馬爾谷福音	Mark
¹法利塞人和一些從耶路撒冷來的經師，聚集到耶穌跟前。	¹One day the Pharisees gathered around Jesus and with them were some teachers of the Law who had just come from Jerusalem.
²他們曾看見他的幾個門徒用不潔的手，就是用沒有洗過的手吃飯──	²They noticed that some of his disciples were eating their meal with unclean hands, that is, without washing them.
³原來，法利塞人和所有的猶太人，都拘守先人的傳授：若不仔細洗手，就不吃飯；	³Now the Pharisees, and in fact, all the Jews, never eat without washing their hands for they follow the tradition received from their ancestors.
⁴從街市上回來，若不先沐浴，也不吃飯；還有其他許多按傳授應拘守的事：如洗杯，洗壺，洗銅器等──	⁴Nor do they eat anything when they come from the market without first washing themselves. And there are many other traditions they observe, for example, the ritual washing of cups, pots and plates.
⁵法利塞人和經師們就問耶穌說：「你的門徒為什麼不遵守先人的傳授，而用不潔的手吃飯？」	⁵So the Pharisees and the teachers of the Law asked him, "Why do your disciples not follow the tradition of the elders, but eat with unclean hands?"
⁶耶穌對他們說：「依撒意亞論你們這些假善人預言的真好，正如所記載的：『這民族用嘴唇尊敬我，他們的心卻遠離我。	⁶Jesus answered, "You, shallow people! How well Isaiah prophesied of you when he wrote: This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
⁷他們恭敬我，也是虛假的，因為他們所講授的教義，是人的規律。』	⁷The worship they offer me is worthless, for what they teach are only human rules.
⁸你們離棄天主的誡命，而只拘守人的傳授。」	⁸You even put aside the commandment of God to hold fast to human tradition."
⁹又向他們說：「真好啊！你們為拘守你們的傳授，竟廢除了天主的誡命。	⁹And Jesus commented, "You have a fine way of disregarding the commandment of God in order to implant your own tradition.
¹⁰梅瑟原說過：『你該孝敬你的父親及你的母親』；又說：『咒罵了父親或母親的，應處以死刑』。	¹⁰For example, Moses said: Do your duty to your father and your mother, and: Whoever curses his father or his mother is to be put to death.
¹¹你們卻說：人若對父親或母親說：我所能供養你的，已成了『科爾班』，即『獻儀』，	¹¹But according to you someone could say to his father or mother: 'I already declared Corban, which means "offered to God," what you could have expected from me.'
¹²那麼就准許那人不必再為父母做什麼了：	¹²In this case, you no longer let him do anything for a father or mother.
¹³這樣你們便為了你們所傳授的遺教，廢棄了天主的話；並且你們還行了許多其他諸如此類的事。」	¹³So you nullify the word of God through the tradition you have handed on. And you do many other things like that."
¹⁴耶穌又叫過群眾來，對他們說：「你們都要聽我，且要明白！	¹⁴Jesus then called the people to him again and said to them, "Listen to me, all of you, and try to understand.
¹⁵不是從人外面進入他內的，能污穢人，而是從人裏面出來的，纔污穢人。	¹⁵Nothing that enters one from outside can make that person unclean. It is what comes out from within that makes unclean.
¹⁶凡有耳聽的，聽罷！」	¹⁶Let everyone who has ears listen."
¹⁷耶穌離開群眾，回到家裏，他的門徒便問他這比喻的意義。	¹⁷When Jesus got home and was away from the crowd, his disciples asked him about this saying
¹⁸耶穌就給他們說：「怎麼，連你們也不明白嗎？你們不曉得：凡從外面進入人內的，不能使人污穢，	¹⁸and he replied, "So even you are dull? Do you not see that whatever comes from outside cannot make a person unclean?
¹⁹因為進不到他的心，但到他的肚腹內，再排洩到廁所裏去嗎？」──他這是說一切食物都是潔淨的。	¹⁹Since it enters, not the heart but the stomach and is finally passed out." Thus Jesus declared that all foods are clean.
²⁰耶穌又說：「凡從人裏面出來的，那纔使人污穢，	²⁰And he went on, "What comes out of a person is what defiles,
²¹因為從裏面，從人心裏出來的是些惡念、邪淫、盜竊、兇殺、	²¹for evil designs come out of the heart: theft, murder,
²²姦淫、貪吝、毒辣、詭詐、放蕩、嫉妒、毀謗、驕傲、愚妄：	²²adultery, jealousy, greed, maliciousness, deceit, indecency, slander, pride and folly.
²³這一切惡事，都是從內裏出來的，並且使人污穢。」	²³All these evil things come from within and make a person unclean."
²⁴耶穌從那裏起身，往提洛和漆冬境內去了。他進了一家，不願任何人知道，但是不能隱藏。	²⁴When Jesus left that place he went to the border of the Tyrian country. There he entered a house and did not want anyone to know he was there, but he could not remain hidden.
²⁵當下就有一個婦人，她的女兒附了邪魔，一聽說耶穌，就來跪伏在他腳前。	²⁵A woman whose small daughter had an evil spirit, heard of him and came and fell at his feet.
²⁶這婦人是個外邦人，生於敘利亞腓尼基；她懇求耶穌把魔鬼從她女兒身上趕出去。	²⁶Now this woman was a pagan, a Syrophoenician by birth, and she begged him to drive the demon out of her daughter.
²⁷耶穌向她說：「應先讓兒女們吃飽了，因為拿兒女的餅扔給小狗是不對的。」	²⁷Jesus told her, "Let the children be fed first, for it is not right to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs."
²⁸那婦人卻回答說：「主！是啊！可是小狗在桌子底下，也可吃孩子們的碎屑呢！」	²⁸But she replied, "Sir, even the dogs under the table eat the crumbs from the children's bread."
²⁹耶穌對她說：「為了這句話，你去罷！魔鬼已從你女兒身上出去了。」	²⁹Then Jesus said to her, "You may go your way; because of such a reply the demon has gone out of your daughter."
³⁰她一回到自己的家裏，看見孩子躺在床上，魔鬼已出去了。	³⁰And when the woman went home, she found her child lying in bed and the demon gone.
³¹耶穌又從提洛境內出來，經過漆冬，向着加里肋亞海，到了十城區中心地帶。	³¹Again Jesus set out; from the country of Tyre he passed through Sidon and skirting the sea of Galilee he came to the territory of Decapolis.
³²有人給他帶來一個又聾又啞的人，求他給他覆手。	³²There a deaf man who also had difficulty in speaking was brought to him. They asked Jesus to lay his hand upon him.
³³耶穌便領他離開群眾，來到一邊，把手指放進他的耳朵裏，並用唾沫，抹他的舌頭，	³³Jesus took him apart from the crowd, put his fingers into the man's ears and touched his tongue with spittle.
³⁴然後望天歎息，向他說：「厄法達！」就是說：「開了罷！」	³⁴Then, looking up to heaven, he groaned and said to him, "Ephphetha," that is, "Be opened."
³⁵他的耳朵就立時開了，舌結也解了，說話也清楚了。	³⁵And his ears were opened, his tongue was loosened, and he began to speak clearly.
³⁶耶穌遂囑咐他們不要告訴任何人；但他越囑咐他們，他們便越發宣傳；	³⁶Jesus ordered them not to tell anyone, but the more he insisted on this, the more they proclaimed it.
³⁷人都不勝驚奇說：「他所做的一切都好：使聾子聽見，叫啞吧說話。」	³⁷The people were completely astonished and said, "He has done all things well; he makes the deaf hear and the dumb speak."
