| 1达味作。我的灵魂，请向上主赞颂，我的五内，请向主名赞颂。 | 1Bless the Lord, my soul; all my being, bless his holy name! |
| 2我的灵魂，请向上主赞颂，请你不要忘记他的恩宠。 | 2Bless the Lord, my soul, and do not forget all his kindness; |
| 3是他赦免了你的各种愆尤，是他治癒了你的一切病苦， | 3he forgives all your sins and heals all your sickness; |
| 4是他叫你的性命在死亡中得到保全，是他用仁慈以及爱情给你作了冠冕， | 4he redeems your life from destruction and crowns you with love and compassion; |
| 5是他赏赐你一生幸福满盈，是他使你的青春更新如鹰。 | 5he gives fulfillment to your years, and renews your youth like the eagle's. |
| 6上主常行正义的工作，为受压迫者主持公道。 | 6The Lord restores justice and secures the rights of the oppressed. |
| 7上主曾将自己的道路告知梅瑟，给以色列子民彰显自己的功绩。 | 7He has made known his ways to Moses and his deeds to the people of Israel. |
| 8上主富于仁慈宽恕，极其慈悲，迟于发怒。 | 8The Lord is gracious and merciful, abounding in love and slow to anger; |
| 9他决不会常常责问，也决不会世世愤恨。 | 9he will not always scold nor will he be angry forever. |
| 10他没有按我们的罪恶对待我们，也没有照我们的过犯报复我们。 | 10He does not treat us according to our sins, nor does he punish us as we deserve. |
| 11就如上天距离下地有多么高，他待敬畏他者的慈爱也多高； | 11As the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his love for those fearing him; |
| 12就如东方距离西方有多么远，他使我们的罪离我们也多远； | 12as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove from us our sins. |
| 13就如父亲怎样怜爱自己的儿女们，上主也怎样怜爱敬畏自己的人们。 | 13As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord pities those who fear him. |
| 14他原知道我们怎样形成，也记得我们不过是灰尘。 | 14For he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust. |
| 15世人的岁月与青草无异，又像田野的花，茂盛一时， | 15The days of mortals are like grass; they bloom like a flower of the field; |
| 16只要轻风吹过，他就不复存在，没有人认得出他原有的所在。 | 16but the wind passes over it, and it is gone, his field will not see him again. |
| 17但上主的慈爱永远临于敬畏他的人，他的正义永远临于他们的子子孙孙： | 17But the Lord's kindness is forever with those who fear him; so is his justice, for their children's children, |
| 18就是临于那些遵守他盟约的人，和那些怀念并履行他诫命的人。 | 18for those who keep his covenant and remember his commands, for those who put them into practice. |
| 19上主在天上立定了自己的宝位，天下的万物都属他的王权统治。 | 19The Lord has set his throne in heaven; he rules, he has power everywhere. |
| 20上主的众天使，请你们赞美上主，你们是执行他命令的大能臣仆，又是服从上主圣言的听命公侯； | 20Praise the Lord, all you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, you who obey his word. |
| 21上主的众天使，请赞美上主，你们是奉行他旨意的忠仆， | 21Praise the Lord, all his hosts, all his servants who do his will. |
| 22上主所有的一切受造物，在他的权限所达的各处，请你们大家都赞美上主。我的灵魂，请你赞美上主！ | 22Praise the Lord, all his works, everywhere he rules. |
