| 1我對上主愛慕傾心，因他俯聽我的禱聲； |
1 I love the LORD, who listened to my voice in supplication, |
| 2在我呼籲他的那日，他向我側他的聖耳。 |
2Who turned an ear to me on the day I called. |
| 3死亡的圈套纏住了我，陰府的羅網縛住了我，艱苦和煩惱困住了我， |
3 I was caught by the cords of death; the snares of Sheol had seized me; I felt agony and dread. |
| 4我呼求了上主的聖名，上主，求你救我的性命。 |
4Then I called on the name of the LORD, "O LORD, save my life!" |
| 5上主富有憐憫和正義，我們的天主仁愛無比； |
5Gracious is the LORD and just; yes, our God is merciful. |
| 6上主保護誠樸的人，我若軟弱，他必救助。 |
6The LORD protects the simple; I was helpless, but God saved me. |
| 7我的靈魂，你回到你的安息，因為上主實在是厚待了你。 |
7Return, my soul, to your rest; the LORD has been good to you. |
| 8因為他救拔了我的靈魂脫免死亡，不使我的眼流淚，不使我的腳跌傷。 |
8For my soul has been freed from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling. |
| 9我要在活人的地域，在上主的面前行走。 |
9 I shall walk before the LORD in the land of the living. |
| 10雖然說我已痛苦萬分，但是我仍然抱有信心。 |
10 I kept faith, even when I said, "I am greatly afflicted!" |
| 11我在彷徨中曾說：眾人都虛詐不誠。 |
11I said in my alarm, "No one can be trusted!" |
| 12我應該要怎樣報謝上主，謝他賜給我的一切恩佑？ |
12How can I repay the LORD for all the good done for me? |
| 13我要舉起救恩的杯爵，我要呼籲上主的名號， |
13 I will raise the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD. |
| 14我要在眾百姓面前，向上主還我的誓願！ |
14I will pay my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people. |
| 15上主的聖者們的去世，在上主眼中十分珍貴。 |
15 Too costly in the eyes of the LORD is the death of his faithful. |
| 16我的上主！我是你的僕役，你僕役是你婢女的兒子；你將我的鎖鍊給我開釋， |
16LORD, I am your servant, your servant, the child of your maidservant; you have loosed my bonds. |
| 17我要獻給你讚美之祭，我要呼號上主的名字。 |
17I will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the LORD. |
| 18我要在眾百姓面前，向上主還我的誓願， |
18I will pay my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people, |
| 19要在上主聖殿的庭院，耶路撒冷！即在你中間。 |
