厄斯德拉下 Nehemiah
1当城垣修好之后，我安了门扇，遂委派了守门者、歌咏者和肋未人。 1When the wall was built and the doors were in place, gatekeepers were designated to keep watch.
2以后，我委派了我的兄弟哈纳尼，和堡垒长哈纳尼雅，管理耶路撒冷，因为哈纳尼雅是一个可信赖、敬畏天主出众的人。 2Then I set my brother Hanani as governor of Jerusalem, and Hananiah as head of the Citadel, for he was a faithful man and true servant of God as few can be found.
3我命他们说：「耶路撒冷的门，不到太阳发暖不准开；太阳还未落时，就要关门上闩！守卫当由耶路撒冷的居民中指派，各按自己的班次，各在自己的屋前守卫。」 3Then I said to them, "Open the gates of Jerusalem only when the sun begins to get hot, but while it is still day, close and bar the doors while the guards are still at their posts. And during the night, the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall come out to keep guard, some at their posts and others in front of their houses."
4那时城市宽阔广大，但城中居民稀少，房舍还没有建筑。 4The city was spacious and wide, but it had few inhabitants and many houses had not been rebuilt.
5我的天主使我立意，召集有权势的人、官长和民众，要他们来登记。我发现了一册初次由充军归来的人的族谱，上面有这样的记载： 5God inspired in me the idea to assemble the leaders, the counselors and the people to take a census. I found the registry book of the census of those who had returned from exile in the beginning. I found the following written in it:
6以下是由被掳充军返回本省的子民的人中，即当初被巴比伦王拿步高，掳往巴比伦去的人中，回了耶路撒冷和犹大，各本城的人。 6These are the people of the province who returned from exile whom Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, had deported, but returned to Jerusalem and Judea, each to his city:
7他们是同则鲁巴贝耳、耶叔亚、乃赫米雅、色辣雅、辣阿米雅、纳哈玛尼、摩尔德开、彼耳商、米斯帕勒特、彼革外、勒洪和巴阿纳，一起回来的。 7These are the Israelites who came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Azariah, Raamiah, Nahamani, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispereth, Bigvai, Nehum, Baanah; 
8以色列民男子的数目如下： 8here are the numbers:
9帕洛士的子孙，二千一百七十二名； 9The sons of Parosh, 2,172;
10舍法提雅的子孙，三百七十二名; 10those of Shephatiah, 372;
11阿辣黑的子孙，六百五十二名； 11those of Arah, 652;
12帕哈特摩阿布的子孙，即耶叔亚和约阿布的子孙，二千八百一十八名； 12those of Pahath-moab of the sons of Jeshua and Joab, 2,818;
13厄蓝的子孙，一千二百五十四名； 13the sons of Elam 1,254;
14匝突的子孙，八百四十五名； 14those of Zattu, 845;
15匝开的子孙，七百六十名； 15those of Zaccai, 760;
16彼奴依的子孙，六百四十八名； 16those of Binnui, 648;
17贝拜的子孙，六百二十八名； 17those of Bebai, 628;
18阿次加得的子孙，二千三百二十二名； 18those of Azgad, 2,322;
19阿多尼干的子孙，六百六十七名； 19those of Adonimkan, 667;
20彼革外的子孙，二千零六十七名； 20those of Bigvai, 2,067;
21阿丁的子孙，六百五十五名； 21those of Adin, 655;
22阿特尔的子孙，即希则克雅的子孙，九十八名； 22those of Ater, of Hezekiah, 98;
23哈雄的子孙，三百二十八名； 23those of Hashum, 328;
24贝宰的子孙，三百二十四名； 24those of Bezai, 324;
25哈黎夫的子孙，一百一十二名; 25those of Hariph, 112;
26基贝红的子孙，九十五名； 26those of Gibeon, 95.
27白冷人和纳托法人，共一百八十八名； 27The men of Bethlehem and Netophah, 188;
28阿纳托特人，一百二十八名； 28those of Anathoth, 128;
29贝特阿次玛委特人，四十二名； 29those of Bethazmaveth, 42;
30克黎雅特耶阿陵人、革非辣人和贝厄洛特人，共七百四十三名； 30those of Kiriath-jearim, Chephirah, and Beeroth, 743;
31辣玛人和革巴人，共六百二十一名； 31those of Ramah and Geba, 621;
32米革玛斯人，一百二十二名； 32those of Michmas, 122;
33贝特耳和哈依人，共一百二十三名； 33those of Bethel and Ai, 123;
34乃波人，五十二名； 34those of the other Nebo, 52.
35另一厄蓝的子孙，一千二百五十四名； 35The sons of the other Elam, 1,254;
36哈陵的子孙，三百二十名； 36those of Harim, 320;
37耶里哥人，三百四十五名； 37those of Jericho, 345;
38罗得人、哈狄得人和敖诺人，共七百二十一名； 38those of Lod, Hadid and Ono, 721;
39色纳阿人， 三千九百三十名。 39those of Senaah, 3,930.
40司祭：有耶达雅的子孙，即耶叔亚的家族，九百七十三名； 40The priests: the sons of Jedaiah of the house of Jeshua, 973;
41依默尔的子孙，一千零五十二名； 41those of Immer, 1,052;
42帕市胡尔的子孙，一千二百四十七名； 42those of Pashhur, 1,247;
43哈陵的子孙，一千零一十七名。 43those of Harim, 1,017.
44肋未人：曷达委雅的后裔，耶叔亚和卡德米耳的子孙，七十四名。歌咏者：阿撒夫的子孙，一百四十八名； 44The Levites: the sons of Jeshua, of Kadmiel, of the sons of Hodevah, 74. The singers: the sons of Asaph, 148.
45门丁有沙隆的子孙，阿特尔的子孙，塔耳孟的子孙，阿谷布的子孙，哈提达的子孙，芍拜的子孙，共一百三十八名。 45The gatekeepers: the sons of Shallum, of Ater, of Talmon, of Akkub, of Hatita, of Shobai, 138.
46献身者：有漆哈的子孙，哈稣法的子孙，塔巴敖特的子孙， 46The temple servants: the sons of Ziha, of Hasupha, of Tabbaoth,
47刻洛斯的子孙，息阿的子孙，帕冬的子孙， 47of Keros, of Sia, of Padon,
48肋巴纳的子孙，哈加巴的子孙，沙耳麦的子孙， 48of Lebana, of Hagaba, of Shalmai,
49哈南的子孙，基德耳的子孙，加哈尔的子孙， 49of Hanan, of Giddel, of Gahar,
50勒阿雅的子孙，勒斤的子孙，乃科达的子孙， 50of Reaiah, of Rezin, of Nekoda,
51加仓的子孙，乌匝的子孙，帕色亚的子孙， 51of Gazzam, of Uzza, of Paseah,
52贝赛的子孙，默乌宁的子孙，乃非心的子孙， 52of Besai, of Meunim, of Nephushessim,
53巴刻步克的子孙，哈谷法的子孙，哈尔胡尔的子孙， 53of Bakbuk, of Hakupha, of Harhur,
54巴兹里特的子孙，默希达的子孙，哈尔沙的子孙， 54of Bazlith, of Mehida, of Harsha,
55巴尔科斯的子孙，息色辣的子孙，塔玛赫的子孙， 55of Barkos, of Sisera, of Temah,
56乃漆亚的子孙和哈提法的子孙。 56of Neziah, of Hatipha.
57撒罗满的仆役的子孙：有索泰的子孙，索费勒特的子孙，培黎达的子孙， 57The sons of Solomon's servants: the sons of Sotai, of Sophereth, of Perida,
58雅阿拉的子孙，达尔孔的子孙，基德耳的子孙， 58of Jaala, of Darkon, of Giddel,
59舍法提雅的子孙，哈提耳的子孙，颇革勒特责巴因的子孙和阿孟的子孙。 59of Shephatiah, of Hattil, of Pochereth-hazzenaim, of Amon.
60所有献身者和撒罗满的仆役的子孙，共计三百九十二名。 60All the temple servants and the sons of Solomon's servants were 392.
61以下这些人，是由特耳默拉、特耳哈尔沙、革鲁布、阿丹和依默尔上来，而不能说出自己的家族和族系，是否出自以色列的： 61And these were they who came up from Telmelah, Telharsha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer; but they could not prove that their families and ancestry were of Israelite origin:
62德拉雅的子孙，托彼雅的子孙，和乃科达的子孙，共计六百四十二人。 62the sons of Delaiah, of Tobiah, of Nekoda, 642.
63司祭中：有哈巴雅的子孙，哈科兹的子孙和巴尔齐来的子孙。──巴尔齐来娶了基肋阿得人巴尔齐来的女儿为妻，也取了他的名字。 63And of the priests: the sons of Hobaiah, of Hakkoz, of Barzillai, who took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai, the Gileadite, and was named after them.
64他们查考登记的族谱，却没有找到自己的名字，所以他们由司祭中被革除了。 64These people searched for their ancestral registration, but it could not be located; therefore they were considered unclean and excluded from the priesthood.
65省长指令他们，不准他们享用至圣之物，直到有位大司祭，带着「乌陵」和「突明」来解决。 65And the governor said to them that they should not eat from the most holy things until a priest would make a decision through the Urim and Thummim.
66全会众共计四万二千三百六十人， 66The whole assembly together was 42,360,
67仆婢七千三百三十七人在外；还有歌咏的男女二百四十五名。 67besides their male and female servants: 7,337; and they had 245 male and female singers.
68此外，还有骆驼四百三十五匹，驴六千七百二十匹。 68They had 736 horses, 245 mules;
69有些族长捐献了建筑费。省长献了一千金「达理克」，盘子五十个，司祭长衣五百三十件，作为基金。 69435 camels; 6,720 donkeys.
70另一些族长纳了二万金「达理克」，二千二百银「米乃」，作为建筑的基金。 70Some of the heads of families gave offerings for the work. The governor gave to the treasury 1,000 gold drachmas, 50 basins, 530 priests' garments.
71其余民众捐献的，共计二万金「达理克」，二千银「米乃」，司祭长衣六十七件。 71The heads of families gave into the treasury of the work 20,000 gold drachmas, and 2,200 silver minas and 67 priests' garments.
72司祭、肋未人、门丁、歌咏者、献身者和全以色列，各住在本城内。到了七月，当时以色列子民还各在本城里。 72The rest of the people gave 20,000 gold drachmas and 2,000 silver minas, and 67 priests' garments.
73 73The priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, some of the people, the temple servants, and all Israel lived in their cities. And when the seventh month came, the sons of Israel were in their cities.
