1 A song of ascents. Out of the depths I call to you, LORD; |
| 2我主，求你俯聽我的呼號，求你側耳俯聽我的哀禱！ |
2Lord, hear my cry! May your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy. |
| 3上主，你若細察我的罪辜，我主，有誰還能站立得住？ |
3If you, LORD, mark our sins, Lord, who can stand? |
| 4可是，你以寬恕為懷，令人對你起敬起愛。 |
4 But with you is forgiveness and so you are revered. |
| 5我仰賴上主，我靈期待他的聖言； |
5I wait with longing for the LORD, my soul waits for his word. |
| 6我靈等候我主，切於更夫的待旦。 |
6My soul looks for the Lord more than sentinels for daybreak. More than sentinels for daybreak, |
| 7請以色列仰賴上主，應切於更夫待旦，因為上主富於仁慈，他必定慷慨救援。 |
7let Israel look for the LORD, For with the LORD is kindness, with him is full redemption, |
| 8他必要拯救以色列人，脫離一切所有的罪根。 |
8And God will redeem Israel from all their sins. |
