斐理伯书	Philippians
¹此外，我的弟兄们！你们应喜乐于主；给你们写一样的事，为我并不烦难，为你们却是安全。	¹Finally, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord. It is not a burden for me to write again the same things, and for you it is safer.
²你们要提防狗，要提防邪恶的工人，要提防自行割切的人。	²Beware of the dogs, beware of the bad workers; beware of the circumcised.
³其实，真受割损的人是我们，因为我们是以天主的圣神实行敬礼，在耶稣基督内自豪，而不信赖外表的人，	³We are the true circumcised people since we serve according to the Spirit of God, and our confidence is in Christ Jesus rather than in our merits.
⁴虽然我对外表也有可信赖的。如果有人以为自己能将信赖放在外表上，那我更可以：	⁴I myself do not lack those human qualities in which people have confidence. If some of them seem to be accredited with such qualities, how much more am I!
⁵我生后第八天受了割损，出于以色列民族，属于本雅明支派，是由希伯来人所生的希伯来人；就法律说，我是法利塞人；	⁵I was circumcised when eight days old. I was born of the race of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin; I am a Hebrew, born of Hebrews. With regard to the Law, I am a Pharisee,
⁶就热忱说，我曾迫害过教会；就法律的正义说，是无瑕可指的。	⁶and such was my zeal for the Law that I persecuted the Church. As for being righteous according to the Law, I was blameless.
⁷凡以前对我有利益的事，我如今为了基督，都看作是损失。	⁷But once I found Christ, all those things that I might have considered as profit, I reckoned as loss.
⁸不但如此，而且我将一切都看作损失，因为我只以认识我主基督耶稣为至宝；为了他，我自愿损失一切，拿一切当废物，为赚得基督，	⁸Still more, everything seems to me as nothing compared with the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord. For his sake I have let everything fall away and I now consider all as garbage, if instead I may gain Christ.
⁹为结合于他，并非藉我因守法律获得的正义，而是借由于信仰基督获得的正义，即出于天主而本于信德的正义。	⁹May I be found in him, without merit or holiness of my own for having fulfilled the Law, but with the holiness which comes through faith in Christ, the holiness given by God which depends on faith in Christ Jesus.
¹⁰我只愿认识基督和他复活的德能，参与他的苦难，相似他的死，	¹⁰May I know him and experience the power of his resurrection and share in his sufferings and become like him in his death,
¹¹我希望也得到由死者中的复活。	¹¹and attain through this, God willing, the resurrection from the dead!
¹²这并不是说：我已经达到这目标，或已成为成全的人；我只顾向前跑，看看是否我也能够夺得，因为基督耶稣已夺得了我。	¹²I do not believe I have already reached the goal, nor do I consider myself perfect, but I press on till I conquer Christ Jesus, as I have already been conquered by him.
¹³弟兄们！我并不以为我已经夺得，我只顾一件事：即忘尽我背后的，只向在我前面的奔驰，	¹³No, brothers and sisters, I do not claim to have claimed the prize yet. I say only this: forgetting what is behind me, I race forward and run towards the goal,
¹⁴为达到目标，为争取天主在基督耶稣内召我向上争夺的奖品。	¹⁴my eyes on the prize to which God has called us from above in Christ Jesus.
¹⁵所以，我们凡是成熟的人，都应怀有这种心情；即使你们另有别种心情，天主也要将这种心情启示给你们。	¹⁵Let all of us who claim to be perfect have the same way of thinking, but if there is something on which you differ, God will make it clear to you.
¹⁶但是，不拘我们已达到什么程度，仍应照样进行。	¹⁶In the meantime, let us hold on to what we have conquered.
¹⁷弟兄们！你们要一同效法我，也要注意那些按我们的表样生活行动的人，	¹⁷Unite in imitating me, brothers and sisters, and look at those who walk in our way of life.
¹⁸因为有许多人，我曾多次对你们说过，如今再含泪对你们说：他们行事为人，是基督十字架的敌人；	¹⁸For many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. I have said it to you many times, and now I repeat it with tears:
¹⁹他们的结局是丧亡，他们的天主是肚腹，以羞辱为光荣，只思念地上的事。	¹⁹they are heading for ruin; their belly is their god and they feel proud of what should be their shame. They only think of earthly things.
²⁰至于我们，我们的家乡原是在天上，我们等待主耶稣基督我们的救主从那里降来，	²⁰For us, our citizenship is in heaven, from where we await the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ, the Lord.
²¹他必要按他能使一切屈服于自己的大能，改变我们卑贱的身体，相似他光荣的身体。	²¹He will transfigure our lowly body, making it like his own body, radiant in Glory, through the power which is his to submit everything to himself.
