| 1上主訓示梅瑟說： |
1The LORD said to Moses, |
| 2「你告訴以色列子民說：若有人不慎，誤犯了上主的禁令，做了一件不許做的事： |
2 "Tell the Israelites: When a person inadvertently commits a sin against some command of the LORD by doing one of the forbidden things, |
| 3如果是一位受傅的司祭犯了罪，連累了人民，他為這罪，應獻給上主一頭無瑕的公牛犢，作贖罪祭。 |
3 if it is the anointed priest who thus sins and thereby makes the people also become guilty, he shall present to the LORD a young, unblemished bull as a sin offering for the sin he committed. |
| 4將牛牽到會幕門口，到上主前，先按手在牛頭上，在上主前宰了。 |
4Bringing the bullock to the entrance of the meeting tent, before the LORD, he shall lay his hand on its head and slaughter it before the LORD. |
| 5然後受傅的司祭取些牛血，帶進會幕， |
5The anointed priest shall then take some of the bullock's blood and bring it into the meeting tent, |
| 6將手指浸在牲血裏，在上主面前向聖所帳幔灑血七次； |
6where, dipping his finger in the blood, he shall sprinkle it seven times before the LORD, toward the veil of the sanctuary. |
| 7再將一些牲血，塗在會幕內上主面前的香壇四角上；其餘的牛血，都應倒在會幕門口全燔祭壇腳旁。 |
7The priest shall also put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense which is before the LORD in the meeting tent. The rest of the bullock's blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of holocausts which is at the entrance of the meeting tent. |
| 8以後取出作贖罪祭的公牛犢所有的脂肪：即遮蓋內臟的脂肪，貼在內臟上所有的脂肪， |
8From the sin-offering bullock he shall remove all the fat: the fatty membrane over the inner organs, and all the fat that adheres to them, |
| 9左右兩腎和兩腎上靠腰部的脂肪，以及同兩腎一起取出的肝葉， |
9as well as the two kidneys, with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he must sever above the kidneys. |
| 10全照從和平祭犧牲的公牛內所取出的一樣；司祭應將這一切放在全燔祭壇上焚燒。 |
10This is the same as is removed from the ox of the peace offering; and the priest shall burn it on the altar of holocausts. |
| 11至於公牛犢的皮，所有的肉、頭、腿、內臟和糞， |
11The hide of the bullock and all its flesh, with its head, legs, inner organs and offal, |
| 12即整個公牛犢，應運到營外倒壇灰的清潔地方，放在木柴上用火焚燒：即在倒壇灰的地方將牠焚燒。 |
12in short, the whole bullock, shall be brought outside the camp to a clean place where the ashes are deposited and there be burned up in a wood fire. At the place of the ash heap, there it must be burned. |
| 13如果是全以色列會眾誤犯了過失，而會眾又沒有發覺做了上主誡命所不許做的事，因而有罪。 |
13"If the whole community of Israel inadvertently and without even being aware of it does something that the LORD has forbidden and thus makes itself guilty, |
| 14當他們一發覺自己所犯的罪，會眾就應獻一頭公牛犢作贖罪祭，牽到會幕前； |
14should it later on become known that the sin was committed, the community shall present a young bull as a sin offering. They shall bring it before the meeting tent, |
| 15會眾的長老在上主前，按手在牛頭上，在上主前宰了； |
15and here, before the LORD, the elders of the community shall lay their hands on the bullock's head. When the bullock has been slaughtered before the LORD, |
| 16然後受傅的司祭取些牛血帶進會幕， |
16the anointed priest shall bring some of its blood into the meeting tent, |
| 17將手指浸在牲血裏，在上主面前向帳幔灑血七次。 |
17and dipping his finger in the blood, he shall sprinkle it seven times before the LORD, toward the veil. |
| 18再將一些牲血塗在會幕內上主面前的祭壇四角上；其餘的血，都應倒在會幕門口的全燔祭壇腳旁。 |
18He shall also put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense which is before the LORD in the meeting tent. The rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of holocausts which is at the entrance of the meeting tent. |
| 19至於脂肪應完全取出，放在祭壇上焚燒。 |
19All of its fat he shall take from it and burn on the altar, |
| 20處置這牛，應如處置贖罪祭的公牛犢一樣處置。司祭如此為他們贖了罪，他們方可獲得罪赦。 |
20doing with this bullock just as he did with the other sin-offering bullock. Thus the priest shall make atonement for them, and they will be forgiven. |
| 21以後應將這公牛犢運到營外焚燒，如焚燒上述的公牛犢一樣：這是為會眾的贖罪祭。 |
21This bullock must also be brought outside the camp and burned, just as has been prescribed for the other one. This is the sin offering for the community. |
| 22如果是一位首長犯了罪，不慎做了上主他的天主的誡命所不許做的事，因而有罪。 |
22"Should a prince commit a sin inadvertently by doing one of the things which are forbidden by some commandment of the LORD, his God, and thus become guilty, |
| 23當他一發覺自己犯了罪，就應奉獻一隻無瑕的公山羊作祭品， |
23if later on he learns of the sin he committed, he shall bring as his offering an unblemished male goat. |
| 24先按手在羊頭上，後在宰殺全燔祭犧牲的地方，在上主前將牠宰了：這是贖罪祭。 |
24Having laid his hands on its head, he shall slaughter the goat as a sin offering before the LORD, in the place where the holocausts are slaughtered. |
| 25然後司祭用手指蘸些贖罪祭犧牲的血，塗在全燔祭壇四角上；其餘的血都倒在全燔祭壇的腳旁。 |
25The priest shall then take some of the blood of the sin offering on his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of holocausts. The rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of this altar. |
| 26所有的脂肪，如同和平祭犧牲的脂肪一樣，都應放在祭壇上焚燒。司祭如此為他的罪行了贖罪禮，他方可獲得罪赦。 |
26All of the fat he shall burn on the altar like the fat of the peace offering. Thus the priest shall make atonement for the prince's sin, and it will be forgiven. |
| 27如果是一個平民不慎犯了罪，做了上主的誡命所不許做的事，因而有罪。 |
27"If a private person commits a sin inadvertently by doing one of the things which are forbidden by the commandments of the LORD, and thus becomes guilty, |
| 28當他一發覺自己犯了罪，就應為自己所犯的罪，奉獻一隻無瑕的母山羊作祭品； |
28should he later on learn of the sin he committed, he shall bring an unblemished she-goat as the offering for his sin. |
| 29先按手在贖罪祭犧牲的頭上，後在宰殺全燔祭犧牲的地方，將贖罪祭犧牲宰了。 |
29Having laid his hand on the head of the sin offering, he shall slaughter it at the place of the holocausts. |
| 30然後司祭用手指蘸些牲血，塗在全燔祭壇四角上；其餘的血，都應倒在祭壇腳旁。 |
30The priest shall then take some of its blood on his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of holocausts. The rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar. |
| 31所有的脂肪像和平祭犧牲的脂肪一樣，都應取出；司祭應將這一切放在祭壇上焚燒，化為中悅上主的馨香。司祭如此為他贖了罪，他方可獲得罪赦。 |
31All the fat shall be removed, just as the fat is removed from the peace offering, and the priest shall burn it on the altar for an odor pleasing to the LORD. Thus the priest shall make atonement for him, and he will be forgiven. |
| 32如果是奉獻一隻小綿羊作贖罪祭犧牲，應獻一隻無瑕的母羊。 |
32"If, however, for his sin offering he presents a lamb, he shall bring an unblemished female. |
| 33先按手在贖罪祭犧牲的頭上，後在宰殺全燔祭犧牲的地方宰了，作為贖罪祭。 |
33Having laid his hand on its head, he shall slaughter this sin offering in the place where the holocausts are slaughtered. |
| 34司祭用手指蘸些贖罪祭犧牲的血，塗在全燔祭壇四角上；其餘的血，都應倒在祭壇腳旁。 |
34The priest shall then take some of the blood of the sin offering on his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of holocausts. The rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar. |
| 35所有的脂肪都應取出，有如由和平祭犧牲的小羊所取出的脂肪一樣。司祭應將這一切放在祭壇上，與獻給上主的火祭一同焚燒。司祭如此為他的罪行了贖罪禮，他方可獲得罪赦。 |
35All the fat shall be removed, just as the fat is removed from the peace-offering lamb, and the priest shall burn it on the altar with the other oblations of the LORD. Thus the priest shall make atonement for the man's sin, and it will be forgiven. |
