| 1安息日既过，一周的第一日，天快亮时，玛利亚玛达肋纳和另外一个玛利亚来看坟墓。 | 1After the sabbath, at the dawn of the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to visit the tomb. |
| 2忽然发生了大地震，因为上主的天使从天降来，上前把石硕滚开，坐在上面。 | 2Suddenly there was a violent earthquake: an angel of the Lord descending from heaven, came to the stone, rolled it from the entrance of the tomb, and sat on it. |
| 3他的容貌好像闪电，他的衣服洁白如雪。 | 3His appearance was like lightning and his garment white as snow. |
| 4看守的人由于怕他，吓得打颤，变得好像死人一样。 | 4The guards trembled in fear and became like dead men when they saw the angel. |
| 5天使对妇女说道：「你们不要害怕！我知道你们寻找被钉死的耶稣。 | 5The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus who was crucified. |
| 6他不在这里，因为他已经照他所说的复活了。你们来看看那安放过他的地方； | 6He is not here, for he is risen as he said. Come, see the place where they laid him; |
| 7并且快去对他的门徒说：他已经由死者中复活了。看！他在你们以先往加里肋亚去，在那里你们要看见他。看！我已经告诉了你们。」 | 7then go at once and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead and is going ahead of you to Galilee. You will see him there. This is my message for you." |
| 8她们赶快离开坟墓，又恐惧又异常喜乐，跑去报告他的门徒。 | 8They left the tomb at once in holy fear, yet with great joy, and they ran to tell the news to the disciples. |
| 9忽然，耶稣迎上她们说：「愿你们平安！」她们遂上前抱住耶稣的脚，朝拜了他。 | 9Suddenly, Jesus met them on the way and said, "Peace." The women approached him, embraced his feet and worshiped him. |
| 10耶稣对她们说：「不要害怕！你们去，报告我的兄弟，叫他们往加里肋亚去，他们要在那里看见我。」 | 10But Jesus said to them, "Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to set out for Galilee; there they will see me." |
| 11当妇女离去的时候，有几个看守的兵士来到城里，把所发生的事，全告诉了司祭长。 | 11While the women were on their way, the guards returned to the city and some of them reported to the chief priests all that had happened. |
| 12司祭长就同长老聚会商议之后，给了兵士许多钱， | 12The chief priests met with the Jewish authorities and decided to give the soldiers a good sum of money, |
| 13嘱咐他们说：「你们就说：我们睡觉的时候，他的门徒夜间来了，把他偷去了。 | 13with this instruction, "Say that his disciples came by night while you were asleep, and stole the body of Jesus. |
| 14如果这事为总督听见，有我们说好话，保管你们无事。」 | 14If Pilate comes to know of this, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble." |
| 15兵士拿了银钱，就照他们所嘱咐的做了。这消息在犹太人间传扬开了，一直到今天。 | 15The soldiers accepted the money and did as they were told. This story has circulated among the Jews until this day. |
| 16十一个门徒就往加里肋亚，到耶稣给他们所指定的山上去了。 | 16As for the Eleven disciples, they went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. |
| 17他们一看见他，就朝拜了他，虽然有人还心中疑惑。 | 17When they saw Jesus, they bowed before him, although some doubted. |
| 18耶稣便上前对他们说：「天上地下的一切权柄都交给了我， | 18Then Jesus approached them and said, "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. |
| 19所以你们要去使万民成为门徒，因父及子及圣神之名给他们授洗， | 19Go, therefore, and make disciples from all nations. Baptize them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, |
| 20教训他们遵守我所吩咐你们的一切。看！我同你们天天在一起，直到今世的终结。」 | 20and teach them to fulfill all that I have commanded you. I am with you always until the end of this world." |
