| 1烏齊雅王逝世那年，我看見吾主坐在崇高的御座上，他的衣邊拖曳滿殿。 |
1 In the year King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a high and lofty throne, with the train of his garment filling the temple. |
| 2「色辣芬」侍立在他左右，各有六個翅膀：兩個蓋住臉，兩個蓋住腳，兩個用來飛翔。 |
2Seraphim were stationed above; each of them had six wings: with two they veiled their faces, with two they veiled their feet, and with two they hovered aloft. |
| 3他們互相高呼說：「聖！聖！聖！萬軍的上主！他的光榮充滿大地！」 |
3"Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts!" they cried one to the other. "All the earth is filled with his glory!" |
| 4由於呼喊的聲音，門限的基石也震撼了；殿宇內充滿了煙霧。 |
4 At the sound of that cry, the frame of the door shook and the house was filled with smoke. |
| 5我遂說：「我有禍了！我完了！因為我是個唇舌不潔的人，住在唇舌不潔的人民中間，竟親眼見了君王──萬軍的上主！」 |
5 Then I said, "Woe is me, I am doomed! For I am a man of unclean lips, living among a people of unclean lips; yet my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts!" |
| 6當時有一個「色辣芬」飛到我面前，手中拿着鉗子，從祭壇上取了一塊火炭， |
6Then one of the seraphim flew to me, holding an ember which he had taken with tongs from the altar. |
| 7接觸我的口說：「你看，這炭接觸了你的口唇，你的邪惡已經消除，你的罪孽已獲赦免！」 |
7 He touched my mouth with it. "See," he said, "now that this has touched your lips, your wickedness is removed, your sin purged." |
| 8那時我聽見吾主的聲音說：「我將派遣誰呢？誰肯為我們去呢？我回答說：「我在這裡，請派遣我！」 |
8Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? Who will go for us?" "Here I am," I said; "send me!" |
| 9他說：「你去對這民族說：你們聽是聽，但不明白；看是看，卻不理解。 |
9 And he replied: Go and say to this people: Listen carefully, but you shall not understand! Look intently, but you shall know nothing! |
| 10你要使這民族的心遲鈍，使他們的耳朵沉重，使他們的眼睛迷矇，免得他們眼睛看見，耳朵聽見，心裡覺悟而悔改，獲得痊癒。」 |
10You are to make the heart of this people sluggish, to dull their ears and close their eyes; Else their eyes will see, their ears hear, their heart understand, and they will turn and be healed. |
| 11我追問說：「吾主！要到幾時呢？」他回答說：「直到城邑變成廢墟，沒有居民，房屋無人居住，田地變為荒蕪。」 |
11"How long, O Lord?" I asked. And he replied: Until the cities are desolate, without inhabitants, Houses, without a man, and the earth is a desolate waste. |
| 12上主必將人民遷到遠方，本地區荒蕪異常。 |
12 Until the LORD removes men far away, and the land is abandoned more and more. |
| 13境內雖祗留下十分之一，還要遭受摧殘；就如松樹和樟樹在伐倒後，尚留有餘幹，聖善的苗裔將由這餘幹產生。 |
13If there be still a tenth part in it, then this in turn shall be laid waste; As with a terebinth or an oak whose trunk remains when its leaves have fallen. (Holy offspring is the trunk.) |
