| 1耶穌又進了會堂，在那裏有一個人，他的一隻手枯乾了。 |
1 Again he entered the synagogue. There was a man there who had a withered hand. |
| 2他們窺察耶穌是否在安息日治好那人，好去控告他。 |
2They watched him closely to see if he would cure him on the sabbath so that they might accuse him. |
| 3耶穌對那有一隻手枯了的人說：「起來，站在中間！」 |
3He said to the man with the withered hand, "Come up here before us." |
| 4遂對他們說：「安息日許行善呢，或作惡呢？許救命呢，或害命呢？」他們一聲不響。 |
4Then he said to them, "Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath rather than to do evil, to save life rather than to destroy it?" But they remained silent. |
| 5耶穌遂含怒環視他們，見他們的心硬而悲傷，就對那人說：「伸出手來！」他一伸，他的手就復了原。 |
5Looking around at them with anger and grieved at their hardness of heart, he said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." He stretched it out and his hand was restored. |
| 6法利塞人一出去，立刻便與黑落德黨人作陷害耶穌的商討，為除滅他。 |
6 The Pharisees went out and immediately took counsel with the Herodians against him to put him to death. |
| 7那時，耶穌同自己的門徒退到海邊去，有許多民眾從加里肋亞跟隨了來，並有從猶太、 |
7 Jesus withdrew toward the sea with his disciples. A large number of people (followed) from Galilee and from Judea. |
| 8耶路撒冷、依杜默雅、約但河彼岸、提洛和漆冬一帶地方的許多群眾，聽說他所作的一切事，都來到他跟前。 |
8Hearing what he was doing, a large number of people came to him also from Jerusalem, from Idumea, from beyond the Jordan, and from the neighborhood of Tyre and Sidon. |
| 9因為人多，他遂吩咐他的門徒，為自己備好一隻小船，免得人擁擠他。 |
9He told his disciples to have a boat ready for him because of the crowd, so that they would not crush him. |
| 10因為他治好了許多人，所以，凡有病災的人都向他湧來，要觸摸他。 |
10He had cured many and, as a result, those who had diseases were pressing upon him to touch him. |
| 11邪魔一見了他，就俯伏在他面前喊說：「你是天主子。」 |
11 And whenever unclean spirits saw him they would fall down before him and shout, "You are the Son of God." |
| 12他卻嚴厲責斥他們，不要把他顯露出來。 |
12He warned them sternly not to make him known. |
| 13隨後，耶穌上了山，把自己所想要的人召來，他們便來到他面前。 |
13He went up the mountain and summoned those whom he wanted and they came to him. |
| 14他就選定了十二人，為同他常在一起，並為派遣他們去宣講， |
14He appointed twelve (whom he also named apostles) that they might be with him and he might send them forth to preach |
| 15且具有驅魔的權柄。 |
15and to have authority to drive out demons: |
| 16他選定了這十二人：西滿，給他起名叫伯多祿， |
16 (he appointed the twelve:) Simon, whom he named Peter; |
| 17載伯德的兒子雅各伯和雅各伯的弟弟若望，並為他們起名叫「波納爾革」，就是「雷霆之子」， |
17James, son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James, whom he named Boanerges, that is, sons of thunder; |
| 18安德肋、斐理伯、巴爾多祿茂、瑪竇、多默、阿耳斐的兒子雅各伯，達陡和熱誠者西滿， |
18Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus; Thaddeus, Simon the Cananean, |
| 19並猶達斯依斯加略，他是負賣耶穌者。 |
19and Judas Iscariot who betrayed him. |
| 20耶穌到了家，群眾又聚集了來，以致他們連飯都不能吃。 |
20 He came home. Again (the) crowd gathered, making it impossible for them even to eat. |
| 21他的人聽說了，便出來要抓住他，因為他們說：「他瘋了！」 |
21When his relatives heard of this they set out to seize him, for they said, "He is out of his mind." |
| 22從耶路撒冷下來的經師們說：「他附有貝耳則步。」又說：「他賴魔王驅魔。」 |
22The scribes who had come from Jerusalem said, "He is possessed by Beelzebul," and "By the prince of demons he drives out demons." |
| 23耶穌遂把他們叫來，用比喻向他們說：「撒殫怎能驅逐撒殫呢？ |
23Summoning them, he began to speak to them in parables, "How can Satan drive out Satan? |
| 24一國若自相紛爭，那國就不能存立； |
24If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. |
| 25一家若自相紛爭，那家也將不能存立。 |
25And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. |
| 26撒殫若起來自相攻擊紛爭，也就不能存立，必要滅亡。 |
26And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand; that is the end of him. |
| 27決沒有人能進入壯士的家，搶劫他的家具的，除非先把那壯士捆起來，然後搶劫他的家。 |
27But no one can enter a strong man's house to plunder his property unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can plunder his house. |
| 28我實在告訴你們：世人的一切罪惡，連所說的任何褻瀆的話，都可得赦免； |
28Amen, I say to you, all sins and all blasphemies that people utter will be forgiven them. |
| 29但誰若褻瀆了聖神，永遠不得赦免，而是永久罪惡的犯人。」 |
29But whoever blasphemes against the holy Spirit will never have forgiveness, but is guilty of an everlasting sin." |
| 30耶穌說這話，是因為他們說「他附有邪魔。」 |
30For they had said, "He has an unclean spirit." |
| 31耶穌的母親和他的兄弟們來了，站在外邊，派人到他跟前去叫他。 |
31His mother and his brothers arrived. Standing outside they sent word to him and called him. |
| 32那時，群眾正圍着他坐着，有人給他說：「看，你的母親和你的兄弟在外邊找你。」 |
32A crowd seated around him told him, "Your mother and your brothers (and your sisters) are outside asking for you." |
| 33耶穌回答他們說：「誰是我的母親和我的兄弟？」 |
33But he said to them in reply, "Who are my mother and (my) brothers?" |
| 34遂環視他周圍坐着的人說：「看，我的母親和我的兄弟！ |
34And looking around at those seated in the circle he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers. |
| 35因為誰奉行天主的旨意，他就是我的兄弟、姊妹和母親。」 |
35(For) whoever does the will of God is my brother and sister and mother." |
