1A prayer of David. Hear me, LORD, and answer me, for I am poor and oppressed. |
| 2求你保護我的靈魂，因為我熱愛你，求你拯救你的僕人，因為我仰望你。 |
2Preserve my life, for I am loyal; save your servant who trusts in you. |
| 3你是我的天主，求你憐憫我；上主，因為我時常向你哀告。 |
3You are my God; pity me, Lord; to you I call all the day. |
| 4求你使你的僕人心靈歡欣。上主，我向你舉起我的心神。 |
4Gladden the soul of your servant; to you, Lord, I lift up my soul. |
| 5我主，因為你又良善又慈憫，凡呼號你的，你必待他寬仁； |
5Lord, you are kind and forgiving, most loving to all who call on you. |
| 6上主，求你俯聽我的祈禱，求你細聽我懇求的哀號。 |
6LORD, hear my prayer; listen to my cry for help. |
| 7我在遭難時向你呼號，因為你一定會俯允我。 |
7In this time of trouble I call, for you will answer me. |
| 8上主，沒有任何一個神能與你相似，沒有誰的作為能與你的作為相比。 |
8None among the gods can equal you, O Lord; nor can their deeds compare to yours. |
| 9上主，你所造的萬民一齊來到，他們崇拜你，並宣揚你的名號。 |
9All the nations you have made shall come to bow before you, Lord, and give honor to your name. |
| 10因為你是偉大的，獨行奇謀，只有你是惟一無二的天主。 |
10For you are great and do wondrous deeds; and you alone are God. |
| 11上主，求你教訓我你的途徑，求你使我照你的真理去行；求你指引我心，敬畏你的名； |
11Teach me, LORD, your way that I may walk in your truth, single-hearted and revering your name. |
| 12我的天主，我要全心向你讚頌，上主，我要永遠光榮你的聖名。 |
12I will praise you with all my heart, glorify your name forever, Lord my God. |
| 13因為你對我的仁愛浩大無邊，救援我的靈魂，免陷極深陰間。 |
13Your love for me is great; you have rescued me from the depths of Sheol. |
| 14天主，驕傲的人起來將我欺凌，蠻橫的一群人想害我的性命，也沒有將你放在他們的眼中。 |
14O God, the arrogant have risen against me; a ruthless band has sought my life; to you they pay no heed. |
| 15但是，上主，你是良善而慈悲的天主，你緩於發怒，極其寬仁又極其忠恕。 |
15But you, Lord, are a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, most loving and true. |
| 16求你回顧我，求你憐憫我，將你的能力賜給你僕役，救拔你婢女所生的兒子！ |
16Turn to me, have pity on me; give your strength to your servant; save this child of your handmaid. |
| 17求你將你愛護的記號指示給我，使惱恨我的人看到而羞愧難過。上主，因為你援助了我，安慰了我。 |
17Give me a sign of your favor: make my enemies see, to their confusion, that you, LORD, help and comfort me. |
