1 A maskil of David, when he was in the cave. A prayer. |
| 2我高聲向上主呼求，我高聲向天主求助。 |
2With full voice I cry to the LORD; with full voice I beseech the LORD. |
| 3我向他傾吐我的愁苦，我向他陳訴我的憂慮。 |
3Before God I pour out my complaint, lay bare my distress. |
| 4當我精神愁苦的時候，惟有你知悉我的路途。在我行走的道路中；他們給我設下陷阱。 |
4My spirit is faint within me, but you know my path. Along the way I walk they have hidden a trap for me. |
| 5我向右觀察細看，沒有一個熟悉我的人！沒有一人我可投奔，沒有一人為我操心。 |
5I look to my right hand, but no friend is there. There is no escape for me; no one cares for me. |
| 6上主，我今呼號說：你是我的避難所，在這活人的地方，你就是我的福爵。 |
6I cry out to you, LORD, I say, You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living. |
| 7求你傾聽我的哀號，因我十分可憐無靠，求你救我脫離迫害我的人，因他們是比我強悍的人。 |
7Listen to my cry for help, for I am brought very low. Rescue me from my pursuers, for they are too strong for me. |
| 8求你引領我出離監牢，好讓我讚美你的名號。義人前呼後擁歡迎我，因為你大量恩待了我。 |
8 Lead me out of my prison, that I may give thanks to your name. Then the just shall gather around me because you have been good to me. |
