3 The sea beheld and fled; the Jordan turned back. |
| 4山嶽跳躍像公羊，丘陵舞蹈似羔羊。 |
4The mountains skipped like rams; the hills, like lambs of the flock. |
| 5海洋，什麼使你逃溜？約但，什麼叫你倒流？ |
5Why was it, sea, that you fled? Jordan, that you turned back? |
| 6山嶽，你們為什麼跳躍像公羊？丘陵，你們為什麼舞蹈似羔羊？ |

| 7大地，你應該在上主的面前，在雅各伯的天主面前搖撼， |
7Tremble, earth, before the Lord, before the God of Jacob, |
| 8他使磐石變為水潭，他使礁石變成水泉。 |
