| 3他們總不為非作惡，只按他的道路生活。 | 3They do no wrong; they walk in his ways. |
| 4你頒發了你的命令，叫他們嚴格去遵行。 | 4You have laid down precepts to be obeyed. |
| 5願我的行徑堅定，為遵守你的章程！ | 5O, that my ways were steadfast in observing your statutes! |
| 6我若重視你的每條誡律，我就絕對不會蒙羞受辱。 | 6Then I would not be put to disgrace, having paid attention to all your decrees. |
| 7我一學習你正義的判詞，就以至誠的心靈頌謝你。 | 7I will praise you with an upright spirit when I learn your just precepts by heart. |
| 8我要遵守你的規矩，不要將我完全棄去！ | 8I mean to observe your commandments. O, never abandon me. |
| 9青年怎樣才能守身如玉？那就只有遵從你的言語。 | 9How can young people remain pure? By living according to your word. |
| 10我要用我整個的心尋覓你，不要讓我錯行了你的諭旨！ | 10I seek you with my whole heart; let me not stray from your commands. |
| 11我將你的話藏在我的心裏，免得我去犯罪而獲罪於你。 | 11In my heart I have kept your word, that I may not sin against my Lord. |
| 12上主，你理應受讚頌，教訓我守你的誡命。 | 12Praise to you, O Lord; instruct me in your statutes, |
| 13你口所授的一切法度，我要以我的唇舌敘述。 | 13that with my lips I may declare all your spoken decrees. |
| 14我喜愛你約法的道路，就如喜愛一切的財富。 | 14I delight in following your laws, more so than in all riches. |
| 15我要默想你的法度，也要沉思你的道路。 | 15I will meditate on your precepts and concentrate on your ways. |
| 16我以你的章程作喜歡，我永不忘卻你的聖言。 | 16In your laws I will rejoice and will not neglect your words. |
| 17請恩待你的僕人我得以生存，這樣使我能夠服從你的綸音。 | 17Be kind to your servant, that I may live to follow your word. |
| 18求你開明我的眼睛，透視你法律的奇能。 | 18Open my eyes that I may see the marvelous truths in your law. |
| 19我原是寄居塵世的旅客，不要向我隱瞞你的規則。 | 19Do not hide your commandments from me, a wanderer on earth. |
| 20我因常常渴慕你的諭令，我的靈魂便為此而成病。 | 20My soul is consumed with desire for your ordinances at all times. |
| 21你已經怒責了驕傲橫蠻的人，背棄你誡命的，是可咒詛的人。 | 21You reprove the accursed ones who stray arrogantly from your commands. |
| 22請除去我所受的凌辱與輕謾，因為我已經遵守了你的規範。 | 22Remove from me their scorn and contempt, since I have followed your precepts. |
| 23判官雖為反對我而開庭，你僕人仍默思你的章程。 | 23Although princes conspire against me, your servant will observe your decrees. |
| 24因為你的誡命是我的歡喜，你的典章是我的謀士。 | 24Your laws are my delight, my counselors who uphold me. |
| 25我的靈魂雖已輾轉於灰塵，求你照你的諾言使我生存。 | 25In the dust I lie prostrate; lift me up, as promised by your word. |
| 26我陳明我的行徑，你便垂聽了我，今再懇求你用你的章程教訓我； | 26When I explained my ways, you responded; instruct me then in your precepts. |
| 27請指給我你約法的路徑，我要沉思你的奇妙工程。 | 27Explain to me all your ordinances, and I will meditate on your wondrous deeds. |
| 28我的靈魂因憂傷而滴滴流淚，請照你的諾言使我奮昂興起。 | 28My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word. |
| 29求你不要使我走錯誤的道路，求你恩賜我常遵守你的法度。 | 29Keep me away from deceitful paths; be gracious and teach me your law. |
| 30我選定了真理的途徑，我矢志服從你的諭令。 | 30I have chosen the way of truth; I have set my heart upon your laws. |
| 31我時常依戀着你的法度，上主，不要叫我蒙受羞辱。 | 31Since I cling to your decrees, O Lord, save me from disgrace. |
| 32我必奔赴你誡命的路程，因為你舒展了我的心靈。 | 32I will run in the way of your commands, for you have freed my heart. |
| 33上主，給我指出你章程的道路，我要一直到死仔仔細細遵守。 | 33Explain to me, O Lord, your commandments, and I will be ever faithful to them. |
| 34求你教訓我遵守你的法律，我要以整個心靈持守不逾。 | 34Give me understanding, that I may observe your law with all my heart. |
| 35求你引導我走你誡命的捷徑，因為這條捷徑使我非常高興。 | 35Guide me in obeying your instructions, for my pleasure lies in them. |
| 36使我的心傾慕你的律例，不要讓我的心貪財好利。 | 36Incline my heart to follow your will and not my own selfish desire. |
| 37求你轉回我的眼目免看虛榮，求你按着你的道路賜我生命。 | 37Turn my eyes away from vanities and direct them to your life-giving word. |
| 38求你向你的僕人實踐你的預許，即你向敬畏你的人所許的賜與。 | 38Fulfill your promise to your servant, so that others may revere you. |
| 39求你除去我所怕的羞恥，因為你的約法甚是甘飴。 | 39Ward off the reproach I fear, for your law is good. |
| 40看，我如何渴慕你的規約，按照你的正義，賜我生活。 | 40Oh, how I long for your precepts! Renew my life in your righteousness. |
| 41上主，願你的仁慈和救恩，照你的諾言，降臨於我身！ | 41Give me your unfailing love, O Lord, your salvation as you have promised. |
| 42對凌辱我的人，我有所答辯，因為我全寄望於你的聖言。 | 42Strengthened by my trust in your word, I can answer my enemy's reproach. |
| 43不要由我口撤去真理的訓言，因我一心一意渴望你的判斷。 | 43Take not the word of truth from my mouth, for I would also lose my hope in your word. |
| 44我要常常遵守你的法典，時時不斷，一直要到永遠。 | 44May I always keep your word for ever and ever; |
| 45我要行走平坦寬闊的途徑，因為我常常追求你的誡命。 | 45I shall walk in freedom, having sought out your laws. |
| 46我要傳述你的規律，在列王前也不畏懼。 | 46I will proclaim your word before kings, and I will not be confused or ashamed. |
| 47我非常喜悅你的規誡，因為我對此有所鍾愛。 | 47For I delight in your word, which I fear. |
| 48我向你的誡命舉起我的手，對你的一切章程沉思不休。 | 48I will lift up my hands to you, and meditate on your commandments. |
| 49求你莫把你給你僕人的諾言遺忘，因為你在這諾言裏賜給了我希望。 | 49Remember your word to your servant, your word which has given me hope. |
| 50在我的憂苦中，這是我的安慰，因為你的聖言，賜給了我生氣。 | 50My consolation in suffering is this: that your promise renews my life. |
| 51驕傲人雖加給我極度的侮辱，但我卻沒有偏離過你的法律。 | 51Although the arrogant mock me without end, I faithfully cling to your word. |
| 52我一思念到你永恆的斷定，上主，我是多麼安慰而高興。 | 52When I remember your ordinances of old, I find comfort in them, O Lord. |
| 53為了背棄你法律的罪人，我不知不覺地怒火焚心。 | 53I feel indignant at the wicked who have forsaken your law. |
| 54在我這客居不定的寓所，你的法令成了我的詩歌。 | 54Your decrees are the theme of my song, in this my place of exile. |
| 55上主，夜間我想起你的聖名，我就決意要遵守你的法令。 | 55Each night I call on your name, O Lord, and renew my vow to keep your word. |
| 56我之所以如此這般，因我守了你的法範。 | 56This has been my practice; I have kept your precepts. |
| 57上主，我說：我的福分，就是遵守你的教訓。 | 57You are my portion, O Lord; I have promised to obey your word. |
| 58我全心仰望着你的容貌，求你按你的諾言憐憫我。 | 58With all my heart I have sought your face; be gracious to me according to your promise. |
| 59我一默想到我所走的道路，就把我的腳轉向你的法度。 | 59I have considered my ways and have turned my steps to your paths. |
| 60爽爽快快，毫不躊躇，我常遵守你的規矩。 | 60I hasten and no longer delay in keeping your commands. |
| 61惡人的繩索雖將我纏起，我卻未將你的法律忘記。 | 61The wicked have me trapped in their snares, but I have not forgotten your laws. |
| 62為了你正義的判語，我半夜起身讚美你。 | 62At midnight I rise to praise you for the justice of your ordinances. |
| 63我常同敬畏你的人為友，與遵守你誡命的人為侶。 | 63I am an ally for those who fear you, for those who keep your precepts. |
| 64上主，你的慈愛充滿大地，求你教我遵守你的律例。 | 64The earth is full of your love, O Lord! Teach me your decrees. |
| 65上主，你依照你的言詞，善待了你的僕役。 | 65You have been good to your servant, Lord, in accordance with your words. |
| 66求你以知識和聰慧教訓我，因為我一心信賴你的誡條。 | 66Give me knowledge and good judgment for I trust in your commands. |
| 67我在受苦以前，徘徊歧途，但我現今順從你的訓語。 | 67Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I obey your word. |
| 68你是慈善的，好施仁惠，求給我教授你的規矩。 | 68You are good, and your works are good; teach me your decrees. |
| 69驕傲人捏造謊言陷害我，但我全心遵守你的規約。 | 69I am slandered by the arrogant, but I keep your precepts within my heart. |
| 70他們的心遲鈍如蒙脂肪，然而我卻歡喜你的典章。 | 70Their hearts have become dull, but I delight in your laws. |
| 71為叫我能學習你的法度，受苦遭難於我確有好處。 | 71It is good for me to have been afflicted, for I have deeply learned your statutes. |
| 72你口中的法律對我的利益，連千萬的金銀也不能相比。 | 72Your law is more precious to me than heaps of silver and gold. |
| 73你的雙手創造了我，形成了我，求你賜我智力，為學你的誡條。 | 73Give me insight to know your commands, since I have been formed by your hands. |
| 74敬畏你的人，見我就喜歡，因為我常仰望你的聖言。 | 74Those who fear you will be glad, seeing that I hope in your word. |
| 75上主，我知道你的審判是公正無私的，你叫我遭受磨難是理所當然的。 | 75I know, O Lord, that your laws are just, and there is justice in my affliction. |
| 76照你給你僕人的許諾，按你的仁慈來安慰我。 | 76Comfort me then with your unfailing love, as you promised your servant. |
| 77願你的仁愛臨於我，使我生活，因為你的法律就是我的喜樂。 | 77Let your mercy come to give me life, for your law is my delight. |
| 78願無端難為我的驕傲人蒙羞！但是我要默想沉思你的法律。 | 78Humble the arrogant who oppress me as I meditate on your precepts. |
| 79願那些敬畏你的人歸向我，願關心你法律的人依附我！ | 79Let those who fear you turn to me, they will understand your statutes. |
| 80願我全心遵守你的法典，這樣我便不致自覺羞赧。 | 80May my heart be blameless in your decrees, that I may not be ashamed. |
| 81我靈渴慕你的救援而衰弱，我熱切地盼望着你的許諾。 | 81My soul longs for your protection; your word is my hope of salvation. |
| 82我對你的諾言望眼欲穿，究竟你何時才賜我慰安？ | 82I have kept watch for your promise. "When will you comfort me?" I ask. |
| 83我雖然相似煙熏的皮囊，我仍然不忘卻你的典章。 | 83I have become as dry as a wineskin, yet I have not forgotten your statutes. |
| 84你僕人的歲月還能有多久﹖你何時處罰迫害我的惡徒？ | 84How long must your servant endure? When will you judge my persecutors? |
| 85不按你法律生活的驕傲人，暗中給我挖掘了陷阱深坑。 | 85The arrogant have dug pitfalls for me in defiance of your law. |
| 86你所有的一切誡命全是真道；他們無理迫害我，求你協助我。 | 86Your law indeed is trustworthy, when they persecute me, help me. |
| 87他們幾乎將我由地上滅絕，但我卻沒有背棄你的規誡。 | 87They have almost put an end to me on earth, and yet I have not forsaken your precepts. |
| 88求你按照你的仁慈使我生活，這樣我必遵守你口中的條約。 | 88In your kindness give me life, that I may keep your commands. |
| 89上主，你的聖言，存留永遠，它堅固而不移，好似蒼天。 | 89O Lord, your word stands forever, firmly fixed in the heavens. |
| 90你所有的忠誠，代代流傳，你所造的大地，屹立不變。 | 90Your faithfulness lasts throughout the ages - as long as the earth you created. |
| 91天地時常遵守你的旨意，因為萬物都是你的僕役。 | 91Your ordinances last to this day for all things are made to serve you. |
| 92我如果不喜愛你的法令，我早已在我苦患中喪命。 | 92If your law had not been my pleasure, I would have perished in affliction. |
| 93我永不忘卻你的法令，因為你藉此賜我生命。 | 93Never will I forget your precepts, for with them you give me life. |
| 94我全屬於你，求你救拔我，因為我尋求了你的法約。 | 94Save me for I am yours, since I seek your statutes. |
| 95惡人窺視我，想把我殺害，然而我仍細想你的規誡。 | 95The wicked lie in wait to destroy me, but I look to your word for salvation. |
| 96我看任何齊全都有界限，惟你的誡命卻廣闊無邊。 | 96I saw that all perfection is limited but your command is boundless. |
| 97上主，我是多麼愛慕你的法律，它是我終日對你默想的題目。 | 97How I love your law, meditating on it all day! |
| 98你的誡命永遠存於我心，它使我比我的敵仇聰明。 | 98Your command - mine forever - has made me wiser than my enemy. |
| 99我比我所有的教師更聰明，因為我常在默想你的法令。 | 99I have more insight than my teachers for I meditate on your decrees. |
| 100我比年老的人更智慧，因為我恪守你的律例。 | 100I have more understanding than the elders for I abide by your precepts. |
| 101我使我的腳迴避一切惡路，為叫我能夠遵守你的言語。 | 101I turn my feet from evil paths, that I may keep step with your word. |
| 102我不偏離你的約法，因為是你教訓了我。 | 102I have not departed from your decrees for you yourself have instructed me. |
| 103你的教言對我上顎多麼甘美！在我的口中比蜂蜜更要甘美！ | 103How sweet are your promises to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! |
| 104由你的誡命，我獲得了聰明，因我憎惡一切欺詐的途徑。 | 104Your precepts have given me knowledge, and I hate all that is false. |
| 105你的語言是我步履前的靈燈，是我路途上的光明。 | 105Your word is a lamp to my feet, a light for my path. |
| 106我今起誓，我並決定，堅守你正義的諭令。 | 106I have taken an oath to keep your just commands. |
| 107上主，我已經受苦很重，照你的諾言，保我生命。 | 107I have suffered much, O Lord; renew my life according to your word. |
| 108上主，請悅納我口中的祭獻，請你教訓我明白你的審斷。 | 108Accept my offerings of praise, O Lord, and teach me your decrees. |
| 109我的性命雖常處於危險，但我仍不忘記你的法典。 | 109I am ready to sacrifice my life for your Law that is always in my heart. |
| 110惡人雖然給我設下陷阱，我仍然不偏離你的章程。 | 110Though the wicked have laid a snare for me, I do not stray from your precepts. |
| 111你的誡命永做我的家產，因為這是我心中的喜歡。 | 111Your statutes are my heritage forever, they are the joy of my heart. |
| 112我要傾心遵守你的法典，千秋萬世，一直要到永遠。 | 112From age to age, I am determined to fulfill your decrees until the end. |
| 113我很惱恨心懷二意的人，對你的法律，我喜愛萬分。 | 113I detest double-dealing people, but I treasure your law. |
| 114你是我的庇護我的盾牌，因此我惟你的聖言是賴。 | 114You are my shield, my refuge; my hope is in your word. |
| 115作惡的人，你們應離我遠去！因我要遵守我上主的法度。 | 115Leave me, you evildoers; let me keep the commandments of my God. |
| 116照你的諾言，扶持我的生命，不要讓我的希望成為泡影。 | 116May your promise uphold me that I may live; let me not hope in vain. |
| 117求你扶持我得蒙拯救，能時常留意你的制度。 | 117Support me and I shall be safe, and faithfully keep your decrees. |
| 118凡背離你法令的，你都鄙棄，因為他們的思念全是詐欺。 | 118You spurn all who stray from your decrees, for vain is their deceit. |
| 119地上的惡人你都看作渣滓，因此我非常喜愛你的法制。 | 119You discard all the wicked as dross; that is why I love your statutes. |
| 120我的肉身因敬畏你而戰慄，對你的諭令我也知所敬畏。 | 120My flesh trembles in fear of you; I stand in awe before your laws. |
| 121我行了正義及合法的事情，別把我交於壓迫我的壞人。 | 121I have done what is just and right; do not leave me to my oppressors. |
| 122求你保證你僕人的安全，不要讓驕傲人將我磨難。 | 122Guarantee the well-being of your servant; let not the arrogant oppress me. |
| 123對你的救助和你正義的諾言，我熱切渴盼得已經望眼欲穿。 | 123I strain my eyes searching your saving help, watching for the fulfillment of your just promise. |
| 124求你照你的仁慈恩待你的僕人，也求你教訓我能明白你的章程。 | 124Treat your servant with compassion, and instruct me in your decrees. |
| 125我是你的僕人，求賜我明達，為使我能夠通曉你的約法。 | 125Give me knowledge; I am your servant who desires to understand your statutes. |
| 126現今是上主行動的時候，因他們違犯了你的法度。 | 126It is time for you, O Lord, to act, for they have broken your law. |
| 127所以我愛慕你的誡律，遠勝各種黃金和寶玉。 | 127I love your commandments more than gold - the finest gold. |
| 128我尊重你的一切誡命，憎惡所有的欺詐途徑。 | 128Because my steps are guided by your precepts, I hate all false ways. |
| 129你的約法誠然是美妙神奇，因此我的靈魂要遵守不離。 | 129Wonderful are your decrees; my soul cannot but keep them. |
| 130你的言語經過解釋必會發亮光照，連知識淺薄的人也可以通達知曉。 | 130As your words unfold, light is shed, and the simple-hearted understand. |
| 131我張開我的口嗟嘆唏噓，因為我極渴慕你的誡律。 | 131I gasp in ardent yearning for your commandments that I love. |
| 132求你回身向我，給我垂憐，如素常對待愛你名者然。 | 132Turn to me then and be gracious as to those who love your name. |
| 133引導我的腳步履行你的訓誥，不要允許任何邪惡來主宰我。 | 133You promised to direct my steps; free my path from evil. |
| 134求你救我擺脫人的欺壓，為使我能遵守你的律法。 | 134Rescue me from human oppression, and help me keep your precepts. |
| 135求你給你的僕人顯示你的慈顏，同時也求你給我教導你的規範。 | 135Favor me with your smile and teach me your statutes. |
| 136我的眼淚滴滴下流有如溪水，因為他們全不遵守你的法規。 | 136My eyes shed streams of tears for those who disobey your law. |
| 137上主你原是公義的，你的判決是正直的。 | 137O Lord, you are just, and your judgments right. |
| 138你以正義和至誠，立定了你的誡命。 | 138You have pronounced your decrees in justice and faithfulness. |
| 139我的熱火快要將我消耗殆盡，因為我的敵人忘了你的聖訓。 | 139I burn with zeal, seeing how my foes ignore your words. |
| 140你的教言經過千捶百鍊，你的僕人對它愛不知倦。 | 140Your promises have been tested; therefore our servants love them. |
| 141我雖然年紀幼小，被人輕看，可是我總不忘卻你的法範。 | 141Though I am lowly and despised, I do not forget your precepts. |
| 142你的正義永遠公正，你的法律永遠堅定。 | 142Your justice is eternal and your Law is true. |
| 143困苦和壓迫雖然來臨我身，但你的誡命仍是我的歡欣。 | 143In calamity and in anguish, your ordinances are my delight. |
| 144你的約法，永遠公允，賜我智慧，使我生存。 | 144Your statutes are just forever; give me understanding, that I may live. |
| 145我全心呼號，並求你俯聽，上主，我要遵守你的法令。 | 145I call with all my heart; answer me, O Lord: help me keep your statutes. |
| 146我呼號你，求你救護，我必遵守你的法度。 | 146I call upon you, save me and I will do your will. |
| 147天還未亮，我就起來求助，極熱切地期待你的訓語， | 147Before dawn I rise and cry for help; all my hope is in your word. |
| 148夜裏每更我都睜着眼睛，全是為了默想你的聖訓。 | 148I lie awake through the night to ponder on your promises. |
| 149上主，請照你的仁慈俯聽我的呼聲，上主，請按你的正義使我得以重生。 | 149Hear my voice, in your unfailing love; in your justice, O Lord, preserve my life. |
| 150非法迫害我的人已臨近，他們都遠離了你的法令。 | 150My persecutors close in with evil intent; they are far from your Law. |
| 151上主，願你時常與我親近，你一切的誡命全屬忠信。 | 151But you, O Lord, are near, and all your commandments are true. |
| 152我早已由你的約法得知：那都是你從永遠所定立。 | 152Long have I known that your decrees were founded to last forever. |
| 153求你垂視我的苦難而救拔我，因為我總沒有忘記你的法約。 | 153Look upon my suffering and rescue me, for I have not forgotten your Law. |
| 154求你辯護我的案件而拯救我，並請依照你的諾言，使我生活。 | 154Plead my cause and redeem me; and, as you promised, give me life. |
| 155恨不得救恩遠遠離開惡徒，因為他們不理睬你的法度。 | 155Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek your statutes. |
| 156上主，你的仁愛何其廣闊，按照你的諭旨，賜我生活。 | 156Great is your compassion, O Lord; renew my life according to your word. |
| 157迫害與磨難我的人確實眾多，然而我卻不會偏離你的法約。 | 157Many foes persecute me, but I have not turned away from your law. |
| 158奸黨惡輩我一看見就會生厭，因為他們都不遵守你的規範。 | 158I look upon the faithless with loathing, because they do not obey your ruling. |
| 159上主，請你看我如何愛你的訓令，上主，照你的仁慈保全我的生命。 | 159See how I love your precepts; give me life, O Lord, in your kindness. |
| 160你聖言的總綱確是真實無欺，你正義的一切判斷永遠不移。 | 160The essence of your word is truth, everlasting are your just ordinances. |
| 161王侯雖然無緣無故加我苦難，我的心靈仍舊敬畏你的教言。 | 161Rulers persecute me for no cause, yet my heart stands in awe of your words. |
| 162我對你的諾言實在歡喜若狂，像得到許多勝利品的人一樣。 | 162Your word filled me with joy: I found there great riches. |
| 163奸詐邪惡是我所恨所憎的，你的法令是我所喜所愛的。 | 163I hate and abhor falsehood, but I love your law. |
| 164為了你那正義的判詞，我一日要讚美你七次。 | 164Seven times a day I praise you for your just ordinances. |
| 165愛慕你法律的必飽享平安，沒有一點失足跌倒的危險。 | 165Lovers of your Law have found great peace; nothing can make them stumble, not even distress. |
| 166上主，我期待你的助佑，上主，我遵守你的法度。 | 166O Lord, I wait for your salvation, and I keep your commands in faith. |
| 167我的靈魂恪守你的規誡，因為我對規誡十分喜愛。 | 167My soul clings to your words for I truly cherish them. |
| 168我必要遵守你的規誡和勸言，因我的一切道路在你的面前。 | 168I obey your precepts and your decrees; my ways are always before you. |
| 169上主，願我的呼聲上達於你，求你照你的約言使我明理。 | 169Let my cry come to you, O Lord; give me understanding according to your word. |
| 170願我的祈求到達你的面前，求你照你的諾言救我脫險。 | 170May my prayer come before you; rescue me as you have promised. |
| 171願我的雙唇湧溢讚美的歌曲！因為你給我教授了你的法律。 | 171Let my lips overflow with praise, for you teach me your decrees. |
| 172願我的舌頭歌詠你的訓令！因你的一切誡命盡屬公正。 | 172Let my tongue sing of your good news, for all you say is true. |
| 173願你伸出你的手救助我！因為我揀選了你的法約。 | 173Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts. |
| 174上主，我渴望你的救援，你的法律是我的喜歡。 | 174I long for your salvation, O Lord; I delight in your law. |
