1貝匝肋耳用皂莢木做了一個櫃,長二肘半,寬一肘半,高一肘半, | 1Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, one and a half cubits wide, and one and a half cubits high. |
2裡外包上了純金,周圍做了金花邊。 | 2The inside and outside were plated with gold, and a molding of gold was put around it. |
3鑄了四個金環,安在四個腳上:這邊兩個,那邊兩個。 | 3Four gold rings were cast and put on its four supports, two rings for one side and two for the opposite side. |
4又用皂莢木做了杠桿,包上了金。 | 4Poles of acacia wood were made and plated with gold; |
5將杠桿穿入櫃邊的環內,作抬櫃之用。 | 5these were put through the rings on the sides of the ark, for carrying it. |
6又用純金做了贖罪蓋,長二肘半,寬一肘半。 | 6The propitiatory was made of pure gold, two and a half cubits long and one and a half cubits wide. |
7又做了一對金革魯賓,由贖罪蓋兩端用鎚工做成; | 7Two cherubim of beaten gold were made for the two ends of the propitiatory, |
8在這端做了一個革魯賓,在那端做了一個革魯賓;贖罪蓋兩端的革魯賓與贖罪蓋連在一起; | 8one cherub fastened at one end, the other at the other end, springing directly from the propitiatory at its two ends. |
9革魯賓的翅膀,伸展其上,翅膀遮着贖罪蓋;他們的臉彼此相對,面朝贖罪蓋。 | 9The cherubim had their wings spread out above, covering the propitiatory with them. They were turned toward each other, but with their faces looking toward the propitiatory. |
10又用皂莢木做了供桌,長二肘,寬一肘,高一肘半, | 10The table was made of acacia wood, two cubits long, one cubit wide, and one and a half cubits high. |
11包上了純金,周圍做了金花邊, | 11It was plated with pure gold, and a molding of gold was put around it. |
12周圍做了一掌寬的框子,框子四周,也做了金花邊。 | 12A frame a handbreadth high was also put around it, with a molding of gold around the frame. |
13又鑄了四個金環,將金環安在桌四腳的角上。 | 13Four rings of gold were cast for it and fastened, one at each of the four corners. |
14環子靠近框子,為穿抬供桌的杠桿。 | 14The rings were alongside the frame as holders for the poles to carry the table. |
15又用皂莢木做了杠桿,包上金,為抬供桌之用。 | 15These poles were made of acacia wood and plated with gold. |
16又用純金做了供桌上的器物:盤、碟、杯和為奠祭用的爵。 | 16The vessels that were set on the table, its plates and cups, as well as its pitchers and bowls for pouring libations, were of pure gold. |
17又用純金做了燈台:燈台同燈座以及燈幹,全用鎚工做成;花朵,即花托和花瓣,都由燈台發出。 | 17The lampstand was made of pure beaten gold--its shaft and branches as well as its cups and knobs and petals springing directly from it. |
18燈台兩面發出了六叉:這面三叉,那面三叉。 | 18Six branches extended from its sides, three branches on one side and three on the other. |
19在一叉上,有像杏花的三朵花,都有花托和花瓣;在另一叉上也有像杏花的三朵花,都有花托和花瓣;由燈台發出的六叉都是一樣。 | 19On one branch there were three cups, shaped like almond blossoms, each with its knob and petals; on the opposite branch there were three cups, shaped like almond blossoms, each with its knob and petals; and so for the six branches that extended from the lampstand. |
20在燈台的直幹上,有像杏花的四個花朵,都有花托和花瓣。 | 20On the shaft there were four cups, shaped like almond blossoms, with their knobs and petals, |
21由燈幹發出的每兩叉之下,各有一個花朵;從燈幹發出的六個叉都是如此。 | 21including a knob below each of the three pairs of branches that extended from the lampstand. |
22這些花朵和燈叉,都從燈台發出,全是用整塊純金鎚成。 | 22The knobs and branches sprang so directly from it that the whole formed but a single piece of pure beaten gold. |
23又做了燈台上的七盞燈,以及純金的燈剪和碟子。 | 23Its seven lamps, as well as its trimming shears and trays, were made of pure gold. |
24為做燈台和一切用具,用了一塔冷通純金。 | 24A talent of pure gold was used for the lampstand and its various appurtenances. |
25以後用皂莢木做了香壇,長一肘,寬一肘,方形,高二肘,四角從壇上突出。 | 25The altar of incense was made of acacia wood, on a square, a cubit long, a cubit wide, and two cubits high, having horns that sprang directly from it. |
26又用純金包了壇、壇的上面、四壁、周圍和四角;壇周圍做了金花邊。 | 26Its grate on top, its walls on all four sides, and its horns were plated with pure gold; and a molding of gold was put around it. |
27壇兩側花邊下,做了兩個金環,兩面都有,為穿杠桿抬壇之用。 | 27Underneath the molding gold rings were placed, two on one side and two on the opposite side, as holders for the poles to carry it. |
28又用皂莢木做了杠桿,包上了金。 | 28The poles, too, were made of acacia wood and plated with gold. |
29以後又以配製香料的方法,做了為傅禮用的聖油,和為焚香用的純香料。 | 29The sacred anointing oil and the fragrant incense were prepared in their pure form by a perfumer. |
