| 1亚郎的两个儿子，因擅自走近上主面前而遭受死亡；他们死后，上主训示梅瑟， | 1Yahweh spoke to Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron who died when they approached the presence of Yahweh. |
| 2对他这样说：「你告诉你的哥哥亚郎，不可随时进入帐幔后的圣所，到约柜上的赎罪盖前去，免得在我乘云显现在赎罪盖上时，遭受死亡。 | 2Yahweh said to Moses, "Tell your brother, Aaron, not to enter at any time he pleases the Most Holy Place inside the veil, before the mercy Seat which is on the ark, lest he die, for I appear in the cloud over the mercy Seat. |
| 3亚郎应这样进入圣所：带上一只公牛犊作赎罪祭，一只公绵羊作全燔祭； | 3This is how Aaron will enter the Holy Place with a bullock for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering. |
| 4应穿上亚麻圣长衣，身着亚麻短裤，束上亚麻腰带，戴上亚麻头巾；这些都是圣衣，他用水洗身后才能穿上。 | 4He is to put on the sacred linen tunic and linen undergarments next to his body; he is to have the linen sash around him and wear the linen turban. These are sacred garments, so he must bathe in water before he puts them on. |
| 5此外，还应由以色列子民会众，取两只公山羊作赎罪祭，一只公绵羊作全燔祭。 | 5The assembly of the sons of Israel has to give him two male goats for a sin offering and one ram for a burnt offering. |
| 6亚郎先要奉献为自己作赎罪祭的公牛犊，替自己和家人赎罪； | 6Then Aaron shall offer the bullock for a sin offering for himself to make atonement for himself and for his household. |
| 7以后牵那两只公山羊来，放在会幕门口上主面前， | 7He shall take the two male goats and present them to Yahweh at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. |
| 8为这两只公山羊抽签：一签为上主，一签为「阿匝则耳」。 | 8He is to cast lots for the two goats, one lot for Yahweh and one lot for Azazel. |
| 9亚郎将那为上主抽到的公山羊，献作赎罪祭； | 9Aaron shall offer the goat on which the lot fell for Yahweh as a sin offering. |
| 10至于那为「阿匝则耳」抽到的公山羊，应让牠活着，立在上主面前，用牠行赎罪礼，放入旷野，归于「阿匝则耳」。 | 10But the goat on which the lot fell for Azazel will be placed alive before Yahweh to make atonement by being sent into the wilderness as a scapegoat. |
| 11于是亚郎先奉献为自己作赎罪祭的公牛犊，替自己和家人赎罪，宰杀为自己作赎罪祭的公牛犊； | 11Aaron will then bring the bullock as a sin offering for himself to make atonement for himself and his household and he shall slaughter the bullock for the sin offering which is for himself. |
| 12随后由上主面前的祭坛上，拿下盛满红炭的火盘，再拿一满捧细乳香，带进帐幔内， | 12Then he shall take a censer full of coals from the fire above the altar before Yahweh and two handfuls of powdered, fragrant incense and take them inside the veil. |
| 13在上主面前将乳香放在火上，使乳香的烟遮住约柜上的赎罪盖，免得遭受死亡。 | 13He shall put the incense on the fire before Yahweh and the cloud of incense will cover the mercy Seat that is on the ark of the Statement, so that he will not die. |
| 14以后，取些牛血，用手指洒在赎罪盖东面；又用手指在赎罪盖前，洒血七次。 | 14He will take the blood of the bullock and sprinkle it with his finger on the mercy Seat to the east and also in front of the mercy Seat he shall sprinkle blood seven times. |
| 15此后，宰杀了为人民作赎罪祭的公山羊，将羊血带进帐幔内，照洒牛血的方式，将羊血洒在赎罪盖上和赎罪盖的前面， | 15Then he shall slay the goat for the sin offering of the people and take its blood inside the veil and do with its blood what he did with the blood of the bullock. He shall sprinkle it on the mercy Seat and in front of it. |
| 16为以色列子民的不洁，和他们犯的种种罪过，给圣所取洁；给存留在他们中，为他们不洁玷污的会幕，也举行同样的礼仪。 | 16In this way he shall make atonement for the Holy Place because of the uncleanness of the Israelites and because of all their sins. And he shall do the same for the Tent of Meeting which stands among them in the midst of all their uncleanness. |
| 17当他走进圣所行赎罪礼时，直到他出来，任何人不许在会幕内。几时他为自己，为家人，为以色列全会众赎罪完毕， | 17No one shall be in the Tent of Meeting from the time Aaron goes to make atonement until he comes out. After he has made atonement for himself, for his household and for the whole assembly of Israel, |
| 18就出来，回到上主面前的祭坛前，为祭坛行取洁礼；取些牛血和羊血，抹在祭坛四周的角上； | 18he shall go out to the altar before Yahweh and make atonement for it. Then he shall take some of the bullock's blood and some of the goat's blood and put it on the horns of the altar on all sides. |
| 19再用手指向祭坛洒血七次：这样使祭坛免于以色列子民的不洁，而获洁净和祝圣。 | 19He shall sprinkle it with blood seven times, and cleanse it and consecrate it from the uncleanness of the Israelites. |
| 20为圣所、会幕及祭坛行完取洁礼后，便将那只活公山羊牵来， | 20When he has finished making atonement for the Holy Place, for the Tent of Meeting and for the altar, he shall bring forward the live goat. |
| 21亚郎将双手按在牠的头上，明认以色列子民的一切罪恶，和所犯的种种过犯和罪过，全放在这公山羊头上；然后命派定的人将牠送到旷野。 | 21He shall lay his hands on the head of the goat and confess over it all the wickedness of the sons of Israel and all the sins they have committed against me. So he will charge them on the head of the goat and the wickedness of the sons of Israel and all the sins they have committed against me. So he will charge them on the head of the goat and send it away to the wilderness by the hand of an assistant. |
| 22这羊负着他们的种种罪恶到了荒野地方，那人应在旷野里释放这只羊。 | 22So the goat will carry away all their wickedness to an arid land, when the man releases it in the wilderness. |
| 23然后亚郎进入会幕，脱下他进入圣所时穿的亚麻衣服，放在那里， | 23Then Aaron is to go into the Tent of Meeting and take off the linen garments he had put on before he entered the sacred place. He shall leave them there, |
| 24在圣地方用水洗身，再穿上自己的衣服，出来奉献自己的全燔祭和人民的全燔祭，为自己和人民行赎罪礼。 | 24bathe himself with water in a sacred place and put on his clothes. After that he will come out and sacrifice the burnt offering for himself and the burnt offering for the people to make atonement for himself and the people. |
| 25赎罪祭牺牲的脂肪，应放在祭坛上焚烧。 | 25The fat of the sin offering he shall burn on the altar. |
| 26那送公山羊给「阿匝则耳」的，应先洗自己的衣服，用水洗身，然后方可进入营幕。 | 26The man who releases the scapegoat shall wash his clothes and bathe himself with water, after which he may re-enter the camp. |
| 27作赎罪祭的公牛犊和作赎罪祭的公山羊，牠们的血既带到圣所内赎罪，皮、肉及粪，都应运到营外，用火烧了。 | 27The bullock of the sin offering and the goat of the sin offering whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the Holy Place, shall be brought outside the camp and they shall burn their hides, their flesh and their dung in the fire. |
| 28那烧的人，应先洗自己的衣服，用水洗身，然后方可进入营幕。 | 28The one who burns them shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water, after which he may re-enter the camp. |
| 29这为你们是一条永久的法令：七月初十，你们应先克己苦身，不论是本地人，或侨居在你们中间的外方人，任何劳工都不许做， | 29This shall be a lasting ordinance for you: on the tenth day of the seventh month you must deny yourselves and do no work - neither the native nor the stranger living among you - |
| 30因为在这一天，你们应为自己赎罪，使自己洁净，应除去自己的种种过犯，在上主面前再成为洁净的。 | 30for on this day atonement will be made for you to cleanse you. You shall be cleansed of your sins before Yahweh. |
| 31这是你们全休息的安息日，应克己苦身：这是永久的法令。 | 31It is a sabbath of solemn rest when you must deny yourselves. It is a lasting ordinance. |
| 32那位受傅，被委任继承他父亲执行司祭职务的大司祭，应举行赎罪礼。他应穿上亚麻圣衣， | 32The priest who is anointed and ordained to succeed his father will make atonement. He shall put on the linen garments, the holy garments, |
| 33为至圣所，为会幕和祭坛行取洁礼，为众司祭和全会众人民行赎罪礼。 | 33and will make atonement for the Holy Place, for the Tent of Meeting and for the altar. He shall also make atonement for the priests and all the people of the assembly. |
| 34每年一次，应为以色列子民，为他们的种种罪过行赎罪礼：这为你们是永久的法令。」人就依照上主吩咐梅瑟的做了。 | 34This shall be for you a lasting ordinance to make atonement for the people of Israel once a year, because of all their sins." And Moses did as Yahweh commanded him. |
