| 1達味作，訓誨詩。罪惡蒙赦免，過犯得遮掩的人，是有福的。 |
1Of David. A maskil. Happy the sinner whose fault is removed, whose sin is forgiven. |
| 2上主不歸咎，心中無詐欺的人，是有福的。 |
2Happy those to whom the LORD imputes no guilt, in whose spirit is no deceit. |
| 3就在我緘默不語的時期內，我的骨骸因常傷歎而疲衰； |
3 As long as I kept silent, my bones wasted away; I groaned all the day. |
| 4因為你的手晝夜在重壓着我，我的力量像在盛暑中而消耗。（休止） |
4For day and night your hand was heavy upon me; my strength withered as in dry summer heat. Selah |
| 5我終於向你承認我的罪過，絲毫也沒有隱瞞我的邪惡，我說：「我要向上主承認我的罪孽，」你即刻便寬赦了我的罪債。（休止） |
5Then I declared my sin to you; my guilt I did not hide. I said, "I confess my faults to the LORD," and you took away the guilt of my sin. Selah |
| 6為此，虔敬的人在困厄時，都應向你哀禱，縱使大水氾濫成災，他也不會遭受波濤。 |
6 Thus should all your faithful pray in time of distress. Though flood waters threaten, they will never reach them. |
| 7你是我的避難所，救我脫離災禍，你以拯救我的喜樂，常環繞着我。（休止） |
7You are my shelter; from distress you keep me; with safety you ring me round. Selah |
| 8「我教導你，指示你應走的正道，雙眼注視你，親自作你的嚮導。」 |
8I will instruct you and show you the way you should walk, give you counsel and watch over you. |
| 9不要像騾馬一般糊塗，需要韁轡來加以管束；不然，不向你跟前趨赴。 |
9Do not be senseless like horses or mules; with bit and bridle their temper is curbed, else they will not come to you. |
| 10邪惡的人，必要受許多的痛苦；仰望上主的人，必有慈愛圍護， |
10Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but love surrounds those who trust in the LORD. |
| 11正義的人們！你們應在上主內歡欣喜樂。 |
11Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, you just; exult, all you upright of heart. |
| 12心正的人們！你們應在上主內歡呼踴躍。 |
