馬爾谷福音	Mark
¹一到清晨，司祭長、長老及經師，和全體公議會商討完畢，就把耶穌捆綁了，解送給比拉多。	¹Early in the morning, the chief priests, the elders and the teachers of the Law (that is, the whole Council or Sanhedrin) had their plan ready. They put Jesus in chains, led him away and handed him over to Pilate.
²比拉多問他說：「你是猶太人的君王嗎？」耶穌回答說：「你說的是。」	²Pilate asked him, "Are you the King of the Jews?" Jesus answered, "You say so."
³司祭長控告他許多事；	³As the chief priests accused Jesus of many things,
⁴比拉多又問他說：「你看，他們控告你這麼多的事，你什麼都不回答嗎？」	⁴Pilate asked him again, "Have you no answer at all? See how many charges they bring against you."
⁵耶穌仍沒有回答什麼，以致比拉多大為驚異。	⁵But Jesus gave no further answers, so that Pilate wondered.
⁶每逢節日，總督慣常給民眾釋放一個他們所要求的囚犯。	⁶At every Passover festival, Pilate used to free any prisoner the people asked for.
⁷當時，有一個名叫巴辣巴的，他是與那些在暴動中殺人的暴徒一同被囚的。	⁷Now there was a man called Barabbas, jailed with the rioters who had committed murder in the uprising.
⁸群眾上去，要求照常給他們辦理。	⁸When the crowd went up to ask Pilate the usual favor,
⁹比拉多回答他們說：「你們願意我給你們釋放猶太人的君王嗎？」	⁹he said to them, "Do you want me to set free the King of the Jews?"
¹⁰他原知道司祭長是由於嫉妒纔把耶穌解送來的。	¹⁰For he realized that the chief priests had handed Jesus over to him out of envy.
¹¹但是，司祭長卻煽動群眾，寧要給他們釋放巴辣巴。	¹¹But the chief priests stirred up the crowd to ask instead for the release of Barabbas.
¹²比拉多又向他們說：「那麼，對你們所稱的猶太人君王，我可怎麼辦呢？」	¹²Pilate replied, "And what shall I do with the man you call King of the Jews?"
¹³他們又喊說：「釘他在十字架上！」	¹³The crowd shouted back, "Crucify him!"
¹⁴比拉多對他們說：「他作了什麼惡事？」他們越發喊說：「釘他在十字架上！」	¹⁴Pilate asked, "What evil has he done?" But they shouted the louder, "Crucify him!"
¹⁵比拉多願意滿足群眾，就給他們釋放了巴辣巴，把耶穌鞭打後，交給他們，釘在十字架上。	¹⁵As Pilate wanted to please the people, he freed Barabbas and after the flogging of Jesus had him handed over to be crucified.
¹⁶兵士把耶穌帶到庭院裏面，即總督府內，把全隊叫齊，	¹⁶The soldiers took him inside the courtyard known as the praetorium and called the rest of their companions.
¹⁷給耶穌穿上紫紅袍，編了一個茨冠給他戴上，	¹⁷They clothed him in a purple cloak and twisting a crown of thorns, they forced it onto his head.
¹⁸開始向他致敬說：「猶太人的君王，萬歲！」	¹⁸Then they began saluting him, "Long life to the King of the Jews!"
¹⁹然後用一根蘆葦敲他的頭，向他吐唾沫，屈膝朝拜他。	¹⁹With a stick they gave him blows on the head and spat on him; then they knelt down pretending to worship him.
²⁰他們戲弄了耶穌之後，就給他脫去紫紅袍，給他穿上他自己的衣服，然後帶他出去，把他釘在十字架上。	²⁰When they had finished mocking him, they pulled off the purple cloak and put his own clothes on him. The soldiers led him out of the city to crucify him.
²¹有一個基勒乃人西滿，是亞歷山大和魯富的父親，他從田間來，正路過那裏，他們就強迫他背耶穌的十字架。	²¹On the way they met Simon of Cyrene, father of Alexander and Rufus, who was coming in from the country, and forced him to carry the cross of Jesus.
²²他們將耶穌帶到哥耳哥達地方，解說「髑髏」的地方，	²²When they had led him to the place called Golgotha, which means the Skull,
²³就拿沒藥調和的酒給他喝，耶穌卻沒有接受。	²³they offered him wine mixed with myrrh, but he would not take it.
²⁴他們就將他釘在十字架上，並把他的衣服分開，拈鬮，看誰得什麼。	²⁴Then they nailed him to the cross and divided his clothes among themselves, casting lots to decide what each should take.
²⁵他們把耶穌釘在十字架上時，正是第三時辰。	²⁵It was about nine o'clock in the morning when they crucified him.
²⁶他的罪狀牌上寫的是：「猶太人的君王。」	²⁶The statement of his offense was displayed above his head and it read, "The King of the Jews."
²⁷與他一起還釘了兩個強盜：一個在他右邊，一個在他左邊。	²⁷They also crucified two robbers with him, one on his right and one on his left.
²⁸【這就應驗了經上所說的：『他被列於叛逆之中。』】	²⁸People passing by laughed at him, shook their head and jeered, "Aha! So you are able to tear down the Temple and build it up again in three days.
²⁹路過的人都侮辱他，搖着頭說：「哇！你這拆毀聖殿，三天內重建起來的，	²⁹Now save yourself and come down from the cross!"
³⁰你從十字架上下來，救你自己罷！」	³⁰In the same way the chief priests and the teachers of the Law mocked him saying to one another, "The man who saved others cannot save himself.
³¹同樣，司祭長與經師也譏笑他，彼此說：「他救了別人，卻救不了自己！	³¹Let's see the Messiah, the king of Israel, come down from his cross and then we will believe in him." Even the men who were crucified with Jesus insulted him.
³²默西亞，以色列的君王！現在從十字架上下來罷，叫我們看了好相信！」連與他一起釘在十字架上的人也辱罵他。	³²When noon came, darkness fell over the whole land and lasted until three o'clock;
³³到了第六時辰，遍地昏黑，直到第九時辰。	³³and at three o'clock Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lamma sabachthani?" which means "My God, my God, why have you deserted me?"
³⁴在第九時辰，耶穌大聲呼號說：「厄羅依，厄羅依，肋瑪，撒巴黑塔尼？」意思是：「我的天主，我的天主，你為什麼捨棄了我？」	³⁴As soon as they heard these words, some of the bystanders said, "Listen! He is calling for Elijah."
³⁵旁邊站着的人中有的聽見了，就說：「看，他呼喚厄里亞呢！」	³⁵And one of them went quickly to fill a sponge with bitter wine and, putting it on a reed, gave him to drink saying, "Now let's see whether Elijah comes to take him down."
³⁶有一個人就跑過去，把海綿浸滿了醋，綁在蘆葦上，遞給他喝，說：「等一等，我們看，是否厄里亞來將他卸下。」	³⁶But Jesus uttered a loud cry and gave up his spirit.
³⁷耶穌大喊一聲，就斷了氣。	³⁷And immediately the curtain which enclosed the Temple sanctuary was torn in two from top to bottom.
³⁸聖所裏的帳幔，從上到下，分裂為二。	³⁸The captain who was standing in front of him saw how Jesus died and heard the cry he gave; and he said, "Truly, this man was the Son of God."
³⁹對面站着的百夫長，看見耶穌這樣斷了氣，就說：「這人真是天主子！」	³⁹There were also some women watching from a distance; among them were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James the younger and Joset, and Salome,
⁴⁰還有些婦女從遠處觀望，其中有瑪利亞瑪達肋納，次雅各伯和若瑟的母親瑪利亞及撒羅默。	⁴⁰who had followed Jesus when he was in Galilee and saw to his needs. There were also others who had come up with him to Jerusalem.
⁴¹她們當耶穌在加里肋亞時，就跟隨了他，服事他；還有許多別的與耶穌同上耶路撒冷來的婦女。	⁴¹It was now evening and as it was Preparation Day, that is the day before the sabbath,
⁴²到了傍晚，因為是預備日，就是安息日的前一天，	⁴²Joseph of Arimathea boldly went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. Joseph was a respected member of the Council who was himself waiting for the kingdom of God.
⁴³來了一個阿黎瑪特雅人若瑟，他是一位顯貴的議員，也是期待天國的人。他大膽地進見比拉多，要求耶穌的遺體。	⁴³Pilate was surprised that Jesus should have died so soon; so he summoned the captain and inquired if Jesus was already dead.
⁴⁴比拉多驚異耶穌已經死了，遂叫百夫長來，問他耶穌是否已死。	⁴⁴After hearing the captain, he let Joseph have the body.
⁴⁵既從百夫長口中得知了實情，就把屍體賜給了若瑟。	⁴⁵Joseph took it down and wrapped it in the linen sheet he had bought. He laid the body in a tomb which had been cut out of the rock and rolled a stone across the entrance to the tomb.
⁴⁶若瑟買了殮布，把耶穌卸下來，用殮布裹好，把他安放在巖石中鑿成的墳墓裏；然後把一塊石頭滾到墳墓門口。	⁴⁶Now Mary of Magdala and Mary the mother of Joset took note of where the body had been laid.
⁴⁷那時，瑪利亞瑪達肋納和若瑟的母親瑪利亞，留心觀看安放耶穌的地方。	⁴⁷
