親的下體：她是你的母親，不可揭露她的下體。	⁷Do not have intercourse with your father or your mother; she is your mother, don't have intercourse with her.
⁸你父親妻子的下體，你不可揭露，那是你父親的下體。	⁸Do not have intercourse with your father's wife: Respect your father.
⁹你姊妹的下體，不論她是你父親的女兒，或你母親的女兒，或在家生的，或在外生的，你不可揭露她們的下體。	⁹Do not have intercourse with your sister or your stepsister, whether born in the same house or elsewhere.
¹⁰你兒子的女兒，或你女兒的女兒的下體，你不可揭露，因為她們的下體是你的下體。	¹⁰Do not have intercourse with your granddaughter; that would dishonor you.
¹¹你不可揭露你父親妻子的女兒的下體，因為她是你父親所生的，是你的姊妹，你不可揭露她的下體。	¹¹Do not have intercourse with a half sister; she, too, is your sister.
¹²你父親姊妹的下體，你不可揭露，因為她是你父親的骨肉。	¹²Do not have intercourse with an aunt, whether she is your father's sister
¹³你母親姊妹的下體，你不可揭露，因為她是你母親的骨肉。	¹³or your mother's sister.
¹⁴你父親兄弟的下體，你不可揭露，也不可親近他的妻子；她是你的叔伯母。	¹⁴Do not have intercourse with your uncle's wife; she, too, is your aunt.
¹⁵你兒媳的下體，你不可揭露。她是你兒子的妻子，你不可揭露她的下體。	¹⁵Do not have intercourse with your daughter-in-law
¹⁶你兄弟妻子的下體，你不可揭露；那是你兄弟的下體。	¹⁶or with your brother's wife.
¹⁷你不可揭露了一女人的下體又揭露她女兒的；不可娶她兒子的女兒，或她女兒的女兒，揭露她的下體，她們都是她的血親：這是醜行。	¹⁷Do not have intercourse with both a woman and her daughter or her granddaughter; they are blood relatives; that is wickedness.
¹⁸你不可娶一女人又娶她的姊妹，做她的情敵，在她活着的時候，揭露她姊妹的下體。	¹⁸While your wife is living, do not take her sister as a wife so that you make her jealous.
¹⁹女人在月經不潔期中，你不可接近，揭露她的下體。	¹⁹Do not have intercourse with a woman during her monthly period.
²⁰你近人的妻子你不可與她同寢，為她所玷污。	²⁰Do not have intercourse with your neighbor's wife and defile yourself with her.
²¹你不可使你任何一個子女經火祭獻給摩肋客，亦不可褻瀆你天主的名：我是上主。	²¹Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molech and do not profane the name of your God; I am Yahweh.
²²你不可與男人同寢，如同與女人同寢一樣：這是醜惡行為。	²²Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; it is an abomination.
²³你不可與任何獸類同寢，為牠所淫污；女人亦不可委身與走獸，同牠交合：這是逆性邪惡。	²³Also do not have sexual relations with an animal; that is infamous.
²⁴你們不可以任何這樣的事玷污自己，因為這些民族以這一切事玷污了自己，我正要由你們面前將他們驅逐；	²⁴Do not defile yourselves in any of these ways for this is how the nations I am driving out before you, became defiled.
²⁵甚至連這地也玷污了，所以我必追究這地上的罪惡，使這地吐棄地上的居民。	²⁵As the land was defiled I came to punish it, and it has vomited out its inhabitants.
²⁶至於你們，應遵守我的法令和規定；不論是本地人，或是寄居在你們中間的外方人，這樣醜惡的事，一件也不許做，	²⁶You shall keep my practices and ordinances, and you shall not do any of these abominations, neither the native nor the alien living among you.
²⁷因為在你們以前住在這地上的人，做過這一切醜惡的事，玷污了這地方。	²⁷Recall the people who did all these things before you in these lands and became defiled.
²⁸希望這地不因你們而再受到玷污，將你們吐棄，如同吐棄了你們以前的民族。	²⁸If you defile the land it will vomit you out as it did the nations before you.
²⁹因為，凡做任何一件這樣醜惡的事的，這樣的人，都應由民間剷除。	²⁹The one who does any of these abominations shall be cut off from his people.
³⁰所以你們應遵守我的禁令，不可仿效你們以前的人所有的醜惡風俗，免得因此受到玷污：我，上主是你們的天主。」	³⁰Keep my laws and do not follow any of these abominable customs which were practiced before you, so as not to defile yourselves by them; I am Yahweh, your God."
