| 1你給厄弗所教會的天使寫：「那右手握着七顆星，而在那七盞金燈臺當中行走的這樣說： |
1 "To the angel of the church in Ephesus, write this: " 'The one who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks in the midst of the seven gold lampstands says this: |
| 2我知道你的作為、你的苦勞和你的堅忍；也知道你不能容忍惡人，並且你也曾查驗出那些自稱為宗徒而實非宗徒的人，發現他們是撒謊的人； |
2"I know your works, your labor, and your endurance, and that you cannot tolerate the wicked; you have tested those who call themselves apostles but are not, and discovered that they are impostors. |
| 3也知道你有堅忍，為了我的名字受了苦，而毫不厭倦。 |
3Moreover, you have endurance and have suffered for my name, and you have not grown weary. |
| 4可是，我有反對你的一條，就是你拋棄了你起初的愛德， |
4Yet I hold this against you: you have lost the love you had at first. |
| 5所以你該回想你是從那裏跌下的，你該悔改，行先前所行的事：若你不悔改，我就要臨於你，把你的燈臺從原處挪去。 |
5Realize how far you have fallen. Repent, and do the works you did at first. Otherwise, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent. |
| 6不過你有一條：就是你惱恨了尼苛勞黨人的行為，這也是我所惱恨的。 |
6But you have this in your favor: you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. |
| 7有耳朵的，應聽聖神向各教會說的話：勝利的，我要把天主樂園中生命樹的果實，賜給他吃。」 |
7" '"Whoever has ears ought to hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the victor I will give the right to eat from the tree of life that is in the garden of God."' |
| 8你給斯米納教會的天使寫：「那身為元始和終末，曾死過而復生的這樣說： |
8 "To the angel of the church in Smyrna, write this: " 'The first and the last, who once died but came to life, says this: |
| 9我知道你的困苦和貧窮，其實你是富足的；也知道你由那些自稱為猶太人的人受的誹謗，其實他們不是猶太人，而是撒殫的會眾。 |
9"I know your tribulation and poverty, but you are rich. I know the slander of those who claim to be Jews and are not, but rather are members of the assembly of Satan. |
| 10不要怕你要受的苦！看，魔鬼要把你們中的一些人投在監裏，叫你們受試探；你們要遭受困難十天之久。你應當忠信至死，我必要賜給你生命的華冠。 |
10Do not be afraid of anything that you are going to suffer. Indeed, the devil will throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will face an ordeal for ten days. Remain faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. |
| 11有耳朵的，應聽聖神向各教會說的話：勝利的必不受第二次死亡的害。」 |
11" '"Whoever has ears ought to hear what the Spirit says to the churches. The victor shall not be harmed by the second death."' |
| 12你給培爾加摩教會的天使寫：「那持有雙刃利劍的這樣說： |
12 "To the angel of the church in Pergamum, write this: " 'The one with the sharp two-edged sword says this: |
| 13我知道你居住的地方，在那裏有撒殫的寶座；當我忠信的見證安提帕在你們中間，即在撒殫居住的地方被殺的時日，你仍堅持了我的名字，從未否認對我的信仰。 |
13"I know that you live where Satan's throne is, and yet you hold fast to my name and have not denied your faith in me, not even in the days of Antipas, my faithful witness, who was martyred among you, where Satan lives. |
| 14可是，我有反對你的幾條，就是：在你們那裏，你容忍了一些堅持巴郎教訓的人；巴郎曾教巴拉克在以色列子民前安放了絆腳石，叫他們吃祭肉，行邪淫； |
14 Yet I have a few things against you. You have some people there who hold to the teaching of Balaam, who instructed Balak to put a stumbling block before the Israelites: to eat food sacrificed to idols and to play the harlot. |
| 15同樣，你也容忍了一些堅持尼苛勞黨人教訓的人。 |
15Likewise, you also have some people who hold to the teaching of (the) Nicolaitans. |
| 16所以你應當悔改，不然，我就要迅速臨於你，用我口中的利劍攻擊他們。 |
16Therefore, repent. Otherwise, I will come to you quickly and wage war against them with the sword of my mouth. |
| 17有耳朵的，應聽聖神向各教會說的話：勝利的，我要賜給他隱藏的『瑪納』，也要賜給他一塊刻有新名號的白石，除領受的人外，誰也不認得這名號。」 |
17" '"Whoever has ears ought to hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the victor I shall give some of the hidden manna; I shall also give a white amulet upon which is inscribed a new name, which no one knows except the one who receives it."' |
| 18你給提雅提辣教會的天使寫：「那位眼睛有如火燄，雙腳有如光銅的天主子這樣說： |
18 "To the angel of the church in Thyatira, write this: " 'The Son of God, whose eyes are like a fiery flame and whose feet are like polished brass, says this: |
| 19我知道你的作為、你的愛德、信德、服務和堅忍，也知道你末後的作為比先前的更多。 |
19"I know your works, your love, faith, service, and endurance, and that your last works are greater than the first. |
| 20可是我有反對你的一條，就是你曾容許那自稱為先知的婦人依則貝耳教訓我的僕人，並引誘他們行邪淫，吃祭肉。 |
20Yet I hold this against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, who teaches and misleads my servants to play the harlot and to eat food sacrificed to idols. |
| 21我原給了她悔改的時間，可是她不肯悔改自己的淫行。 |
21I have given her time to repent, but she refuses to repent of her harlotry. |
| 22看，我要把她投在病床上，並且把那些與她行邪淫的人，若他們對她的惡行不予以悔改，也投到重大的困苦中， |
22So I will cast her on a sickbed and plunge those who commit adultery with her into intense suffering unless they repent of her works. |
| 23並將她的子女置於死地；這樣各教會都知道我是洞察人心和肺腑的主，並且我要按照你們的行為，報應你們每一個人。 |
23I will also put her children to death. Thus shall all the churches come to know that I am the searcher of hearts and minds and that I will give each of you what your works deserve. |
| 24至於你們其餘的提雅提辣人，凡不隨從這種教訓，不認識那所謂「撒殫奧義」的人，我對你們說：我不再把別的重擔加在你們身上， |
24But I say to the rest of you in Thyatira, who do not uphold this teaching and know nothing of the so-called deep secrets of Satan: on you I will place no further burden, |
| 25可是你們應該堅持已有的，直到我來。 |
25except that you must hold fast to what you have until I come. |
| 26勝利的，並且到最末堅守我事業的人，我必賜給他治理萬民的權柄── |
26" '"To the victor, who keeps to my ways until the end, I will give authority over the nations. |
| 27他將用鐵杖管轄他們，有如打碎瓦器── |
27He will rule them with an iron rod. Like clay vessels will they be smashed, |
| 28正如我由我父所領受的權柄一樣；我還要賜給他那顆晨星。 |
28just as I received authority from my Father. And to him I will give the morning star. |
| 29有耳朵的，應聽聖神向各教會說的話。」 |
29" '"Whoever has ears ought to hear what the Spirit says to the churches."' |
