| 1上主训示梅瑟说： | 1Yahweh spoke to Moses and said, |
| 2「你告诉以色列子民全会众说：你们应该是圣的，因为我，上主，你们的天主是圣的。 | 2"Speak to the entire assembly of the people of Israel and say to them: Be holy for I, Yahweh, your God, am holy. |
| 3你们每人应孝敬母亲和父亲，应遵守我的安息日。我，上主是你们的天主。 | 3Each of you must revere his mother and father; and you shall keep my sabbaths; I am Yahweh, your God. |
| 4你们不要归依偶像，也不要为自己铸造神像：我，上主是你们的天主。 | 4Do not turn to idols or make for yourselves molten gods; I am Yahweh, your God. |
| 5若你们给上主祭献和平祭，要奉献可蒙受悦纳的。 | 5When you offer a sacrifice of peace offering to Yahweh, sacrifice it so that you may be accepted. |
| 6祭肉，应在你们祭献的当天或第二天吃尽；有剩下的，到第三天应用火烧了。 | 6It shall be eaten on the day you offer it or on the next day. And whatever remains shall be burned on the third day. |
| 7若还有人在第三天吃，这肉已不洁，必不蒙悦纳。 | 7If it is eaten on the third day it is unclean and will not be accepted. |
| 8那吃的人，必负罪债，因为他亵渎了上主的圣物；这人应由民间铲除。 | 8Whoever eats it will pay for his sin, for he has profaned a holy thing of Yahweh and this person shall be cut off from his people. |
| 9当你们收割田地的庄稼时，你不可割到地边；收获后剩下的穗子，不可再拾。 | 9When you reap the harvest of your land do not reap to the extreme limits of your field or gather the gleanings after your harvest. |
| 10葡萄摘后不应去搜；葡萄园内掉下的，不应拾取，应留给穷人和外方人：我，上主是你们的天主。 | 10Do not strip your vineyard bare and do not gather the grapes that have fallen; leave them for the needy and the stranger. I am Yahweh, your God. |
| 11你们不要偷窃，不要欺诈，不要彼此哄骗； | 11Do not steal or lie or deceive one another. |
| 12不要奉我的名妄发虚誓，而亵渎你天主的名字：我是上主。 | 12Do not swear falsely by my name so as to profane the name of your God; I am Yahweh. |
| 13你不要欺压剥削你的近人，佣人的工钱不可在你处过夜，留到第二天早晨。 | 13Do not oppress your neighbor or rob him. The wages of a hired man are not to remain with you all night until morning. |
| 14不可咒骂聋子；不可将障碍物放在瞎子面前；但应敬畏你的天主：我是上主。 | 14You shall not curse a deaf man nor put a stumbling block in the way of the blind; but you shall fear your God; I am Yahweh. |
| 15审判时，你们不要违背正义；不可袒护穷人，也不可重视有权势的人，只依正义审判你的同胞。 | 15Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor nor bow to the great; you are to judge your neighbor fairly so as not to share in his guilt. |
| 16不可去毁谤你本族人，也不可危害人的性命：我是上主。 | 16Do not go about as a slanderer of your people and do not seek the death of your neighbor; I am Yahweh. |
| 17不可存心怀恨你的兄弟，应坦白劝戒你的同胞，免得为了他而负罪债。 | 17Do not hate your brother in your heart; rebuke your neighbor frankly so as not to share in his guilt. |
| 18不可复仇，对你本国人，不可心怀怨恨；但应爱人如己：我是上主。 | 18Do not seek revenge or nurture a grudge against one of your people, but love your neighbor as yourself; I am Yahweh. |
| 19你们应遵守我的法令：不可使你的家畜与不同类的配合；一块田内，不可播上不同的种子；用两种线织成的衣服，不可穿在你的身上。 | 19Keep my practices. You shall not let your cattle breed with another kind. You shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed and you shall not wear clothing made of two different materials. |
| 20若人同已许配于人，尚未赎回，或没有获得自由的婢女同寝，应受处罚，但不该死，因为她还没有自由。 | 20If a man lies with a woman who is a slave promised to another man, and she has not been ransomed or given her freedom, there shall be punishment. They shall not be put to death because she was not free, |
| 21但是，这人却应把一只赎过祭的公绵羊，牵到会幕门口，献给上主，作为他的赎过祭。 | 21but he shall bring a ram as a guilt offering to Yahweh for himself, to the door of the Tent of Meeting. |
| 22司祭用这赎过祭的公绵羊，在上主面前，代他为他所犯的罪行赎罪礼；他犯的罪方可得赦。 | 22The priest is to make atonement for him before Yahweh with the ram of the guilt offering, and the sin he has committed will be forgiven. |
| 23几时你们进了那地方，栽种了什么果树，树上的果子，你们应视为不洁；三年以内为你们算是不洁，不可以吃； | 23When you enter the land and plant all kinds of trees for food, you shall count the fruit as unclean. For three years it shall be unclean for you and it must not be eaten. |
| 24到第四年，结的一切果实都是圣的，应作赞颂上主的礼品； | 24In the fourth year all the fruit shall be holy, an offering of praise to the Lord. |
| 25到第五年，才可以吃树上结的果实，使树为你们增加出产：我，上主是你们的天主。 | 25But in the fifth year you may eat of the fruit, that its yield may increase for you. I am Yahweh, your God. |
| 26你们不可吃任何带血的食物，不可占卜，不可念咒； | 26Do not eat anything over the blood nor practice divination or astrology. |
| 27不可将两边的头发剃圆；两边的胡须，也不可修剪。 | 27Do not round off the side-growth of your heads or clip off the edges of your beard. |
| 28不可为死者割伤你们的身体，也不可在你们身上刺花纹：我是上主。 | 28Do not make cuttings in your flesh on account of the dead or make tattoo marks on yourselves. I am Yahweh. |
| 29不可亵渎你的女儿，令她卖淫，免得这地方成为淫场，充满淫乱。 | 29You shall not profane your daughter by making her a prostitute, lest the land turn to prostitution and be filled with wickedness. |
| 30应遵守我的安息日，应敬畏我的圣所：我是上主。 | 30Keep my sabbaths and revere my sanctuary. I am Yahweh. |
| 31不可去探询亡魂，亦不可寻问占卜者，而为他们所玷污：我，上主是你们的天主。 | 31Do not turn to mediums or spiritists for you will be defiled by them. I am Yahweh, your God. |
| 32在白发老人前，应起立；对老年人要尊敬，应敬畏你的天主：我是上主。 | 32Rise in the presence of the aged and honor the elderly; in doing this you honor your God. I am Yahweh. |
| 33若外方人在你们的地域内，与你住在一起，不可欺压他； | 33When a stranger stays with you in your land, do him no wrong. |
| 34对与你们住在一起的外方人，应看作你们中的一个同乡，爱他如爱你自己，因为你们在埃及地也做过外方人：我，上主是你们的天主。 | 34He shall be to you as the native among you. Love him as yourself for you have been strangers in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh, your God. |
| 35在审断度、量、衡上，不可不公平； | 35Do no wrong in judgment or in measure or weight or quantity. |
| 36天秤、法码、升、勺，都应正确。我是领你们出离埃及地的上主你们的天主。 | 36Use honest scales and honest weights and exact containers. I am Yahweh, your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt. |
| 37你们应遵守我的一切法令和我的一切规定，一一依照执行：我是上主。」 | 37You shall keep all my laws and all my practices and follow them. I am Yahweh." |
