1 A song of ascents. I raise my eyes toward the mountains. From where will my help come? |
| 2我的救助來自上主，他創造了天地宇宙。 |
2My help comes from the LORD, the maker of heaven and earth. |
| 3他決不讓你的腳滑倒；保護你的也決不睡覺。 |
3God will not allow your foot to slip; your guardian does not sleep. |
| 4看，那保護以色列者，不打盹也不會睡着。 |
4Truly, the guardian of Israel never slumbers nor sleeps. |
| 5上主站在你的右邊，作你的護衛和保安。 |
5 The LORD is your guardian; the LORD is your shade at your righthand. |
| 6白天太陽必不傷你，黑夜月亮也不害你。 |
6By day the sun cannot harm you, nor the moon by night. |
| 7上主保護你於任何災患，上主保護你的心靈平安。 |
7The LORD will guard you from all evil, will always guard your life. |
| 8上主保護你出外，保護你回來，從現在起一直到永遠的世代。 |
8The LORD will guard your coming and going both now and forever. |
