| 2上主，我們的主！你的名號在普世何其美妙！你的尊榮在天上彰顯光耀。 |
2O LORD, our Lord, how awesome is your name through all the earth! You have set your majesty above the heavens! |
| 3由赤子乳兒的口中，你取得完美的讚頌；為使恨你的人受辱，為使仇敵有口無用。 |
3 Out of the mouths of babes and infants you have drawn a defense against your foes, to silence enemy and avenger. |
| 4當我抑觀你手指創造的穹蒼，和你在天上佈置的星辰月亮， |
4When I see your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and stars that you set in place-- |
| 5世人算什麼，你竟對他懷念不忘﹖人子算什麼，你竟對他眷顧周詳﹖ |
5 What are humans that you are mindful of them, mere mortals that you care for them? |
| 6竟使他稍微遜於天神，以尊貴光榮作他冠冕， |
6 Yet you have made them little less than a god, crowned them with glory and honor. |
| 7令他統治你手的造化，將一切放在他的腳下： |
7You have given them rule over the works of your hands, put all things at their feet: |
| 8所有的羊和牛，與野外的走獸， |
8All sheep and oxen, even the beasts of the field, |
| 9天空的飛鳥和海裏的魚類，及種種游泳於海道的水族。 |
9The birds of the air, the fish of the sea, and whatever swims the paths of the seas. |
