圣咏集	Psalms
¹我的灵魂，请你向上主颂赞！上主我的天主，你伟大无限，你以尊贵威严作你的衣冠：	¹Bless the Lord, my soul! Clothed in majesty and splendor; O Lord, my God, how great you are!
²身披光明，好像外氅，展开苍天，相似棚帐，	²You are wrapped in light as with a garment; you stretch out the heavens like a tent,
³在水上建筑你的宫殿，造了云彩，作你的车辇，驾御着风翼，驰骋直前；	³you build your upperrooms above the waters. You make the clouds your chariot and ride on the wings of the wind;
⁴发出暴风，作你的使团，你以火燄，作你的随员。	⁴you make the winds your messengers, and fire and flame your ministers.
⁵你奠定大地于基础之上，你使大地永远不再动荡；	⁵You set the earth on its foundations, and never will it be shaken.
⁶以汪洋作氅衣把大地遮盖，又以大水把群山峻岭掩埋。	⁶You covered it with the ocean like a garment, and waters spread over the mountains.
⁷你一呵叱，大水即逃避，你一鸣雷，大水即惊退。	⁷But at your rebuke the waters flee, at the sound of your thunder they take to flight.
⁸峻岭向上突出，山谷向下沉落，各个都停在你那指定的处所。	⁸Brought to the mountains, they flow down again to settle in the valleys.
⁹你划定了界限，都不越过，免得大水再把大地淹没。	⁹You set a limit they could not cross, never again to flood the earth.
¹⁰你使水泉成为溪川，蜿蜒长流于群山间，	¹⁰You make springs gush forth in valleys winding among mountains and hills,
¹¹供给各种走兽水喝，使野驴也得以解渴。	¹¹giving drink to the beasts of the field, quenching the thirst of wild donkeys.
¹²天上飞鸟，在水边宿卧，在枝叶丛中不断鸣叫。	¹²Birds build their nests close by and sing among the branches of trees.
¹³你从高楼宫殿上，灌溉山地，以你出产的果实，饱饫普世；	¹³You water the mountains from your abode and fill the earth with the fruit of your work.
¹⁴你使青草和植物生出，喂养牲畜，为给人服务。又使土地产生出五谷，	¹⁴You make grass grow for cattle and plants for man to cultivate, that he may bring forth food from the earth:
¹⁵美酒，人饮了舒畅心神，膏油，人用来涂面润身，面饼，人吃了增强心神。	¹⁵wine to gladden his heart, oil to make his face shine, and bread to make him strong.
¹⁶上主的乔木饱餐水泽，黎巴嫩香柏，主手所植。	¹⁶The Lord waters his trees to their fill, the cedars of Lebanon which he planted.
¹⁷鸟类在那里垒窝筑巢，鹤群以树梢为家安卧。	¹⁷The birds build their nests, the stork has its home in the pine trees.
¹⁸高山崚岭作羚羊的洞府，绝壁岩石作野兔的居处。	¹⁸High mountains are for wild goats, the cliffs a refuge for badgers.
¹⁹你造有月亮以定节季，太阳自知向西边沉坠。	¹⁹You made the moon to mark the seasons, and the sun that knows when to set;
²⁰你造了黑暗，便有了夜晚，林中的野兽遂四出狂窜。	²⁰when you bring the darkness of the night, all the beasts of the forest begin to prowl:
²¹少壮的狮子怒吼觅食，向天主要求食物充饥；	²¹the young lions roaring for their prey claiming their food from God.
²²太阳升起的时候，牠们各自逃避，回到自己的洞穴，安然卧下休息；	²²When the sun rises, the beasts steal away, returning to rest in their dens.
²³于是人们外出谋生，各去劳动，直到黄昏。	²³Man then goes out to his work, and toils till evening comes.
²⁴上主，你的化工，是何其浩繁，全是你以智慧所创办，你的受造物遍地充满。	²⁴How varied O Lord, are your works! In wisdom you have made them all - the earth full of your creatures.
²⁵看，汪洋大海，一望无际，其中水族，不可数计，大小生物，浮游不息。	²⁵Behold the sea, wide and vast, teeming with countless creatures, living things both great and small,
²⁶在那里有舟有船，往来航行，还有你造的鳄鱼，戏游其中。	²⁶a strange world reserved for the ships, for Leviathan, the dragon you made to play with.
²⁷这一切生物都瞻仰着你，希望你按时给牠们饮食。	²⁷They all look to you for their food in due time.
²⁸你一赐给牠们，牠们便会收集，你一伸你的手，牠们便得饱食。	²⁸You give it to them, and they gather it up; you open your hand, they are filled with good things.
²⁹你若隐藏你的面容，牠们便要恐惧，你若停止牠们呼吸，牠们就要死去，就再回到牠们所由出的灰土里去。	²⁹When you hide your face they vanish, you take away their breath, they expire and return to dust.
³⁰你一嘘气，万物创成，你使地面，更新复兴。	³⁰When you send forth your spirit, they are created, and the face of the earth is renewed.
³¹愿上主的光荣永世无穷，愿上主喜乐自己的化工！	³¹May the glory of the Lord endure forever; may the Lord rejoice in his works!
³²他一垂视大地，大地抖颤，他一触摸群山，群山冒烟。	³²He looks on the earth, and it quakes; he touches the mountain, and it smokes.
³³只要我活着，我要歌颂上主，只要我存在，我要咏赞上主。	³³I will sing to the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to God while I live.
³⁴愿我的颂辞使他乐意，我要常在上主内欢喜。	³⁴May my song give him pleasure, as the Lord gives me delight.
³⁵愿罪人由地上灭迹，恶人不再存留人世！我的灵魂，颂赞上主！亚肋路亚。	³⁵May sinners vanish from the earth, and may the wicked be no more. Bless the Lord, my soul!
