1 For the leader. Do not destroy! A psalm of Asaph; a song. |
| 2我們感謝你，上主，我們感謝你，稱頌你的名號，傳揚你的奇蹟。 |
2 We thank you, God, we give thanks; we call upon your name, declare your wonderful deeds. You said: |
| 3「我規定的日期一旦來臨，我必定要依照公道行審。 |
3"I will choose the time; I will judge fairly. |
| 4大地和眾居民雖嚇得動搖，但我必使大地的支柱堅牢。」（休止） |
4The earth and all its inhabitants will quake, but I have firmly set its pillars." Selah |
| 5我對蠻橫者說：「不要再蠻橫跋扈！」我向糊塗人說：「不要再頭角高露！」 |
5 So I say to the boastful: "Do not boast!" to the wicked: "Do not raise your horns! |
| 6不要舉你們的角，反抗至高者，不要再說驕傲的話反抗天主！ |
6Do not raise your horns against heaven! Do not speak arrogantly against the Rock!" |
| 7的確，救援不從東方來，也不從西方來，救援不從曠野來，也不從山嶺來。 |
7For judgment comes not from east or from west, not from the desert or from the mountains, |
| 8因為惟獨天主是審判大主，他將此人貶抑將那人高舉。 |
8But from God who decides, who brings some low and raises others high. |
| 9爵杯已經握在上主的手掌，裝滿了起沫而調和的酒釀，他已倒出，要地上的惡人們喝，還要叫他們飲盡杯中的糟粕。 |

| 10然而我要永遠歡舞，歌頌雅各伯的天主； |
10But I will rejoice forever; I will sing praise to the God of Jacob, |
| 11惡人的角，我要一一打碎，惟有義人的角纔可豎起。 |
11Who has said: "I will break off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the just shall be lifted up." |
