| 1达味的诗歌。 | 1My heart is ready, O God! I will sing praise and make music. Awake my soul! |
| 2天主，我的心已准备妥当，我的心已准备妥当，我愿意去歌弹咏唱。 | 2Awake, harp and lyre! I will awake the dawn. |
| 3我的灵魂，你要醒起来！七絃和竖琴，要奏起来！我还要把曙光唤起来。 | 3I will thank you, O Lord, among the nations. I will sing praise to you among the peoples. |
| 4上主，我要在万民中赞美你，上主，我要在列邦中歌颂你。 | 4For great is your love above the heavens, your faithfulness beyond the skies. |
| 5因为你的大爱高越诸天，你的忠信直达霄汉。 | 5Be exalted, O God, above the heavens. Let your glory be over the earth. |
| 6天主，愿你在天上备受举扬，愿你在地上彰显荣光， | 6Give help and save us by your right hand, and rescue those you love. |
| 7为叫你所爱的人获得救恩，求你以右手协助，垂允我们。 | 7God has spoken in his sanctuary: "In triumph I will divide up Shechem and parcel out the Valley of Succoth. |
| 8天主在自己的圣所说：「我要凯旋，将舍根分疆，将稣苛特的平原测量。 | 8Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim is my helmet, Judah my scepter. |
| 9基肋阿得地属于我，默纳协地也属于我，我的头盔就是厄法辣因，犹大成为我手中的权棍。 | 9Moab is my washbasin; upon Edom I cast my sandal; over Philistia I shout in triumph." |
| 10摩阿布是我的沐浴池，我向厄东投我的鞋只，我还要战胜培肋舍特。」 | 10Who will take me to the fortified city? Who will lead me to Edom? |
| 11谁领引我进入坚城，谁领导我走进厄东？ | 11O God! Have you really rejected us? You no longer go with our armies. |
| 12天主，莫非你已将我们抛弃，天主，难道不率领我军出击？ | 12Give us aid against the foe, for the help of mortals is not worth a straw. |
| 13求你援助我们抵抗仇仇，因为人的援助尽属虚无。 | 13With God we will gain victory; he will crush the enemy for us. |
| 14我们倚靠天主，奋勇行事。他必要踏践我们的仇敌。 | 14 |
