| 1我對上主愛慕傾心，因他俯聽我的禱聲； | 1Alleluia! I am pleased that the Lord has heard my voice in supplication, |
| 2在我呼籲他的那日，他向我側他的聖耳。 | 2that he has not been deaf to me, the day I called on him. |
| 3死亡的圈套纏住了我，陰府的羅網縛住了我，艱苦和煩惱困住了我， | 3When the cords of death entangled me, the snares of the grave laid hold of me, when affliction got the better of me, |
| 4我呼求了上主的聖名，上主，求你救我的性命。 | 4I called upon the name of the Lord: "O Lord, save my life!" |
| 5上主富有憐憫和正義，我們的天主仁愛無比； | 5Gracious and righteous is the Lord; full of compassion is our God. |
| 6上主保護誠樸的人，我若軟弱，他必救助。 | 6the Lord protects the simple: he saved me when I was humbled. |
| 7我的靈魂，你回到你的安息，因為上主實在是厚待了你。 | 7Return, O my soul, to your rest, for the Lord has taken care of you. |
| 8因為他救拔了我的靈魂脫免死亡，不使我的眼流淚，不使我的腳跌傷。 | 8He has freed my soul from death, my eyes from weeping, my feet from stumbling; |
| 9我要在活人的地域，在上主的面前行走。 | 9I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living. |
| 10雖然說我已痛苦萬分，但是我仍然抱有信心。 | 10I have kept faith even when I said, "I am greatly afflicted." |
| 11我在彷徨中曾說：眾人都虛詐不誠。 | 11I have said in my dismay, "To hope in humans is vain." |
| 12我應該要怎樣報謝上主，謝他賜給我的一切恩佑？ | 12How can I repay the Lord for all his goodness to me? |
| 13我要舉起救恩的杯爵，我要呼籲上主的名號， | 13I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord. |
| 14我要在眾百姓面前，向上主還我的誓願！ | 14I will fulfill my vows to the Lord in the presence of all his people. |
| 15上主的聖者們的去世，在上主眼中十分珍貴。 | 15It is painful to the Lord to see the death of his faithful. |
| 16我的上主！我是你的僕役，你僕役是你婢女的兒子；你將我的鎖鍊給我開釋， | 16O Lord, I am your servant, truly your servant, your handmaid's son. You have freed me from my bonds. |
| 17我要獻給你讚美之祭，我要呼號上主的名字。 | 17I will offer you a thanksgiving sacrifice; I will call on the name of the Lord. |
| 18我要在眾百姓面前，向上主還我的誓願， | 18I will carry out my vows to the Lord in the presence of his people, |
| 19要在上主聖殿的庭院，耶路撒冷！即在你中間。 | 19in the courts of the house of the Lord, in your midst, O Jerusalem. |
