| 1祝聖聖殿詩歌。達味作。 | 1I extol you, O Lord, for you have rescued me; my enemies will not gloat over me. |
| 2上主，我稱揚你，因為你救拔了我，你也沒有使我的仇敵向我自誇。 | 2O Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me. |
| 3上主，我一向你呼號，我主，你便醫治了我。 | 3O Lord, you have brought me up from the grave, you gave me life when I was going to the pit. |
| 4上主，你由陰府中把我救出，又使我安全復生，免降幽谷。 | 4Sing to the Lord, O you his saints, give thanks and praise to his holy name. |
| 5上主的聖民，請向上主歌頌，稱謝他的聖名。 | 5For his anger lasts but a little while, and his kindness all through life. Weeping may tarry for the night, but rejoicing comes with the dawn. |
| 6因為他的忿怒，瞬息消散；他的恩愛卻要終生綿延。晚間雖令人哭涕，清晨卻使人歡喜。 | 6Once in my prosperity I said, "I shall not be troubled." |
| 7我曾自誇過說：「我永不會動搖。」 | 7Yet it was you, O Lord, who had me stand on the rock; as soon as you hid your face, I wavered! |
| 8上主，你恩待了我，使我立足於穩固的山崗；但是你一掩面，我便立即感覺到失措驚惶。 | 8To you, O Lord, I called; to you I begged for mercy: |
| 9上主，我曾向你呼號，我曾向我主哀求說： | 9"What good would there be in my destruction, in my going down to the pit? Would my dust give you praise? Would it prove your faithfulness? |
| 10「我如果降入陰府，我的血於你何益？灰土豈能讚美你，或宣揚你的忠義？ | 10Hear, O Lord, and have mercy on me; O Lord, be my protector." |
| 11上主，請俯聽我，憐憫我；上主，求你前來助佑我。」 | 11But now, you have turned my mourning into rejoicing; you have taken off my sackcloth and wrapped me in the garments of gladness. |
| 12你把我的哀痛，給我變成了舞蹈，脫去了我的苦衣給我披上喜樂； | 12And so my soul, no longer silent, now sings praise without ceasing. O Lord my God, forever will I give you thanks. |
| 13為此，我的心靈歌頌你，永不止息；上主，我的天主，我要永遠稱謝你！ | 13 |
