| 10希則克雅生默納舍，默納舍生阿孟，阿孟生約史雅， | 10Manasseh, Amon, Josiah. |
| 11約史雅在巴比倫流徙期間生耶苛尼雅和他的兄弟們。 | 11Josiah was the father of Jechoniah and his brothers at the time of the deportation to Babylon. |

| 23「看，一位貞女，將懷孕生子，人將稱他的名字為厄瑪奴耳，意思是：天主與我們同在。」 | 23The virgin will conceive and bear a son, and he will be called Emmanuel which means: God-with-us. |
| 24若瑟從睡夢中醒來，就照上主的天使所囑咐的辦了，娶了他的妻子； | 24When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had told him to do and he took his wife to his home. |
| 25若瑟雖然沒有認識她，她就生了一個兒子，給他起名叫耶穌。 | 25So she gave birth to a son and he had not had marital relations with her. Joseph gave him the name of Jesus. |
