| 1我对上主爱慕倾心，因他俯听我的祷声； | 1Alleluia! I am pleased that the Lord has heard my voice in supplication, |
| 2在我呼吁他的那日，他向我侧他的圣耳。 | 2that he has not been deaf to me, the day I called on him. |
| 3死亡的圈套缠住了我，阴府的罗网缚住了我，艰苦和烦恼困住了我， | 3When the cords of death entangled me, the snares of the grave laid hold of me, when affliction got the better of me, |
| 4我呼求了上主的圣名，上主，求你救我的性命。 | 4I called upon the name of the Lord: "O Lord, save my life!" |
| 5上主富有怜悯和正义，我们的天主仁爱无比； | 5Gracious and righteous is the Lord; full of compassion is our God. |
| 6上主保护诚朴的人，我若软弱，他必救助。 | 6the Lord protects the simple: he saved me when I was humbled. |
| 7我的灵魂，你回到你的安息，因为上主实在是厚待了你。 | 7Return, O my soul, to your rest, for the Lord has taken care of you. |
| 8因为他救拔了我的灵魂脱免死亡，不使我的眼流泪，不使我的脚跌伤。 | 8He has freed my soul from death, my eyes from weeping, my feet from stumbling; |
| 9我要在活人的地域，在上主的面前行走。 | 9I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living. |
| 10虽然说我已痛苦万分，但是我仍然抱有信心。 | 10I have kept faith even when I said, "I am greatly afflicted." |
| 11我在彷徨中曾说：众人都虚诈不诚。 | 11I have said in my dismay, "To hope in humans is vain." |
| 12我应该要怎样报谢上主，谢他赐给我的一切恩佑？ | 12How can I repay the Lord for all his goodness to me? |
| 13我要举起救恩的杯爵，我要呼吁上主的名号， | 13I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord. |
| 14我要在众百姓面前，向上主还我的誓愿！ | 14I will fulfill my vows to the Lord in the presence of all his people. |
| 15上主的圣者们的去世，在上主眼中十分珍贵。 | 15It is painful to the Lord to see the death of his faithful. |
| 16我的上主！我是你的仆役，你仆役是你婢女的儿子；你将我的锁链给我开释， | 16O Lord, I am your servant, truly your servant, your handmaid's son. You have freed me from my bonds. |
| 17我要献给你赞美之祭，我要呼号上主的名字。 | 17I will offer you a thanksgiving sacrifice; I will call on the name of the Lord. |
| 18我要在众百姓面前，向上主还我的誓愿， | 18I will carry out my vows to the Lord in the presence of his people, |
| 19要在上主圣殿的庭院，耶路撒冷！即在你中间。 | 19in the courts of the house of the Lord, in your midst, O Jerusalem. |
